The technicians were so nice and did a wonderful job. I showed up after they had already technically been closed and they offered to help me anyway. They did a shellac manicure and a pedicure and it was perfect!

WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT GO HERE! I ASKED THE LADY TO SCRAP MY HEELS A LITTLE MORE AND SHE ROLLED HER EYES. I NOTICED OTHER PERSONAL USING METAL SCRAPPER AND WHEN I WENT TO PAY I TOLD THE LADY I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY HEELS. SHE THEN TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY MORE? I TOLD HER AT OTHER PLACES USING THE METAL SCRAPPER WAS NORMAL FOR THE REGULAR PRICE. USUALLY AROUND $23 - $25 DOLLARS. THEN SHE STARTED TO TALK IN HER NATIVE LANGUAGE TO OTHER PERSONAL AND I TOLD HER DON'T TALK ABOUT ME CAUSE I UNDERSTOOD WHAT SHE WAS SAYING. AVOID THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH ANYBODY'S HARD EARNED MONEY!

Awful!!! Three broken nails by day 2...told they were too busy to fix. Also left my hands soaking in bowl of acetone for 30 minutes. RUN!!!

Probably the best nail salon in the area. They seem to get to you pretty quickly and there is minimal wait time. I love the selection of colors. I never choose the same Color twice. They seem rushed so there is little amount os small tall with the staff. They seem friendly and curious.

Made a reservation for myself and 2 of my girlfriends for a Saturday. We ended up rescheduling for earlier in the day and they were very accommodating. We did regular mani-pedis. This included massage chairs, foot soak, arm and leg lotion massage, etc. It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be going back. Plus they are very affordable and super nice!

I have never had such a terrible pedicure. The wait was long. The experience ranged from unpleasant to painful, from griping my leg/ankle way too tightly, massaging far too aggressively, pinching me multiple times, and digging his long fingernails into my toes. When I complained (multiple times), the guy doing my pedi told me he needed "to concentrate". The towels he wrapped around my legs were barely warm. My heels still have calluses. He pulled my leggings down without drying my legs so my pants got all wet. There are way better places for less money. I won't be returning here.

I had my eyebrows waxed and a gel manicure. For someone who does not like to spend all day getting a manicure, this place was perfect. Great service, nails were quality and eyebrow wax was perfect.

I’ve been a customer at the location near Dripping Springs since they opened. I love it! Even though I moved away, I make special trips from across Austin to get mani/pedis there. Great quick service, and I love the numerous massage mani/pedi chairs!

Miserable time. Gel UV curing lamp caught fire -- technician argued that it was normal for it to smoke and flame. Injured me three times with Dremel tool. No tables or supports for product -- had to hold everything in my lap. Will NEVER go back!

I absolutely loved the experience here. Extremely friendly staff and took the time to really make sure I was comfortable and the service was the best I have had in Austin. The staff took super good care of my pedi and made sure my feet were super smooth and gave me a nice long leg massage. Clean and perfectly priced.

Very sanitary. No matter who I get they always take their time to make sure that I am satisfied, even if its 20 mins to close. The owner is incredible with how well she runs her salon! If you are looking for a great nail tech, This is your place! I will never go to another spa like this!

I keep going to his salon because I get a few good services and then some really bad ones!! This last one topped them all. The past horrible nail jobs Kim would fix for me. They like to file and cut your edges in. Idk why either my nails are sore. She told me to come back to get a refund. I drove back up there then she wanted me to come back next time in 3-4 weeks after they grow back to redo them for “free” I said no this is my last really bad mani and pedi. I have went to this salon for 3 years. I always get the same services and polish. They girl over charged me, when brought to her attention, she said oh it’s just a dollar. I hate to say i will not be going back.

I’ve been going to Le Nails for about three years and have had a consistently positive experience. The nail techs are friendly, gentle and take pride in their work. I’ve also found that when on the occasion I get my nails done somewhere else they often chip much sooner than when they’re done at Le Nails. FYI I typically get SNS powder manis and their spa pedi.

This place did a good nail job. However, I don't think they are very sanitary with their tools because I got an infection in my toenail after my pedicure. The woman who was working on my friends pedicure cut the bottom of my friend's foot because she was trying to remove the plastic bag from the sink early. Would not go there again.

I absolutely live this nail salon. All the girls are fabulous!! The salon is clean and the pedi massage is to die for!! They have tons of SNS colors so you have an array of choices. So glad I found this place!!
