These people do not have to EVER worry about me coming in for a massage EVER, EVER! If I could of left no stars I would have. First of all, when had an appointment and as we were coming in the place they were leaving. Then the lady had us to pay for massage and give a tip before any massages were even started. She had to call the workers back. Then the tip we paid was not good enough for them so we got confronted with having to pay a 20% tip. We finally just asked for our money back then the lady says "I don't know how to do it.". So once she seen me get on the phone with my bank she finally recovered from amnesia and gave us cash back. Then tried to say she gave us too much money but had charged us for the tip that was on our receipt. Also in the process of doing this she wanted my debit card number. I will not be going to this place ever again and will tell others about it. I mean where do they do this kind of service at?

Used to love this place, new management not an improvement. I had to pay upfront last time here, guessing on tip. Decided to try again, it’s 10:44 and closed. It’s Tuesday. Very unprofessional. Guess I am looking for new place

Have you guys had anyone ask you to pay before a massage and then ask you to tip them before the massage also??? Who does that?? Who asks for a tip? Better yet, who asks for payment AND tip BEFORE services are rendered??? Especially in that type of business??... these people do!... I dont know if that is a new policy for them, which the lady said it was... but, I found that very strange... I paid them before but did not tip.

Today was my first visit here. The massage was great! I've had alot of massages over the years and many masseurs focus on lengthening the muscles, which feels good later but not necessarily at the time and it's not relaxing. If what you want is a deep tissue rub down that'srrelaxing that's exactly what you get here. Couple of reasons I only have a 3, 1)you have to pay first and like others have mentioned if you are paying with credit card that means you would write in a tip when you sign receipt. I simply asked if I could write the tip in after and they were happy to comply 2)no one to man the door that means everytime the door chimed my masseur left me to go attend to the door.. 3)each time she left me my door was left cracked open, not very private when you are near naked. If I was reviewing just the massage they would get all 5 stars,but as a business I believe they could improve

Worst massage ever. Absolutely weak even if you say you want the massage to be hard. I can rub oil on my skin anytime and save those $60. Waste of money. Never coming back.

Foot reflexology is great and chair massage worth every penny. Try to go at lease 1X a week. Try calling before going they get pretty busy sometimes.....

This was the BEST massage I have gotten aside from Thai massages in Thailand (which are number 1 in my book)! 1 hour of deep-tissue massage for $60 can't be beat in this area of the world. It hurt in the best way and I was a good-kind-of-sore for 2 days after! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serious massage to get all the knots worked out. No bells, whistles, or frills in the atmosphere, just simple and effective!

This location is under new ownership. Outstanding massage and physical therapist. Very knowledgeable about critical stretching, very strong and focused deep tissue massage on every problem area. The massage therapist Ning, is 14 years trained with certifications from China and the US, she is better than any physical therapist I have ever experienced during my years of back rehab and adjustments. She was able to identify other related problems that are connected to your painful areas. The rooms and sheets are very clean, the rooms are warm and quiet. This ownership has never asked me to pay in advance, but would not mind either way. I know Ning is a very trained and knowledgeable therapist. Every time I have gone, she finds other ways to massage problem areas to help them release and improve.I would strongly suggest you request Ning on appointment. Very polite ownership in my opinion. They also have different packages that are a very good value.

Yesterday night i go green massage its bad experience worst massage she charge me 45 $ for combo 1 hours but she net give me 1hours massage early she finished and massage is v bad unprofessional girls and they don’t know english how to I explain vvvvv bad massage place don’t go any buddy

SKIP IT !!!!!! NOT true Reflexology !!!! Just a mediocre foot massage that you can get at any good pedicure salon (pedicure included).
