Very shady about pricing, poor product and application of product. Their sign out front says in bright bold clear neon lettering Tuesday thru Thursday 20% off of 2nd service and $5 dollar nail dips. Now it doesnt say $5 dollars off, dicount or anything just $5 nail dips. We thought wow, thats a really good deal and we went inside to get more information. Me and my friend asked more than 4 times if the sign was accurate the whole service for only $5.. All of our nails done for only $5.. Again the gentleman man said yes... We were excited and even splurged for a nicer pedicure because we were getting such a good deal. Our nails were uneven, powder and polish stuck to nai lo s the whole experience was rushed. We weren't complaining to mych because hey we were only paying $5.. Went to check out and were charged $81.00 Now our pedicure was only $45. We reminded them of the sign outside, and our discussion inside about the oricing before we even sat down to being. Were told oohh,.. sorry for the confusion he must not have understood you, and tge sign isnt right. Once home and showered all but 2 toes have paint peeling off . Manger didnt really care and when asked for owner information would give me NOTHING...

I went to envy nails for the first time this passed weekend. The prices stated in their book of services are different from what they actually charged me. I was getting my natural nails painted with basic nail polish..no dips or acrylics at all and chose the classic mani/pedi for myself and the “princess” mani/pedi for my daughter. I added up my total myself (not counting tip yet) based on the listed prices and was charged about $25 more than I should have been. Not only that, it was my daughters first time going (she’s 9) and I really hoped she’d get the whole mani/pedi experience but instead they had her scoot forward in the pedicure seat and lean down for them to reach her nails from their seat in front of the pedi seat rather than coming to the side of the chair so she could at least sit up in the chair while having her mani done. She seemed so uncomfortable. As I saw in another review, yes they did make me soak my previously dipped nails in a bag of acetone in my lap while they started on my pedi, the bag of which was not stable, the bag did not stay closed the way they wrapped it around my hands and leaked the acetone down my arm, onto my shirt and lap. My nails are already chipping just a day after as well. And I’m not rough enough on them for this to have only lasted a day so that’s irritating The staff member that did my nails was nice - actually conversed with me and didn’t seem to be rushing so that’s good but otherwise I don’t think I’ll go here again personally

I'm sorry to leave a bad review but I want to warn some people. I went to Envy Nails &a Spa today to get just a regular gel manicure. When I walked in they immediately sat me down and had me choose my color which was fine. As I was trying to find the color, a lady who had just left walked back in, she had said that there was left over fuzz from a cotton round or something left under her arcylic nails. She really wasn't being rude, I don't even think she asked for a refund. I think she just wanted them to know. Well of course the lady denied it and the of course I get the same lady. So after the lady who is upset leaves they all start talking about her in front of all of their customers. Which is VERY unprofessional. The lady doing my nails kept going on and on the whole time about how mad she was. And honestly, if she made a mistake she should own up to it. Also, they do not need to talk like that in front of other customers. Big turn off for me. So while she was doing my nails she was being very aggressive, I guess because she was mad she got in trouble but she made me bleed three times! And it hurt! I was getting a little pissed off at this point, but it was already too late I couldn't just get up and leave. And then she goes to paint of my nail and I noticed I had a lot of left over fuzz from the cotton round she used to stop the blood and she painted right over it!! I took my hand a way and started to peel it off and then she takes it back and gets the fuzz off. But really? How lazy can you be. I will not be returning here. They just really need to be more professional.

Just left VERY disappointed. I’m visiting my family with my young children and frequent here for a special treat when I’m in town. I brought my 5 year Old daughter for “girls day” and up until today I have been thoroughly impressed. Today was NOT one of those days. My daughter and I sat for 15 min waiting for seats next to each other, over 30 minutes with our feet in stagnant cold water before anyone even came by to turn the spa on. I had to ask several times for warmer water but without draining any water and only adding a cup of warm water, “hot” water to soak my feet in seemed futile. At that point I just wanted to get up and walk out. Still I gave it chance as my daughter was still excited and they gave her a red daiquiri sans alcohol. Her ENTIRE foot experience lasted about 6 minutes. Scrub, lotion, hot towel, paint... 6 minutes... I know because she was completely finished before anyone ever came over to me. Whoever it was that did her toes must’ve tried today with their opposite hand. I could’ve done better painting her toenails with my own toes. I did get the scrub and lotion glazed on but no hot towel, no buffing, no callus removal... I asked for French tip. Paid an extra $5 for someone with a shaky hand to GLOB a line of white paint across my toes... and then use clear for the rest of the “French tip”... just a horrible experience and the more I look at the pics I took the angrier I get that I paid $53 plus tip. I’m a single mother of two and RARELY complain but we did NOT get NEAR what we paid for goods rendered. Thinking about calling and tying to get my money back. I work HARD for every penny I make and this was one of the highlights of our trip for my 5 years old and I. Truly disappointed and quite frankly, ticked off. Would have stayed and argued but two hours later, I just wanted to get the hell out of there.

I never leave bad reviews but this time I felt like I really had to. I come here every 2-3 weeks and get the exact same thing I get the classic mani and pedi with shellac nails in my manicure and I get the matching Color for nails and toes. They have a seperate nail samples that you can chose for shellac color to match the regular pedi color. So I picked the color and they did my mani very pretty color but as the other lady started painting my toes I noticed the color was not the same and was really different. The ladies could not figure out why it was coming out different color if the number was exact same on the polish. They called manager JOHN who said he was sorry and they looked for a matching color but could not find it. He told me we could do gel nails in my toes so it can be exact color, I asked him how much is it he said $20 but he would give it to me for $15 so I said ok. They have a get the 2nd service 50% off so my regular pedi I was gonna pay $13.50 for so $15 was ok with me. When I payed they charged me $47 and took 5 off on the pedi. I told him he said it would be $15 he said $15 more. He said sorry and that next time he will be more clear. When u asked him how much is it going to be he said $15 not $15 more. He acted like he couldn't understand me. They messed up on the color and then he charged me more. He's a sneaky man. who charges 47 for a classic pedi? Will not go back again

I have been going here for awhile. Last time I has a bad pedi where the polish came right off after a shower. I decided to give them another chance. Worse mistake. I went in for my usual dip nails. My daughter is with me. I notice they are not coming out right. I tell my daughter. The lady notices. She said it ok I fix. I said ok. She tried to fix by dipping them again and again. Then she got a guy to come and fix. My index finger started bleeding from his fixing. He said no pain no gain and that upset me already. It took him some time. Then he went back to his person that he had been working on. The lady continued on mine and put the solution and all my fingered burned. I rain to the skin to wash them. She kept trying. By now I am shaking and tears coming down. I said no. Not going to finish. Leave them alone. I told the counter guy not paying for this and I am leaving. He said I could not leave because they messed up and had to take them off. I said no. I said I am shaking. He went three times to the guy that tried to fix I was finally allowed to leave with messed up nails, shaking and crying from the burning. Not ever going back.

Recently moved to the area and needed a new nail salon. This one is great! I will say it is very busy and I had to wait for a little bit (15-20 minutes) but once I was seated and she started working it was quick! They are very reasonably priced. Honestly, in my opinion on the cheaper side and she did a great job! Overall, 5 stars! :)

I was made to put both of my hands completely submerged in acetone. I requested the foil to remove my gel polish to not irritate my skin. She came back after and said to put my hands in the bowl of what she called water. It was milky. I told her it was hurting my hands and she told me there was cuticle remover in the water. I asked her if we could use water and she came back with cold water to soak my cuticles. Both of my hands have been cracked and dry since then. I've never had to use lotion on my hands and now my skin is catching on my clothes! What ever happened to a regular manicure?

My first and last time going to this nail salon. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean but the service I received was bad. I had a full set of dip powder nails done, they look bumpy and some of my nails are coffin shaped while others are squared. As soon as I walked out of the salon 1 nail started to lift, I walked back in and they just added glue to stick it back on. Now that I'm home more of them are lifting and for 40 bucks I expected a lot more.

Me and my mom came in on Saturday and we called in to see how long of a wait there was before we came in they told us there was bone when we got in there the guy told us to wait 5 minutes 30 minutes later they got to us. I got a full set and the lady did horrible on them not the shape or length I wanted and my mom got a manicure and her polish was all lumpy. Would not suggest coming here.

I had a good experience with a pedicure once (very relaxing), but not a good experience when I went to get dip nails. The pedicure felt lovely, HGTV was on, and I felt very relaxed. I returned several months later to get dip nails for the first time. I didn't feel that the process was very sanitary, and several times my cuticles were cut with the automatic sander and started bleeding. Then my nails were dipped into the main jar of powder that everyone uses. My nails were not done well, so I returned to get them fixed. They were very kind about the fix and gave me the names of different nail technicians to go to next time, but I just overall didn't feel great about the process. The people were very nice both times, and the atmosphere is nice.

After my mom had a good visit to this salon with my sister she brought me back so we could get our nails done. We did not have to wait long and the employees were nice. We both got dipped manicures and she also got a pedicure. My nails look great but hers are not nearly as good as they were last time, and the lady doing her nails accidentally cut her and made her bleed twice. The place is nice but how your nails turn out really depends on who you get, which is a little disappointing considering the cost. I had Christina and she did a great job.

In this place, everybody can chill out. Drink (alcohol and nonalcohol), music( chillhops, pianos,etc.) When you really need a time for yourself, just come here, they have a good service too, so don't be afraid to talk with the manager. They are listening to you.

This is my regular nail shop they do the Nexgen nail dips, manicures and pedicures, eyebrow waxing same as any other nail spa. They have GREAT customer service never too pushy and VERY clean. They offer beverages both alcoholic and non alcoholic complimentary. Bee does a great job on my toes and Christina always does good work on my dipped nails.

My boyfriend's mom treated his cousin and I to mani/pedis here last Friday. Everything turned out great except for my set of nails. To be honest, they were awful. We came back today to have them fixed, and not only were they super apologetic and accommodating, the tech who fixed them for me, Mimi, killed it! My only regret is finding such a wonderful nail tech in Texas, as I live in Denver!

I requested a simple manicure. I asked for my nails to be round in shape and somehow she completely failed. She filed off the edges and called it a day, even though they are completely square still. By the time I noticed my nails had already been put in water so it was too late to fix it. She cut my cuticles and my finger bleed. I'm only giving two stars because I have been to this location before and I didn't have a similar situation.

Absolute WORST set of nails I have ever had and horrible customer service. I asked for French Nex Gen nails and they just look pink. They are also extremely crooked. Girl doing my nails stopped half way through and had someone else take over so she could go play with a puppy. My pedicure was no better. Hot stones were over heated and even melted the bag of paraffin wax so it spilled everywhere. Woman spent 5 to 10 minutes cleaning it up, time deducted from the “25 minute massage” and just scooped it into another bag and used it on my feet. I will NEVER go back there.

Do not go here. ....rude, rude, rude. Ok so I came in right before close, and the girl doing my nails, rushed and hurt my nails from pushing that tool into my cuticles. I told her if she wanted me to wait I would instead of her rushing, she laughed and kept doing them. She half a** did them. And to make matters worse didn't even ask if I wanted a refreshing drink! And how can I forget, after she did my nails, hands were dirty and she put on cuticle oil......and said I'm done. You would think she would have said. ....ok go wash your hands. Have gone here for a long time and had a bad experience on Saturday. The technician was older and evidently couldn't understand what I was saying and filed my thumbnail to short and rounded it AND then argued with me about how it was because of the way my nail grows. I can handle a mistake but not the arguing. Someone else came over and fixed it and finished the appointment with no argument and even gave me a discount for my trouble. I also have two spots where she filed to hard on my skin beside the nail and it is raw and sore. I'm not saying that I wouldn't go back because they are great and I gone there for a long time, but I will be asking for certain technicians in the future.

The first time I had been in I received a new set of dip nails from a woman. I loved them. They looked great, were strong, service was pretty good and they lasted 3+ weeks with no issues. The second time I went in, a young man had done them and the experience was awful. The next day my nails were crumbling! They were all shaped funky and breaking off. He had made them super thin. I hate to complain about anything but for $45 I was upset they looked this way! So I went to get them fixed and I had to sit through, while the entire salon was clearly talking about me and my nails (in their language) and giving looks like they didn't believe me. I even offered to show my bank statement charge. Unbelievable. Anyhow, I will not return!!! & not because of 1 poor employee but because of the uncomfortable, unfair experience I had when kindly asking them to be fixed. Beware

Convenient location, but I have a different experience every time I go. The woman that started on my nails was great, but she switched halfway through with another tech. The second woman was rushed, burned me with the towel and my nails ended up sloppy. Won’t be going back.

The place is falling apart. My friend got an infection in a finger from an unsanitary drill bit, Ben the lead nail guy is always late. He double books and stops for calls during the entire process making what should be a 45 min appointment 1.5 hours. He made an appt with me and no showed, when I sent a text and called he took 15 min to respond and he said he was almost there. 30 min later he wasn’t there and quit answering my calls and texts. Unprofessional and rude. I’ll never return there.

Let me just say I will not go back there again. The Polish job was terrible. I didn't notice until I had already left. I was busy and could not go back the same day. I went back the following day and showed my concerns to the manager so he said he would take care of me. He polished my nails again and they still didn't look good. I honestly could have my granddaughter do it just as good. Rant over but I will not go back there.

The guy I had did a terrible job on my nails. They were all uneven and jagged and so far from the cuticle it looked like I had them on for 4weeks! He didn't even clip my actual nails before applying the acrylic nail..he was in to much of a hurry and they didn't even have any customers! And the black color he painted u could see right thru not even enough coats, and to top it off it's only been 6 days and 7 of my nails have popped off already!! I could have saved money and glued dollar store ones on ,that's how bad he did! Not worth $60!! I HIGHLY recommed to NEVER go here unless you get the chick who did my friends nails, she did an outstanding job and took her time and actually cared. Extremely dissapointed!

I went to Envy Nails today with my 5 year old little sister for some bonding time. The ladies who did our nails were really nice and talkative with us. My only complaint is that for my little sister not even 2 hours later her nail polish was coming off already. Yes, she's a 5 year old and kids like to play. After we got our nails we went straight to the movies. So no play time at all. I'm not too happy with this and neither is she.

The simple fact that I'm taking the time to write a review on a Friday evening should give you an idea about the salon. On two separate occasions I've had to go back to get my nails fixed due to the lack of attention and time dedicated by the technicians. To put it lightly, this salon is simply in the business to make money. The lack of customer service is evident. Two weeks ago I had gel nails done by Thomas; literally looked like a 5 year old did my nails. I thought to myself, everyone has an off day so I'll give them another try. WORST MISTAKE. Today I went with powder and again it looked like a 5 year old worked on my nails (Henry was the technician). I had to go back because the technician literally painted my nails, fingertips, and everything in between. Please refer to the pictures below... It's my own fault for giving them a second chance but clearly I've learned my lesson. The WORST part on both occasions is that the owner was present "overseeing" the mistake without any attempt to correct it, just overlooking the technicians shoulder as if that was consolation enough. If you even think about going here, turn around and go anywhere else or better yet just run!

The greeter was nice, but they had a maximum of 3 people in there. I waited over 30 mins to get dip nails, when the greeter said I would only wait 15 mins. I had a birthday party to go to, and i’m not going to be late because you want to service others around me. People have time limits, don’t have me waiting half the time it would have taken to do my nails l. I was better off sticking to my original nail place, than trying something new.
