I loved this salon! I came here my 14 year old daughter for a mother-to-daughter bonding. We were treated with hospitality, kindness, and lots of generosity! We were very happy with our nails and would totally come back here again. I would totally rate this 10/5 if possible!

They are good at Pedi's...if you are going to get your nails done, ask for Lily. She is the best nail tech there. The guy that sits next to her is AWFUL! Every single time he does my nails he screws them up and he doesn't have the courtesy to wash his nasty hands after having a cigarette!

I am a fairly new resident of Manor, and I needed to find a place closer to home to trust with my nail needs. Envy nails is clean, friendly, and has a wide variety of colors that blow most out of the water. Amy is phenomenal, and consistent with her work. Envy nails has become my go to spot for all of my SNS and pedicure needs!

I've waited a week to write this to see how things held up, and I can say I do not recommend this place. I got a gel mani and reg pedi. during the mani the young lady working on my nails spent most of the time on her phone, including two calls she put on speaker phone. Less than a week later the gel is lifting, peeling, and catching in my hair when I pull it back. The lady who did my pedi was a bit brutal, and managed to cut me twice till I bled quite a bit. The pedi is holding up as well as expected, but the design she did is blotchy. The price for the combo was $71, and they do not list them anywhere.

DO NOT GO HERE. High prices for low quality work. I came in here last minute hoping i would be satisfied with my nails. First of, I look around for prices and they didnt have any up. Second I asked how much would it be for everything i wanted and they said 60$. I thought it was a bit pricy but hey I needed my nails done that same day because of an event I had. I took a seat and they started doing my toes, and mean while A guy was doing my hands. The lady doing my toes was being very ruff and I told her multiple times to be very careful, as well to the guy he even slapped my hand very hard bc I was adjusting myself!!! After the guy asked what nail shape I wanted I told him I wanted coffin. He literally said "whats that???" I was so confused on how he didnt know what it was but I didnt mind, I took my phone out and showed him. I could tell the girl doing my toes was explaining to him how to do coffin. By the way the shape came out very bad. Next the girl kept spraying accetone on my feet after i told her to stop because she made a huge cut on me and it was burning very bad. (The cut was very big, wish I knew how to add pictures on here) Later while the guy was putting on the acrylic he broke one of the nails, which how does that even happen???? So he was very upset at this point and started to hit my hand again and not to move. I said hey dont do that. After he was done I was going to also get my eyebrows waxed and since I was being very careful with my nails instead of fully putting on my vans i just slipped them on with out hands so i wouldnt break any of them. I get to the little room and i noticed my thumb nail hanging ( different nail broken from the first one) I was super angry and couldn't believe how cheap their nails were but yet so expensive!! The lady rushed through my eyebrows so i had to finish them later on at my house. I told the guy to fix it and he said come back tomorrow we busy

Highly recommend! Bounced in between salons. Went in with problems. Wendy did an amazing job on my pedicure, my feet don’t hurt after standing all day! Hannah also did an amazing job on my nails, love the bamboo! And Lee was able to do a sparkling mani/ pedi for my friend! The entire staff is very friendly! I went to get a pedicure, I got the cheapest one because all I needed was fresh nail polish. For the basic in the sheet was only 22-27 I can’t remember the price but that was the range. Well I ended up leaving paying $47... I’m not sure how or why but I didn’t have time to argue, this was a last minute stop. It was my first time going and will definitely be my last. The lady who worked on my feet did not know what she was going or acted as if she didn’t.

The Lady with glasses and tattoos was very rude and the lady didn't even do the correct color I asked for and wouldn't change it. She wouldn't do my nails anyway how I asked. She then asked if I liked how my nails looked and I said they were alright but in a bumped out way, she than sat there mocking how I said it to the other workers. I thought trying here was going to be nice but I'd much rather take my business somewhere else.i was very disappointed with my visit there.thanks

Never get your eyelashes done here they had me waiting for the longest half of them weren't even doing anything just standing around and when the lady with the glasses was doing my eyelashes she took forever when I saw the results I swear It looks like they put 3 eyelashes on me it didn't even look like a full set and they charged me $25 ?! They cannot do eyelashes

This was a pretty bad experience for me. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I upgraded to a special gel polish which cost extra. The lady who did my nails was rushing and not listening to anything I told her. She did not put enough coats, the gel was uneven, and there was a little gap between the gel and cuticle. My pedicure and toes were good. I got my nails done on Thursday on Friday the gel on 1 finger completely came off. 2 days later it looked like I had the gel on my fingers for 3 weeks. It was nowhere near my cuticle and it was already chipping after 2 days. I went back on Wednesday to get the 1 nail fixed. She saw how horrible the other nails looked and did nothing and slapped the gel on my 1 finger to get me out. Today a week later, I have 3 fingers with no gel polish on them. I get gel so it will last! I will not be returning.

Just got my nails done from here and unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. Got a mani and pedi. Started off pretty good. Pedicure going as normal. Then people started showing up and had to wait. This caused my technician to leave me and another stepped in. This technician did a bad rush job and at first didn't put any base on my nail before beginning to put the polish on! Layers were bad on my nail and I left with polish on my skin!

I LOVE going here; it’s very clean and is my go-to salon! The ladies there always know how to work with what I want. I often see clients get mad when someone who waited less time gets their nails done before them, but that’s not the workers’ fault. From what I have been told, only some of the workers know how to do the more complicated types of nail application (powder, SNS, etc), so you may have to be patient for them to finish and move onto you. The prices are up front and are listed on the green handouts they have but of course you have to pay more if you want anything extra like designs.

I've been coming here since they opened and I reccomend them all the time. Something changed. Either owners or management but it's not a good change. Beware of hygiene practices and cleanliness. They are all about getting butts in the seats but not doing it right. My kids took me for mothers day for pedicures. Of the 5 of us only 1 had a good experience. The other 4 complained that the people doing their feet didn't know what they were doing. While there 3 people came and waited over 45 minutes but not 1 employee acknowledged them they all left. I will be looking for a new place. I can't take a chance getting an infection or am I willing to pay so much for a bad experience. I can get a bad job at home by doing it myself but I'm not out any money!

I was waiting to get my nails done (a fill) but there was no one “open” so I picked my color then sat & waited until someone was available. While waiting a Caucasian lady walks in for a gel set with powder, she was told to pick her color & was instantly sat down & they got to work on her nails. I told them I had been waiting how dolid I get skipped (never left my seat). They continued working on her & asked me to pick a color which I’ve already done. As much as I wanted to act out I politely grabbed my purse & walked out. At that time you can hear all the workers yelling “ma’am”, but I kept it moving, your business will not get my money.

I recently moved into Manor with my wife and we have been searching for a good place to get my wife’s nails done. Even from looking at the reviews we decided to give this place a chance and it was absolutely astonishing how her nails came out! The staff were really nice and I would suggest Amy as one of the technicians to talk to. We will for sure be coming back again!

Just got my toes done here for the third time and I am completely disappointed after today. My tech cut the edges of my toenails making them super narrow at the top which in my opinion looks terrible. She did not apply a base coat, my polish application was lumpy and just not great at all. When I told her it was lumpy all she did was apply more polish and a thick top coat. It has been over and hour and a half and my polish still has not dried. Such terrible experience and waste of money.

Envy Nails and Spa is fabulous! I always get the best in service and the ladies are friendly. I've always love my nails and I started coming here when I moved to Manor a year ago. Ask for Amy (she does NOT disappoint and neither does Wendy!). This place gets very busy and I would suggest making an appointment. I have been present when I hear customers complain about not liking their work done. I DON'T understand that except that these people are looking for a 'free handout' and that is NOT RIGHT! Be smart and pay attention to the first nail done and if you don't like it, then TELL HER! Don't wait until BOTH your hands or feet are done to then say something! That is so TACKY as these ladies work hard. I've also not seen anything unsanitary and prices are up front (unless you have an issue understanding English)! I've never had a bad experience here and the ladies know what I like. Build a relationship and your service will not fail. Wine and relaxation here are serious stress relievers for me & I always get compliments on my work done. I even referred my boss and she loved it! THANK YOU AMY AND WENDY!!!

Went the next day to do the nails and had them done by someone who rushed and made my nails different size and crooked and she tried fixing it and made the nails shorter than I wanted them to be!!! I've been here twice now, both times for pedicures. Pros. Large selection of nails polish colors. The decor is beautiful and new massage chairs that work. The price for basic pedicure is $27, which is reasonable. Cons. They don't speak English well enough. It seems you have to repeat over and over to get your point across. The language barrier also prevents them to connect better with clientele. Choice Theory, It's over whelming to go through the nail polish options. They need a better system.

Horrible experience. When I walked in I asked how much gel on my hands and feet would be and a basic pedicure she told me $72 plus $10 extra for the flakes I asked for. I didn’t want to do that so I asked for gel on my hands and regular on my toes. Which seemed to be a problem and I had another lady trying to pressure me on getting gel on both which I had to tell multiple times no. Then the guy that was doing my feet tore them up with the cuticle clipper which I asked him multiple times to stop using that there’s still fingernail polish on the sides of my toes and he cut my toe nails so short they are uneven as well. Then the guy that nails my nails doesn’t paint the entire nail on any of my fingers I asked him again multiple times if he could paint back to the cuticle so it didn’t look like it’s already grown out the gel was bubbling which I asked him to fix and he didn’t. I ended up asking to take it off and not getting it at all. He was very rough at that point and had to ask him not to do that again multiple times!! I paid for my pedicure which she had to ask how much it was when she told me it was a certain amount at first. I definitely only paid what she says it was at first. I really do not like that they don’t have prices posted up anywhere or bring you a list of how much everything is. There was a lady beside me that asked for gel and she was going to give it to her $20 less than she was going to charge me. I DO NOT recommend this place. Service is horrible as well as attitudes.

Very disappointed, been going here since they first opened and Amy has always done my pedis, but this time another woman did the pedi and it was the worse experience ever! When she was done scrubbing feet and legs she rinsed off with water in bowel and then applied lotion to massage, but once done rinsed my legs again in the dirt water, it was gross. I had to wash my legs when i returned back home and she would not cut my nails shorter after I kept telling her they were still very long. It's a good thing I don't get my nails done here.

Horrible service! I called the salon specifically asking for an SNS manicure for my wife and a regular pedicure for my wife and the lady who took the phone told me 40 dollars for both and that it was a special. When we walked into the salon, they immediately change d the price and charged my wife 67 dollars. This salon will tell you one thing and charge you another. Do NOT come here. The lady was extremely rude and said that I was wrong. It was Mother's Day and I did not want to ruin my wife's first Mother's Day, so I ended up paying the price. Please be careful as they DO NOT care about their clients. They will tell you one thing to get you in the salon and will change their word once you're in the salon.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I got my nails (gel manicure) done and three days later it started chipping. I went back because gel manicures are suppose to last two weeks. I went in the girl at the front told me 20 mins wait so I said I will wait. She said we will do them over for free. Then she said can I call you to come back in 30 mins the wait will be longer than expected. I said fine, almost 2 hours past and they never called back!!!!! So I called and went it, when I went in a rude ass man said he will do my nails over. Then after he took off the gel polish told me I must pay to have them re-polished. Bare in mind the whole time taking my polish off he was angry and shaking as if he would hit me for coming back to get my money's worth!!!! He almost sand my hands OFF with his machine and he cut me. The whole time he said nothing!!!! I don't know if it's because i'm BLACK but I felt like I was begging them, when I paid my money!!!!! Plus I know he was talking about me the other staff in some Asian language. If you say you are professionals, be professional! this is America! People don't like your service we are entitled to speak about it without judgement. You don't like providing a service then SHUT the business down! Don't speak about me in a different language and then racially profile me.
