Great place to relax! Bring your own swimsuit, they provide the shirt and shorts uniform. They have a wide variety of Saunas that do different things for the body. The pool area is big that also has different jets to try out to punch out the knots. There's also a water park area that's for families, but I think it's open on the weekends only. You can get foot/body massages, mani/pedi's but that is an extra cost. They have a little place to get food from, I didn't get to try the food. Personally, I wouldn't bring my kid here since he'd probably be bored and I would just want to relax.

Nice facility. We enjoyed our visit. My only complaint is that the staff was not very helpful in telling us what to do or where to go. It was our first visit so we were a little lost at first.

This place is great. There's a pool and Waterpark area which is different from a lot of day spas. It's a great place to go and relax and de-stress for a few hours. I didn't think I'd enjoy it but the sauna rooms were great and I felt well rested and recharged after my time there.

Expensive for pampering services, employees are on the line of being rude and totally unhelpful. Just go for the actual hot tub.

This place is cheap if you buy admission on groupon great place for the family I only swim swim is require they do rent them to you for a fee somethings some work but kids area is kinda cool for kids under 5

We came here on a Monday around noon, our first experience in a place like this, it was different lol but very relaxing, bring a pair of socks, your towel and swimsuit if u r planning to go to the swimming pool, the rooms are nice, you can take a good nap :) place was clean and the service was good also, clean restrooms. There is a restaurant inside but we didn't eat there. Overall good and will def come back!

It's a good place but there is a sign than it say no phones allow and people are using phones it say no shoes and people are walking with shoes on so the rules are not follow and the phone it's a place to be relax a lot of people are naked on the pools and phones are allow no privacy...

Absolutely amazing experience! The saunas were so relaxing and the food was phenomenal!! When you get inside they make you take off your shoes and get a uniform and you change in the locker rooms, they do have a bath that is no swim suits allowed so you'll see naked bodies of the same sex. The pool and water park area a great! If you want the "real" food you're looking at around 15-16 per bento box. The fast food is only available fri, sat,sun so keep that in mind for small kids. Water boats are available for rent for babies/toddlers

This was our first time there and it was awful. I took my wife for a early Valentine day gift and it was a mistake. The only words anyone said to us till the end was "uniform" which was tell us to put on a uniform to walk around. There was no tour no one told us where anything was and I felt completely unwelcome. We only got to enjoy the pool area because we could figure out where anything else was until the end of our visit. While we where in the pool I nice woman approached us to inform us that we couldnt be in the pool with our uniforms on or they would charge us extra we informed her that we didnt know and would exit the pool. She should us the sign that said no uniforms and then ask were we offered a tour and she was pretty angry to find out we hadnt and promptly gave us one herself. Unfortunately by the time we had gotten done with the tour we had to leave to pick our kids up . I wish I remembered the name.of the lady but I was so furious I cant remember. I feel as though I completely wasted my money and time. This is completely unacceptable I do not understand the reason for the horrid service because the place had sooooo much to offer once we got tour. I most definitely will be contacting corporate.

Oh my GOODNESS!!!! THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! SUCH HOSPITALITY. I WILL ABSOLUTELY SPEND MY WHOLE DAY HERE. THE STAFF WAS SO HELPFUL AND NICE. THE PLACE IS SO CLEAN!!!! THEY HAVE A RELAXING ROOM FOR YOUR EVERY MOOD!!! THE CHAIRS AND SOFAS ARE COMFORTABLE AND NOT WORN OUT. THE FOOD AND DRINKS MADE TO PERFECTION IN MY OPINION. THE POOL SIDE IS GREAT AND BATHROOMS AND LOCKER ROOMS ARE CLEAN. MUCH ROOM FOR ALL!!! THIS WILL BE MY GO TO PLACE EVERY WEEKEND AFTER A LONG WORK WEEK.
