First time here and they weren't busy. It was clean and they made sure I was satisfied with everything. They are a little higher priced but it was fine. I got the wax thing during my pedicure and it was amazing.

I came in with an ombre already, was wanting color change. I went with a nude ombré this time but Coco insisted pink looked more pretty than nude. She tried nude first but could not blend it well. Went back to pink and white, this was the end result. I felt rushed and will not be returning to this salon anymore.

Awesome first visit! Made me feel at home. New to area and have had terrible luck with finding new nail salon that compared to where I went regularly in GA. I am so pleased with my nails and the employees. Thank you - I will be back in a few weeks. Sandy was wonderful- great SNS mani and Michelle made my feet feel great again. I had very high expectations... The place was beautiful and had great reviews... But the lady at the front desk is very rude and likes to roll her eyes way to much.... The lady nikki doing my pedi (which was way higher priced thus my high expectations) jerked my legs to position them and was rough and did a poor job exfoliating and cuticle trimming! I treated my daughter to a pedi as well and they asked her age and proceded to laugh and speak in their language.... (She is 12!!) We were not offered anything to drink from the beverage bar( in which i hope they have a liquior liscense because they had multiple hard liquior choices) over all the experience was horrible!!!! I would rather drive to denton than come here!!

I go here all the time and never had a problem. I know I should have looked at my nails better before I left but honestly didn't think about it. They are all diff. Lengths and very rough edges and lots of bumps. Very annoyed by them .

My friend and I popped in here one afternoon for pedicures and it was amazing! They offered us drinks and they had an amazing slushie machine with daiquiris and your choice of liquor to top them off. The gentleman that was the manager was hilarious and a great host. My pedicure was a bit pricey, but the quality was amazing. I'll be back!

Yes, I was a walk in, however if you are not in the mood to do someone's nails. Spare the drama and be a nice person. I had a dip and within 6 days I have lost 4 nails because the process was quickly done. This review is not taken lightly it is my first bad review.

This was my first time going to this business. Took my mom for her first pedi. Very busy so you'll want to get there early. I assume they're busy because they were very accommodating, clean & friendly. I absolutely recommend going here.

I use to love Crystals but the last two times I went did not go well. I had dip nails put only to be a poor job, went back o to have removed and Mani only to have cold water Mani, not what I asked for, told the man and all he did was said yes you got a mani, so again lousy job. Sad to say but I will not be back.

The lady who did my pedicure did a good job. Nothing so special i will ever pay 52.00 again. But that is just the beginning. There was a lady in there videoing on her cell phone. Numerous times i had to hide my face to NOT be on her video. It was 6:20 and all the vlients were starting to leave and all the employees who didnt have clients were in the back being very loud and rude. Jumping around, yelling, and being very rude. If your wanting to relax, i suggest you dont go anywhere around closing time. I wont go back.

i love this place! for all the nail salons in decatur, this has been my favorite so far. they're attentive & do a wonderful. they got me & my mom in a half hour before they closed & didn't sound put off or exasperated by our being there at all. great service, even better nail quality.

I really wanted to like this place because I think the atmosphere is great. I’ve been five or six times and every time my nails will break, the gel paint will peel off the acrylic nails or my natural nails within a day or two. I don’t know if they are in a hurry and skipping steps. But it’s always a disappointment. My daughter and I went 4 days ago, 4 nails acrylic dipped in powder have already broken off and I’ve lost paint on two nails. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back.

Best spa I've been to around Decatur. Everyone is very sweet and I love how much they talked to me while my nails were getting done! The lady who did mine was amazing! She painted my roses on so perfectly! And she gave my daughter a toy to play with while she was there, and I was just so comfortable here! Loved the place! Will def be back again!

I had the most expensive nail set you could get, with Gel. Day three I had to go back and get it repainted because the gel peeled off, the gel is already off and I’ve only had them a week. My daughter got nails as well, with the same issues, and her entire fake nail came off twice within one week. I much prefer top nails. We will not be returning. .
