Week before our stay at hotel we called and left messages, probably three; no call backs!! By midweek with nobody calling us back we figured maybe they only do online bookings. So we booked for 8 am on Saturday online When i got here found out they did not have our reservation; she was very polite but admitted that this had happened once already this week. No resolution at this time and with my work commitments that was only slot I could take. Very disappointed clearly a system failure spa was main reason I tried the hotel. Not sure I what this says about other aspects of Coopers set up but clearly professionalism and failsafes did not work for us

services are excellent! place can be a little snooty. staff is friendly, but a little spaced out. long story but they had an anniversary celebration, and i tried to book a facial, my mom had booked hers the day before, i tried to book mine and they had apparently already filled up. so i offered to take another service. so my mom cancelled her facial, because she wanted us to be together (the staff knew about this when she cancelled), so they then called me to tell me there was an opening for a facial, which was my mom's cancelled slot. so they weren't really picking up the fact that we wanted to be there together. but either way, we both got in. they did order the wrong product for my mom, so she's not too happy about that. i would love to come back for the services (facial/massage) but not the manicure.

If you ever have the opportunity to enjoy the nail salon at cooper spa, you will never want to go to any other salon....the level of service ,artistry, expertise, and cleanliness is unmatched in my experience!

Nice hotel with plenty of healthy food options. They massages are awesome if you can book one.

Would highly recommend for facials and massages. I'm not a fan of the manicure/ pedicure area but that's just my personal preference. It's still very clean and the technicians are certainly good. The sauna and steam room are also super clean.

A nice spa, reasonable prices. I love it. The only problem was that they had me listed for the wrong spa a couple of times, but either way I enjoyed it.

Father's Day gift. I don't usually do "SPA" but the hour or so I got was well worth it. I have a dense build and JC worked hard to get through some of tenseness and density. Very happy. I'll be back.

This Spa is hands down the best one I have ever been to! The scrubs are absolutely fantastic and smell so good. Vanilla Tangerine is my favorite!! I also enjoy the massages so much and Donnie is absolutely fantastic. The ladies at the front were so sweet when I was checking out and they made sure my appointment went so smoothly. Thank you so much ladies, you make my off days a luxury mini-vacation!

On hold for 10 minutes. . . I would like to be able to write a review, but when I called to schedule, they placed me on hold for 10 minutes. Tried to call back and was sent straight to VM. Never mind, Cooper.

I made an appointment for a massage and confirmed the night before when they called me - they had my number. I arrive 10 minutes prior and told "just a moment" after waiting 20 minutes I was told they accidentally doubled booked. They had no other openings and offered a 20% discount on my next visit - that went in the trash! I was at the time a member of the Cooper center and not receive even a follow up call of apology. I had booked 2 massages in the previous month for daughter and son-in-law. I was called the night prior to confirm and WARNED if they did not show up my account would be charged - not just 20% - the full amount. It was rude and unimpre$$ive. I am also no longer a member of the fitness center as it was not worth the cost. The promise of free passes to have friend join me for tennis never materialized.

I worked at Cooper Spa for a few months this past year and throughout the holidays season. The spa is great and the massage therapists and estheticians are for the most part very professional and kind. However, the front desk staff is a mess. The lack of professionalism from most others was an issue for me from the get go. The staff gossiped non stop in front of customers and I found myself constantly embarrassed by how unaware of their surroundings and the blatant lack of customer service skills some of the girls presented. I pride myself in doing a good job regardless of the situation and I felt very alone in this regard. Knowone seemed to care and it shows in their interactions. The real issue lies in management. Erica, the spa manager, is an amazing, genuine and patient woman. She is welcoming, understanding and kind at all times regardless of the stress/busyness level. She truly was a great manager. The real issue lies with Lisa the relatively newly appointed Spa Director. She presents herself to others as arrogant, cold, disinterested and entitled from the get-go. She seems to have zero interest in making her staff feel valued and would ignore us much of the time. We would go shift after shift and never see her set foot out of her basement office. I understand designating duties to Erica but Lisa had near to zero communication with her staff except through email. Her lack of communication made the customer service issue go unnoticed. Erica was constantly pulled in numerous directions since she appeared to be compensating for where Lisa's management was lacking. When I brought concerns of mine to Lisa's attention, she became defensive and replied with an excuse for each thing I mentioned. She then went as far to call me insubordinate and not a team player all for voicing the issues at hand. This and her disinterest in her staff, and lack of professionalism, was nothing I had ever experienced in a work place. Seeing no timely resolution ultimately lead to me quitting. I personally believe Erica should be in Lisa's position as she works twice as hard as Lisa, is kind, and interested in her staff. I have hopes that Lisa is a good, genuine, and interested person and that upper management is just not suitable for her personality or skill set.

When you specifically ask for a strong massage and you get a soaked oiled petting for over $103. Not worth it. If you have knots to be worked out, this is not where you should go. Never even worked the knots, my shoulders and back were still screaming in pain.

Extremely rude front desk. My appointment was for a 50 minute facials, done in 30 minutes. Could not see any improvement at all. Will definitely not be going back. I contacted management about my personal experience before writing any reviews and it has been over a week and no response from them. There are several other great spas for half the price. I wish I checked the reviews before going
