I am not normally a complainer or bad reviewer (it takes a lot) but I am a long time customer of Castle Nail Spa that feels VERY wronged by this place. I frequent this salon and get a pedicure and manicure each time. Not cheap. Today, without being asked (and on my $40 pedicure mind you) they attempted to "train" a new technician. This man was kind but NOWHERE near being capable of giving a professional salon quality pedicure. The trainee even stepped away most of the time and did not check his work. Needless to say, my pedicure looks terrible. I spoke to the front desk afterwards letting them know that I wasn't asked about this beforehand and I was not happy with my pedicure. They still charged me full price but gave me a card to use next time. "Ok that wasn't fun but at least they made it right" I was thinking as I left the building. When I got in my car, I realized that the card was a "$5 off coupon." I am now stopping to get repolished at another salon and will never step foot in castle again. What a shame to be treated so poorly as a long time customer and referer of many friends.

I love this nail spa! There is no where like it in Dallas. Everyone there is always attentive to you and your needs. My favorite nail specialist is Josheph. Terrible experience! Nexgen chipped the next day! Went 4 times in 2 weeks to get it fixed!!! They keep trying fast fixes and it kept getting worse. I'll pay more any day so I don't have to get it fixed every other day

Great experience. Clean salon, full service, very nice technicians, and competitive prices (check their website for coupons!). Aaron and Ben did my mani/pedi and were very nice and did a great job. They also have a large enough space to accommodate lots of customers, so no hour+ waits or "come back tomorrows" even if they are busy. They also have wine, beer, soda and water for you while you get pampered. Great overall experience!

I was told on the phone by their management that I didn't need to get and appointment because there was plenty of space which was a lie, once I got there I was told three times it would be 5-10 more minutes. I left after a hour of hearing 5-10 more minutes without even getting a single nail done.

I walked in WITH an appointment, they didn’t have a seat for me I had to sit on a pedicure seat and get my nails done. They do have beverages, but that’s about it. They are not organized when it comes to who’s next to get pampered. Oh and I got a fill on my nails and they started breaking the next 2 DAYs! Not ok!!! I personally would not recommend this place oh and FYI I payed 30 dollars for a acrylic fill and I normally pay 15. Never again!

I used to love this spot. Even when it was busy, if you made an appointment the got you right in. It has GONE COMPLETELY DOWNHILL. There has been twice lately that I have gone with my mom and made an appointment days ahead of time and we still had to wait 20-30 minutes with an appointment! The second time I just walked out. I was so mad. This week I went on a Sunday night, got a gel manicure, and by the time I got home 3 of my nails were already peeling off. I went back the next morning to get them fixed and they were SUPER RUDE when I showed them my nails, and told me I would have to wait 35 minutes just to get them fixed! What?! I was already here, and waited my time!! Then I asked them to redo the gel on all the nails completely, because if some are already peeling off less then 4 hrs later, then it's just a matter of time for the rest to peel off. They only fixed the ones that had already peeled, and now here we are 5 days later all they nails they didn't redo have now all peeled off. This is so ridiculous, a huge inconvenience and a waste of time and money. I AM SO DONE WITH THIS PLACE. My days with Castle Nails are OVER. STAY AWAY, unless you want a sped through, half a** job.

It’s hit or miss here. It’s always extremely busy and you will have to wait for at least 15 minutes before they can see you. I was not impressed with the way Wilson did my nails-he was not very nice and almost all of them were cracked a week later, which is not normal for Nexgen. They also over charged me (almost double) but it was so crowded and unorganized I just walked out because I didn’t want to deal with it. Very subpar experience. I did however decide to give it another try for a pedicure and Sanao gave me the best pedicure I have ever had!

Castle always delivers top-notch services in an elegant atmosphere. Ask for Lena at the Mockingbird location and try the citrus hot stone pedicure. My feet and legs were worn out after a tough few weeks, but now they feel like they've just returned from vacation!

I’ve been coming to Castle for years. They always do a nice job, have a clean facility, and lots of different options for manis and pedis. Their wait time is always long - even with an appointment, you usually have to wait around 20-30 minutes. The techs do a great job but aren’t all particularly friendly. Overall - I’ve always walked away happy with how my nails look.

I always get treated great here, every time I go I get a pedicure and manicure. And I always relax comfortably and feel no pain at all, just pure relaxation & serenity. And despite them being busy most times when I go, they hardly ever make me wait. If I do wait it’s about 3 min tops. And I never made an appointment. This is my favorite nail place so far.

My nail broke after 1 week and I stopped in to get it fixed.... told me it would be a 30 minute wait. And it was their fault. For one nail. Also- waited for 20 minutes and then they inform me that they didn’t write down my nail color. “So maybe I could look through them and try to find one that matches”. So there goes 20 minutes of my time just for them to tell me they can’t help. Needless to say my nail never got fixed.

Walked in first thing in the morning just as they were opening, there were 3 of us and we were immediately seated and got excellent mani pedis including a cool design painted freehand on my daughters big toenails at her request. 3 weeks later the nails still look great. First time here. This place was rowdy when we first arrived around 8 p.m. and there were lots of kids so of course we were concerned but when we were called we were sent to a quite, private room. I’ve tried to give this establishment multiple visits. You will wait an hour, if not longer. They will not sit you with your friends, even if you have made an appointment days prior. You will be treated like cattle piled in on top of everyone will little to no regard of the word “spa.” The only added bonus is that they essentially drown you in free wine, so at least you will be sedated through the whole ridiculous process.

**Update 8/10** I went back to try it a second time because my friends love the job they do here. This time they honored my appointment time and did a great job on my nails. Besides them accidentally spraying water on my feet being a little rough with the manicure I will say I will go back because I consider the fabulous job they did with my nails a redemption. :) see... I can be nice :) Made a appointment for 6:00pm and didn't get started until 6:45pm. What is the point of making a appointment when you have to wait? They overbooked everyone, people came in after me who had appointments at 6:15 and they were still waiting at 7:00pm or helped before me. The staff didn't care that it was over booked and kept letting walk ins come in telling them the wait was 45 minutes when it was actually 1 hour and 30 minutes.So disappointed in this place after it was highly recommended. (I came on a Monday). I didn't even get my nails done, I was sitting at the desk till 7:00pm and gave up with no nails done. All I got was a sorry from the front desk. Moral of the story: don't make an appointment cause they don't honor it anyway. Also, when they tell you a wait time, double it.

Horrible Customer Service. I wasn't given time to choose my color. The nail tech helped me pick a color but failed to tell me that it was a temperature changing color. She didn't tell me until she was done. I could not wait another two hours to get them fixed since I was leaving out of town that night. They told me that they had to charge me and I had 2 weeks to come back. I came back after my trip and they denied to fix it, saying I would have to pay again, blaming me and taking no responsibility on their end. I asked to speak to the manager and they told me they were out of town and there was no one I could talk to.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. So....My sister and I are new to Dallas and were referred to Castle Nail Spa as we were told that they had "exceptional customer service and great products". I beg to differ, this is the case if you are looking for A BASIC PROM manicure. They are way overpriced, for a service that they cannot match. If they could, they would have been able to fulfill a $65 GEL CHROME polish service. However, my sister had to return, not once but twice to have the chrome polish redone for first, being too thick, and eventually FADING!!!! They "guarantee" 13 days and I even overheard several employees stating their work embodied that, however, when you go back WITHIN those 13 days, you are met with a piss poor attitude, being told you are "picky" compared to other customers, and eventually that they do not have the "time" to even do the service of the gel chrome- and offered a $15 refund. Why even have a Chrome option if you don't know how to apply it?! I've never heard of such a business that does not accomadate its customers to their fullest capability. Business 101=Happy Customers, make Repeat Customers. In my experience Castle Nail Spa, I had an appointment, was not seen until 30 minutes after set appointment, I sat in a stool on the side of the tables while a gentleman did my nails standing up, I was offered a beverage 3/4 into my service, while a customer next to me had 3 beverages and the icing on the cake was being shaded by the nail tech next to us who made a comment about the stiletto shape of my nail-that she did not like it, while she did her client's square short nails. The place is always busy, jammed packed so I'm sure customer service is a foreign language-yet still needs to be applied because there are many other nail shops! Save your dollars, time and go where you are appreciated and where you won't have to come back within a week for the same repeated service:)

Highly disappointed!! I picked this spa over others because of the reviews but it did not come close to the experiences I read about. I paid twice as much as the usual place I go and did not get half the quality. If your wanting to relax this place is not for you and any message with your manicure or pedicure you might as well get that out of your mind because you will not receive any. Not only do they rush you but they rush threw their services as well!! Will not be referring or returning.

I was in theDallas area for the weekend and they took me and my daughter in as walk ins. We did not wait very long even though they were extremely busy. They were very well staffed and the establishment and their equipment/ tools were clean and in good shape. Every one was friendly and provided great customer service. I had a classic mani-pedi and the technician that did my pedicure gave me the best pedicure I've had.. he was very gentle. I highly recommend this place.

Always an awful experience. You wait forever, even if you have an appt. Often standing outside because there's no room to stand inside. Nathan (I think?) did my powder dip nails so rushed and careless, they are already chipping in under 1 week. He filed my nails in 30 seconds and immediately started the dip. No manicure, no nail shaping, no cuticle clean-up - nothing. He was SO rushed and paid 0 attention. He used the nail drill at a bad angle, and all of my nails (real nails) have a SUPER DEEP cut in them, almost to skin. Also, he was moving so fast he cut my finger BAD. It didn’t stop bleeding for an hour and it's now bruised. The surface of my nails are uneven, edges are peeling up, and they look grown out already since he started painting without any prior nail clean-up. They don’t care about customer service at all, they just want to get you in and out as fast as possible because they overbook appointments. I only go here as a last resort because they are open late, but it’s the most awful nail salon in Dallas.

Not even one star is deserved. Super rude. Even though they never greeted me, I met them with a smile and asked for an acrylic fill-in. They turned me away after talking amongst themselves, and coming back stating that they did not know how to do acrylic fill-ins because they were more difficult (cheaper) than dipping powder fill-ins (which is a complete lie). Ultimately, I felt like I wasn’t welcomed in their establishment from the time that I opened the door. I will never return, and will advise my friends to never visit either. Do better.

I've been going to this salon for almost 6 years, since I moved to the Dallas area. Never once have I been disappointed in their service, cleanliness, and vision when it comes to my nails. Their pedicures are better than any other salon in Dallas. I've not had a single bad experience, no matter who has helped me. But, I mus say that I am FLOORED by the experience I had today with Nikki. I came in with a vision for my nails, and while they didn't have the stickers in stock I was wanting, Nikki made my nails better than I ever could have imagined! She did not only dried flowers in my nails, but also ombre design, AND chrome nails all in one sitting! Couldn't Be happier with my nails.

I have never written a review for a company but felt the need to do so in this situation because the service was so terrible. I walked in Friday and needed a new set. After 20 mins someone came and got me to ask what I wanted. After telling them I wanted ombre, I was informed it would be another 20 mins because there was only 1 person in the shop that knows how to do it. Keep in mind there are at least 50 nail techs in the shop. After telling them I didn't mind getting something simple they put me with a nail tech without table. He started my nails at the door! Completely tacky and unprofessional. After finally getting a table he was clearly in a rush and was shaping my nails crooked. After I asked him to fix it he had an attitude. I got my nails done 4 days ago and 3 of my nails have already broken doing normal tasks. I have NEVER had that happen. Save your money and go somewhere with more professional service where they actual know how to do nails!

Was made to wait longer because I wanted acrylic nails. Others came in and waited 5 mins or less and got services because they were getting gel nail services. Reason given for my long wait , greater than 25 minutes, was because I wanted acrylics and they only had 4 persons trained to do acrylics. I was asked at 3 different times if I wanted gel nails and they could start my nails immediately. Left and went down the street to Oscar Nail Bar on the corner of Mockingbird & Abrams and got in immediately. They were happy to do my acrylic nails!

Anna does SUCH a wonderful job. Overall, a very friendly staff and at a great location - they're constantly busy so be sure to book your appointment in advance. My only complaint is that they do not have call waiting or an answering machine. I call to make an appointment and regularly get the busy signal. I'll often try back 4 or 5 times in a row and then forget to call back 10 minutes later to book it. I'll continue to be a customer there - I just wish they would fix this!!

Im giving them a 3, because there are some techs who are amazing, but some don't care. They're a very busy salon & they know if you have a problem it doesn't matter because there's dozens of women lined up behind you. If you make an appointment Hubert is sweet and amazing at his job. I've had a tech tell me it was my fault the sample looked different than my nails... what?! They just want your money and to turn around the chair. Sad, because I used to look forward to going here.

They only treat you well if you are getting a more expensive service such as an acrylic set. In this case they offer you something to drink and talk to you. If you are going there only to fix one nail for example, the cashier guy will basically ignore you and be rude and the attendant will not do a good job because he will be in a hurry to go to the next person that probably will spend more. The acrylic fill won’t last as expected and you have to be the one watching for them to not polish it too much on the ends, make sure it’s even and that all the nails have the same size.

I used to LOVE this place but after how I was treated today, you couldn't pay me to return!! I was a faithful customer for almost a year and never had any issues. I returned the day after getting my nails done because as soon as I did anything with my hands, the powder started to come off almost jelly-like. I told them I have never had any issues before and that it was most likely the powder being defective. If I would've known the type of response I was about to receive, I would've NEVER gone back with my issue to even give them a chance to fix it. When I spoke to my nail tech about what happened with my nails (that I have been faithful to for almost a year), he basically said the nail issue was MY fault, and that I would have to pay full price for him to fix it since I didn't want to get the same defective color again. While getting my nails re-done, he then tells me I should "find somewhere else to get my nails done in the future" and that he would no longer be willing to do my nails (um...EXCUSE ME!?). I was absolutely shocked and extremely offended. He continued to make me feel so horrible about it, I literally started apologizing repeatedly and crying in the nail salon (talk about embarrassing). I asked to talk to the manager and told him everything but at this point I'm so embarrassed and upset at how the situation was handled, you seriously could not pay me to go back to this establishment. I cannot believe how I was badly I was treated, belittled, and disrespected in front of everyone there, including several other paying customers. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place altogether, because if anything EVER goes wrong with your nails, you WILL be punished for it.

Of the 15+ experiences I have had with Castle Nail Spa, I'd say 13 have been exceptional. They have TONS of colors to choose from, and at least 30 chairs in the salon. John, Fugo, and Hubert are my go-to gurus for dip/nexgen nails and are true artists who deliver consistently great results. I love that their manicures come with a two week guarantee (as long as you have the receipt!) because chips and breaks do happen occasionally, but they always fix it for free. The downside to this location is that it's CONSTANTLY busy from open to close. It's definitely not a calm, relaxing "spa" environment. I usually make an appointment a few days ahead of time, and almost always have to wait before my tech is available. The wait is always worth it though! My nails are .~+*perfection*+~.

It's not the first time I was going to that place and service got way worse. I am giving two stars because my manicure turned out really good. But the girl who did my pedicure was horrible! First of all she put my feet in a lukewarm water and said it was ok, and left to grab her sets and creams. Then she didn't put color all the way up to the cuticle, so looks like I had a half nail done. On top on that, my pedicure got ruined after 4 hours of me leaving the place. Now I have to go and redo it somewhere else. Very disappointed and will not be back

My first time here, about one year ago, I loved how my gel manicure turned out: perfect and lasted three weeks! My second time: I hated the service: gel mani and spa pedi at the same time. I was being pushed and pulled unable to relax and it was so loud and crowded! Overall, a huge disappointment and by day 4 of my gel manicure the paint was chipping at day 7 it looked terrible. Waste of $80 something and 2 hours of time.

I love this place. It is always packed because they are open later than most places, but they are always friendly and have good pricing. $35 for Nexgen. I come every two weeks! Love them, Emily did a great job with my pedicure tonight and I will be asking for her again in the future!

My manicurist was amazing and very sweet. My pedicurist on the other hand was a nightmare. She hurt me when cutting my nails and when doing my cuticles. She dropped some product on the floor that was supposed to be a step for my pedicure so she skipped that step. She then hurt me when she massaged me. Badly. She was rude and extremely rough. She did one coat of color on my toes and no top coat. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. I said something to rhe front desk about it as I checked out and they did not really seem too concerned. I did not tip the pedicurist. I left it all for the manicurist. * Edit... My gel manicure sadly only lasted 1 week after getting it. Usually a gel manicure lasts 3 weeks.

I had a basic spa pedicure ($25) and a gel manicure ($35). Pros- Two ladies did my nails between pedicure and manicure. They were both friendly and did a nice job. They have MANY choices of nail color. There are large tv screens with closed captioning if you want to watch something. They offer you red/white wine, soda or water. (not sure what other beverage options) If you go certain days of the week they give 15% discount for mani/pedi Cleanliness is one of my biggest factors in choosing a place: They used sterilized packs for service tools with own scrubber and buffer. (The one thing I think may have not been individual was the nail file) For the pedicure spa bowls they use liners for each client. Cons- VERY strong nail salon smell that almost made me not be able to stay. I wish they would speak in english to each other while doing services on a client. (I know this is common but I don't care for it) It is very overdone/gaudy (but that is personal preference)

Also, I am a complete germ freak, and Castle has consistently met and exceeded my very high standards for being sanitary.

I don’t get my nails done very often but I really wanted black almond shaped nails for my trip to New York. I’ve been to a couple of other nails salons that say they can do a shape or design but it ends up being not great so I was a bit skeptical. John did my nails and I was really happy with the way they turned out! He took a lot of time to make sure the almond shape was right and not lopsided or too short and I really respected that. He was really nice and we had some great conversations. I would recommend this nails salons and John to anyone because he went above and beyond to make sure I got the service I wanted.

I recommend Kim for nails, particularly coffin shaped nails, and Yen for pedicures. they offer a variety of services from dip nails, gel nails, regular manicures, and about 5-6 different pedicures. Tuesdays are the best because they have a special on gel or dip nails and a pedicure for about $60-65. appointments are recommended because they get very busy!

I called ahead of time before I drove over to verify that I would be able to get in. I was assured that they had time to fit in a manicure pedicure. When I arrived the salon was packed and I was told there were 8 people waiting. This would make it so that they wouldn't be able to fit in both services before closing. Next time just be honest on the phone so I don't drive here! Very very strong nail salon smell.

Roughest manicure ever!!! Normally, I have a really great experience here, but today was an exception. My nail tech was Tiger. He did a beautiful job, but his customer service and technique left a lot to be desired. He was very rough, and I left with knicks on 4 of my fingers one of which was bleeding. He seemed to be in a hurry. He was distracted with his phone the first half of the manicure. He did a beautiful job, however I've been to other techs there who do just as beautiful work, and I didn't have to leave there sore.

Really disappointed. They don’t really care about the people or quality just how much money they can make. I actually used to like this place and the guy who did my manicures because I bite my nails and he didn’t say anything/make fun of me which is rare. I had a bad experience back in January when my guy wasn’t available and I just needed my nails done. He completely forgot a step in my acrylic manicure and I was in a hurry. I can back the next day and when I expressed my concern they offered to “do them over” for $20. Like y’all messed up why would I pay? So I left and decided to try again today. My pedicure was fine nothing special but my manicure is awful. He didn’t even ask me want length I wanted and just cut them so short and they look off. Some are different sizes and it’s just awful. I won’t be back.

I went here for the first time yesterday. Walked in about 7:10 was told it would be a 30 minute wait time for me and my sister. It was packed inside so i stood outside which I don't mind. Went in about 20 later and they called our names. They offered us drinks ( red wine, white wine, chardonnay, moscato, and water) We both got mani/pedis and the lady named Airla (probably not how its spelled) did a wonderful job on my toes. She did not talk much which is fine by me. I got the $55 pedi and a powder nail acrylic (i have no experience with nails). Tommy did my nails and i absolutely love them they're gorgeous and he knows exactly what he is doing! I don't see myself going anywhere else for manicures and pedicures!

Dipping powder is the best... it lasts the longest and made my nails grow! I keep my real nails at a good length thanks to the products they used. Make appointment first - recommend. I’ve been going here for 4 years now. Try the dipping so much better than gel.

Been coming for about 4 years to get pedicure and they always last pretty long (regular polish-royal manicure). I suggest making an appointment, but you may still have to wait a little bit. They are busy but I don't think the quality has ever suffered for it at least for me. 9 out of 10 times it's great (no place is perfect) but if you need a new place of give them a shot.

I want to love this salon, but sadly I can't. They do a wonderful job accommodating you quickly even when busy. They made sure you're comfortable and offer you complimentary beverages. They also have the largest selection of Nexgen colors I have ever seen. Sadly, my nails started chipping just a few days after my service. As it stands now it's barely been the 2 weeks and 3 nails popped off days ago and plenty more are on the way. They just simply did them to thin. I will not return.

I am hoping it was just the technician in particular and not indicative of the entire salon, but my nails are an absolute mess now. I asked for a full acrylic set of coffin-shaped French tip nails (they taper and become slender and pointed). What I got were stubby, blunt and squared off tips, that were entirely crooked to boot. Not to mention the tips and powder were stuck on so unevenly there are visible LUMPS on my nails from a side view. Lumps! I have square clumps stuck to the ends of my fingers. People cannot believe this salon did these. I asked for an embellished ring finger in gold and was told they "don't do that," despite seeing other women walk out of the salon with that exact thing! I asked the technician several times to fix the lumps and crookedness of my nails and she did not. I provided several pictures and tried to be patient and simple with what I wanted. My technician was very rude to me. Worst nail service I have ever had. Maybe they should focus on quality of their technicians and not quantity to move people through. I feel cheated and must go to have these fixed elsewhere.

Castle Nail Spa is the best! My boyfriend and I went there after a long day. We walked in with every chair besides 2 full. They sat us right away and told us they’d be over to help shortly. After a few minute wait we both started to get the royal treatment. We got the 35 minute pedi and they took at least an hour. Even though they were super busy it never felt let it nor did my nails lack quality did I mention someone else did my mani at the same time - squeezed between two chairs!. Thank you so much and we will be back next time we’re in TX! Would recommend!

As a high-volume salon, I expect them to hold their techs to higher standards because they are one of the most successful salons in Dallas. So so so disappointed. It's the only place where I don't feel like I need to "Know my nail tech's name because "SHE'S/HE'S" the Best!" In fact, every time I am serviced, each person is pretty good. And if I need any adjustments they are always willing to assist. They aren't stingy with their wine LOL which is great because I only drink it when I come here and I'm trying to get past my Stay At Home Mom Blues!! I have also come late a couple of times, like in the last 1hr to 30 minutes of them closing (not to be rude at all, it was an emergency!) If I could give them no stars I would. I had been going to them as a regular customer since my wedding last year. I gave them multiple chances despite many things going wrong. Once they painted my toes a glittery silver when I had chosen a glittery purple. No big deal I thought probably just a miscommunication, not wanting to be a bother I just asked them to put one layer of the purple glitter gel on top and then it would look silvery purple. Nope. They aggressively filed off the fresh gel polish so intensely that my toe actually bled. I always make an appointment because when I do treat myself to this, of course my friends and I want to sit together. Every time I’ve had to wait well past my appointment and if I’m with more than one other person they will try to separate us despite having made an appointment days ahead. The front desk and appointment booking staff are really just mean and have no business in customer service. This past appointment I went with 3 friends as a get together for my birthday and I made an appointment a few days ahead. When we got there they asked if we could be separated into two groups of two because they were busy. I told them, no we made an appointment so we could all sit together and if they still couldn’t seat us together despite the appointment they needed to let me know so we could find other arrangements. They sat me down first, and I asked my nail tech and the front desk to make sure my friends would be sitting next to me very soon because the people sitting near me looked nowhere near done. They assured me they would be seating my friends in a few minutes. Well, surprise surprise, they lied. By the time any of my friends were seated next to me I was done with my dip manicure and gel pedicure within 3 minutes. I was so upset. They ruined my birthday outing. Since I got to wait on my friends for an hour I was sitting next to my friend who was also getting both a mani and a pedi and they dropped her phone in the foot bath!!!! I couldn’t believe it. They grabbed it and dried it off but did not acknowledge it any further. Yes I was charged full price despite not getting to sit with my friends as promised. And yes so was my friend who has her phone dropped in the foot bath. I told the front desk how upset I was and they just said they were busy. They clearly don’t understand how appointments or scheduling works. I wish that was the last ridiculousness I had dealt with from them but it isn’t. When I went and had a horrible time on my birthday I got a dip manicure, which I get because they’re supposed to be pretty indestructible and they can be depending on if your nail tech cares at all. So far I have had 3 instances of the dip breaking. Well one week from the manicure the tip of my dip nail broke and I had to super glue it back. I went to go get it repaired because they’re supposed to have a two week guarantee. Now any other time they’ve broken I just went in and got them re done and didn’t mess with trying the guarantee. But I was still so upset about having my birthday ruined I felt like fixing one nail was the least they could do. So yesterday I went in to get the nail fixed. When I explained what happened the guy at the desk very rudely asked for my receipt, I told him I didn’t keep the receipt but he could easily check the appointment book for my name and phone number from the week before, nope he wanted me to get a credit card statement to prove when I had them done. Now if I had known any of this was necessary I would’ve come with it and I was certainly not expecting him to be so rude. Eventually the manager did check the appointments and let me get the nail fixed. They did not color match the nail so now my middle finger is slightly different than the rest and they didn’t even replace the nail. They left my hasty super glued together on and just redid the dip polish. I’m so done with this place. Also if they’re busy they may expect you to be okay with them setting up a TV tray in the corner or hall for them to do your nails. Of course at no discount.

I gave it a 2 because it is a nice place. They are over priced. That is the first thing I noticed. I thought if I were given wine like I was told, it would be relaxing and worth. I was offered no wine or any drink. I was told the wait would be 15 minutes and I waited 40. I finally got a young man who was very unhappy with his job, doing my pedicure. He rushed me, my massage hurt. I felt like it was a clinic and not a spa. He kept hurting me and I kept asking him to slow down and go softer. I looked around and all of the ladies there were doing what I liked. I almost asked for somebody else but I was so mad about not being offered wine and being made wait so long, I decided then that this would be my last trip and I would just grin and bear it. I would have gone shopping if I had known I would have had to wait 45 minutes. Ladies kept coming in that would go ahead of me. I wondered if it was because of an appointment or were they getting pricier services. This was my first and last time there. What is the purpose of getting a massage if all you do it hurt the whole 30 minutes? Nails NOW gives the same pedicure but with paraffin wax with no additional cost and I always feel welcome there. I got my eyebrows waxed and I went into the waxing room and they were asking me to sit on a dirty towel. I asked her to please change the towels if she wanted me to lay there and she go an attitude. I don't want head lice, really!

I absolutely love this place! You will not be disappointed, their services are too notch and they really do go the distance customer service wise. The only down fall is that they are ALWAYS busy and crowded but I don't mind the wait since I know I'll be taken of. I went in last night as a walk in time get my powder nails removed and a manicure, kevin was my guy. He was so professional and sweet and gave me a huge hug when I left! I am not getting my nails done anywhere else in the DFW. You'll love this place and they expanding so they're going to be able to serve even more customers.

I read on their website that they “welcomed” walk ins. Well when I walked in it didn’t feel welcoming at all. It was my first time there, it looks like an upscale area but the treatment and the inside didn’t seem like it. The young lady at the front desk had a very thick accent but I tried my best to communicate with her until she rolled her eyes at me when I asked about the services. And then another gentleman took over the conversation. The nail tech seemed rushed and it felt stressful as I was trying to pick what color I wanted. There was random employees sitting around and then a new customer sat next to me with another nail tech. I could tell the treatment was obviously different in comparison. All her questions were met and they were offered drinks etc. My nails were left slanted and looking iffy. I left the shop feeling disappointed and I only left a tip because the lady the did my eyebrows was very nice.
