Here you have all the opinions of people who purchased the services of Breeze Salon And Spa (Spa) in the area close to Texas.
To this day this firm has a score of 4.3 stars out of 5 and that rating has been calculated on 65 reviews.
You must have seen that the average of ratings is quite high, and it's based on a large number of reviews, so we may say that the score is very faithful. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they are pleased with the service, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to write scores when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...

Was able to get a last minute appointment. Got a great hair cut from Katie and added on a very relaxing facial.
Go see Rachel Winter Theret for your hair cut and color. She's beyond awesome.
Extremely pricey. I cried all night after my hair turned out horribly. I’m SO disappointed with my experience here. I will not be back.
I have been trying to give this place a chance for 2 years. The last time I booked an appointment over the phone I was mistakenly scheduled for the wrong location, so this time I booked an appointment on the website over a week in advance. For some unknown reason, the actual appointment itself was not confirmed on their end. I have a confirmation of the pending charge to my credit card. I was informed that there is an additional step to confirm the appointment, which insinuates to me that it was user error. I wanted to make sure that I didn't miss anything, so I made another appointment. The "Submit Payment" button is the only step after keying in my information to both PAY and BOOK the appointment. How was I supposed to know that their system is so bad it could create a pending charge on my card, but not actually confirm the time? They offered me 10% off a future service. That is less than what I tip and quite honestly an insult. I start a new job on Monday and this was my kid free window to pamper myself. For the sake of time, I will have to share details from the past experiences later. The quality of customer service does not match the high prices at all. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.
A peaceful, welcoming salon. I especially appreciate that scents were not overwhelming but barely noticeable. I enjoyed the option for a scalp massage, and my haircut was perfect!
Have been going here for the last three years... I recommend Bebea!
To start off, I'm a man so I can only speak to the needs haircut. I have not yet had a bad one from this salon. The stylists and desk staff are personable and friendly. They take care of their customers with complimentary drinks and hand massages. My wife and daughter showed up in the middle of my cut and the staff were super cool to them +and my daughter is kind of a handful) The product line is Aveda and always in stock. The location itself is in the heart of downtown Round Rock which has several other great stops within close proximity.
I strongly dislike leaving bad reviews but I'm pretty upset over the amount of money I spent and time wasted to walk out of your salon dissatisfied on one too many levels. First, I asked the stylist if she was experienced in balayage and she shrugged her shoulders to say "yeah, sort of". That should have been my first clue to run. She then sprayed hair spray on my hair while she was doing it, which was so odd and left me on the chair for a while that I had to ask for someone to go get her. Secondly, she barely spoke to me. It felt like I was bothering her by being there. Then to top things off I felt like I was super rushed out of the salon. She passed me over to Morgan who was so sweet but also didn't do much to my finished style. My haircut is super blunt and boring. Bebe ran her fingers through it really fast and said "ya, it looks good" then hurried off to her other client once morgan was done blow drying my hair. After I left, I just hate everything about the time I spent getting my hair done there and that shouldn't be the case when you spend 2-3 hours in someone's chair getting your hair done. They are also SUPER pushy about selling you products and Bebe was late...My hair is orange, yellow looking and I'm afraid to even call to get it fixed. I will never come back and I'm disappointment that I spent any money on services and tips. I do not recommend this salon at all. Visited on: March 1, 2017 with stylist Bebe.
The front desk is super friendly and will always make you feel welcome. I've been getting my hair cut by Michelle for over a year and she's great.
Always a good experience, staff is knowledgable and helpful. You get what you pay for!
Flexibility and understanding of the needs and wishes of my girls. Offering tips for hair care routine at home. Friendly and Nice Staff. Hospitable atmosphere. Conveniently located. The girls raved about Lynette and Andrea!
Katie is amazing! My hair always looks fantastic!!
Staff is super friendly! And very accommodating. I can truly relax and enjoy my haircut here. The experience is almost spa-like. They massage your scalp during the shampoo and put something (I think mint?) on your scalp for like a minute (after getting your permission and confirming there's no allergies or sensitivity to it). It's my favorite part. I have never left here disappointed with my haircut. Highly recommend!
Just the appointment set up was a great experience, Thank you Casson, you were so very helpful!!! Can't wait for my services!!!!
Michelle Marrow is exactly what I e been looking for! Thank You! We will see you again soon!
Breeze Salon is amazing! It’s super cute. Brenda is also amazing, highly recommend! She is very straightforward and honest about how different products and services will work on your hair and she keeps you informed throughout the whole process. She paid attention to everything I wanted and seriously worked wonders on my hair. Was nervous about my first time getting my hair dyed but I’m obsessed with it. Go to Breeze!
I went a got a hair cut here, the shampoo was amazing! They massage your head and the shampoo smells so good! The only thing I did not like was that they had different levels of people that cut hair starting at like $25 all the way to like $60.... I was a little shocked that they had a simple hair cut that cost that much. But overall was fine, Parking was a little difficult being in downtown round rock but I guess walking a few blocks did not kill me lol.
Bebea is so talented and very kind!
I love Breeze! Their stylists are very talented and everyone is friendly.
My stylist Bebea was the BEST!!.. She was very attentive and helpful in guidance as to what I should do with my style. I will definitely be returning here and would recommend Bebea as your future stylist as well!.l
Totally overpriced!!! They couldn't do any color n my hair cut was sloppy n just not what i was looking for.
Ann, my hairdresser! She is the best. Not only in personality, but in skill too. She will go the extra hour to make sure the hair will look and turn out its best! She is so friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else or to anyone else! And loved the hand massage and talking with everyone.
Over priced-
It makes me really sad to write this bad review, but I did not have a good experience. I usually go to the Aveda salon on 6th (Happy) but was up north and decided to give this a try. I asked to get my hair blow dried curly. When it was done at Happy it came out beautiful, but not here. Overall, the stylist gave me a really sloppy blow dry! Then my hair got tangled in the brush several times! I maintained by cool and prayed I wouldn't loose any hair! In the end my hair way straight and frizzy. I am sorry to say this, but the stylists here do not have good experience. I also checked the card in the beginning for a hand massage, but never received one. Disappointed.
I have short hair, $68 for a woman's hair cut VS $35 for a man's hair cut. SAD, No thank you!
I always get my hair cut at this Aveda salon. I highly recommend Katie bc she always helps me find exactly the cut I want to try. Not pushy with the products, gives great advise on what to get to maintain your desired look and nothing else.
Loved my style and cut. Will be going there for every cut from how on. ❤
Got my makeup done here for a graduation event. I never liked getting makeup done because they always put too much. I explained that i just wanted a light natural coverage and the lady delivered.
Nothing short of a life threatening disaster. I prefer to not select any stars but this format requires at least one in order to post it to this site. I purchased a gift card at Georgetown for my sister for X-mas, 2 pedicures. The plan was to share the experience as part of a girls-day-out. I was told it would take about a week to ten days to get 2 appts together since there are only two chairs available. Not so, it actually was almost two months before there was an opening allowing us to go together. Our appts were at the Round Rock location. We arrived on time. My technician came in and greeted us. I was told at the time of purchase there were several options available and shown a flyer stating the options. I paid for the basic pedicures with the gift card and was told we could add on services at the time of the appt. So I am now in the pedicure chair requesting info on options. My tech has no idea what I was talking about. She tells me I only purchased a pedicure. I agreed but told her I wanted to consider the service options. Again, and again I discussed this with her but she had no clue what I was asking for. This conversation went on for a while. Finally I told her to just do whatever she wanted to do so we could move on. Meanwhile my sister sits with no tech in sight trying to figure out how to work the massage chair. Several times she spoke saying she needed help as she could not figure out how to operate the remote but she was ignored. It was, I guess, 20 minutes before her tech walked in with no apologies, no greeting, no explanation, nothing. Actually she only spoke a few times during the entire appt but I have to say I am grateful to her. She may have saved our lives. Several times during my appt my tech got up and left the room. The last time this happened she left the water running in my foot tub. The water was overflowing onto the floor. We had no idea this was happening. At some point my sister's tech noticed it just before the water reached an extension cord, on the floor, between our chairs, turned on it's side. Yes, on it's side with several cords plugged into it. The tech scurried to get towels to throw down on the floor to stop the flow. The water was seconds away from reaching the electrical outlets. When my tech walked back in the room I asked her what had happened. She said she had turned on the water and walked out but didn't mean to be gone so long. I showed her the extension box with the cords plugged in it and told her how close the water was to reaching live electricity with my feet and my sister's both in water. My heart was pounding as I realized we were seconds away from possible electrocution. Has anyone acknowledged, called, or anything.....NO! I will never ever go there again will tell others about my horrible experience.
Breeze is the only salon I've ever entered and not been immediately overwhelmed with the choking, noxious smell of artificial permanent solution and hair dyes! Aveda products don't create those awful fumes, and my allergies and asthma are so grateful for that! (My cat likes them, too; she always sniffs and licks my hair when I return from an appointment.) Each product used on my hair has a different and lovely aroma to it, and the hair spray doesn't create stiff, sharp locks that crunch if you lean against your seat back. The service! Unless they're super-busy or understaffed that day, you get a lovely complementary hand massage while your hair is being done. They always offer water (with various fruits in it) or wine when I arrive, and you can also opt for a quick 10-15 minute "Beauty on Demand" service, which generally doesn't require an appointment, and is under $35. As for stylists, my hair has been cut exclusively by Stephani Wolfe since she was a junior stylist - back in 2011, according to her Facebook! (Wow, has it been 17 years??) I've followed her from the Cedar Park location, and I think maybe the Georgetown one before that. All the locations of Breeze are amazing, and when I've needed to have someone else style (but not cut; I'm very loyal!) my hair at a different one, I've always been happy with the results. Same for manicures, facials, etc. All of the above, taken with the great location in downtown Round Rock (I never go straight home after an appointment!), makes this a great choice for any beauty service you need!
I went in today September 22, 2019 to get a partial highlight and a cut. I walked out $170 and 4 hours later, with a good color, but a horrible haircut. I even told them while I was there that my cut was too long, and I wanted it shorter, but they said i would have to wait until he was done with another person before we could get back to me. They also suggested I come back another day and ask for a trim if I think it's too long. My hair is not cut correctly nor is it short enough. I hate my cut
I had the worse facial ever. Although she was nice, it's not what I asked for when booking my appointment. If you want the best, go to the salon in hutto. She will clean your pours and less expensive. I will not go back.
The Staff is friendly. Ann is fabulous with cut & color. Great price, great conversation and my hair looks amazing!
As someone who just moved to Round Rock and missed her stylist she'd had for years, I was so thankful for the professionalism, skill and welcoming atmosphere of Breeze. Stephani made me feel like a movie star, so I'll be excited to go back in a couple of months!
I love this place!!
Calm, quite, and charming.. Tracy knows how to give a beautiful cut and a regular chemist with her color knowledge.
It took me several trials to find the perfect saloon.
Unprofessional. I will not be back. The staff gossiped about another client the entire time I was there. Made me wonder what they would say about me as soon as I left.
