I made an appointment to have my hair cut with Tiffani last night. When I arrived, on time I might add, I was told Tiffani was behind and they put me with someone else and that she was just as good.i still had to wait about 30 minutes. Since I had never been there before I really had no idea about who was good and who wasn’t. Tiffani had been recommended to me so that’s why I chose her. Well, this person’s name is MacKenzie. I told her how I wanted my hair cut and long story short this is the absolute worst haircut I’ve ever had! She cut it so close to my head on the left side you can see my scalp! It looks like a 5th grader cut it. It’s very uneven all over. My recommendation—DON’T GO THERE!!!!!!!

I will never have my girls go here again. They were told one price, went as a walk-in, then told the price was $30 higher. I even verified with my wife what we were told. My girls went in, were told they could not get their hair done unless $30/each MORE was spent -- my oldest started crying, all she had was the cash. I then spoke to the receptionist, told her she would either take care of my girls for the price quoted or I would be coming down there for a discussion and I would be reporting deceptive business practices. I was told they would be taken care of. I am waiting right now to see if this shop makes good on their promises. UPDATE: According to my girls the people at the salon are honoring their commitment and taking care of them. I will wait and see if the owner responds to this post.

Didn’t actually get into the salon. The girl who answered the phone was unbelievably incompetent. Wanted to book me in for an appointment at 12.15. But it was already 12.50. Then gave me an appointment for 1.30. Then I was rung back and told I couldn’t have that appointment. Hope the hairdressers are better than the girl on the desk.

Bought a giftcard for $150 from their for my wife. She had to reschedule a appointment 2 times, do to family issues, and they told her she wasnt welcome at their salon and wont refund our money. Very unprofessional people i would not recommend going their. They will steal your money.

Vanessa is an amazing stylist! I had the opportunity of being a model for her, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve had a pixie cut for almost two years, and Vanessa is always great about trying out new styles. I definitely won’t be switching stylists anytime soon!

I’ve been an Aveda salon client for more than 15 years and have visited salons around the world. I visited Breeze Salon and Day Spa Georgetown for the first time today (April 12, 2018). Today’s experience was different from any other Aveda salon I’ve visited. Different in a very good way. My stylist (Marie) gets five stars - she’s very talented and communicative. She listened to my needs/desires and responded accordingly. My color and cut look fantastic. I enjoyed the fun and friendly banter between Marie and Rachel (her assistant-also five stars). Rachel did a great job with my wash, rinse, scalp and hand massage. The salon kindly fit in my last-minute request for a manicure while my color processed. Crystal (also five stars) did a beautiful job on my manicure and her sweet temperament and gentle manner made my appointment a true “spa”experience. Finally, I appreciated the detailed price/service discussion my stylist offered at the start of my appointment. I’ve never been offered that type of information before at an Aveda salon and I think it’s a great business practice. From the time I scheduled my appointment to the moment I left the salon, I received friendly and professional service. I highly recommend Breeze Salon and Day Spa Georgetown!

WORST EXPERIENCE!! First off, I spoke with the Julie who is the manager of scheduling and I asked her to please email me what "documentation they had from them stating that they have the right to keep my entire card information on file with my name, address all on file so they could run it for 24 hour cancellation fee?? I told her I NEVER provided my card information over the phone and therefore not sure how they drafted $62 from my direct checking account WITH OUT MY PERMISSION. Julie went on to tell me I provided that for to them over the phone and I told I had not and to pull the call and listen and she would understand why I am so UPSET because I NEVER provided that information NOR was I EVER told this would happen NOR was I EVER told my entire CC # was kept on file!! This is not ok with me, I told her that employees there not only have my name and address now they can have access to my card information at ANY GIVEN time!! I don't know about you, but that is private information and I would like for it to be removed she told me she would take my card information and remove it. WHAT!!?? Wait...You mean I have to request for my card to be removed?!! I told her that it was not my fault the appointment did not get cancelled and that I would need all proper documents of this information that I supposedly signed to email to me immediately. I then requested the owner of the place call me directly to discuss my rights about leaving a cc # without my consent and charging my debit card. This was Saturday afternoon and I have yet to receive a call, email or refund! This place is a scam and BEWARE of your private information being handle by whoever works there!! THEY HAVE ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION "ON FILE"!!!!! I will be contacting the BBB to get in contact with them!! I am astonished that NOT 1 thing out of my request was taken into consideration and on top of that I got penalized for $62 that I did not owe!!! WTH!! I would give 0 stars except I can not post without clicking on a star!! I will never again recommend or go to this place again!!

My wife went here on 2 occasions. Said it was wonderful nice staff but when she returned home it wasn't like the picture she presented. I urged her to call them back, and she did. To my surprise they offered to redo it...thought it was very nice of them to do that. On the second trip she again said it was a nice experience but upon returning home noticed horizontal stripes in the blonde section of the hair cut. She is to shy to leave a review so I'm writing it for her, so that way it might make people think twice or really look at their hair before leaving. Now she is gonna pay another shop to fix it as it looks very awkward to have horizontal lines in your hair, unless you wanted them...

Do yourself a favor and avoid this salon. Even if you like it for a little while they will eventually run off all the good stylists and then you’ll be forced to choose between the brand new, terrible hair stylists right out of school or the cocky top stylists that spend two seconds on your hair, charge you a fortune, and then scoot you out the door and expect you to sing their praises. All the good ones eventually leave, so just go to a salon that can keep their employees to begin with.

Super bummed that I purchased some products before baby and after baby I wasn't able to return them. I can respect a 30 return policy, but considering the fact I'm a breastfeeding mama and ended up staying at the hospital longer than usual there was no grace to my request to find another product that would work with my hair. So sad that the salon would rather loose a customer over such a small inconvenience.

If you are ever planning on having something drastic done to your hair (in my case blonde to dark brown) GO HERE! They did a great job taking time to consult with me and pick the color and followed through with exactly what they said they would do. It is always nice to see that "professionalism" still exists. Breeze Salon is like a spa, basically. I mean, "spa" is even in the name! And, while they do offer spa treatments, even just a haircut is a spa-like experience. The shampoo room is dark, with low playing music. Your scalp will be massaged, and with the ambiance you definitely feel relaxed. While the cost is a bit pricey, it is definitely worth the money. Not only will you enjoy the spa-like experience, your haircut will be perfect! I used to go to bargain hair salons, but my haircut was never what I asked for. Its like they couldn't replicate a picture I brought in, or couldn't imagine what haircut I had exolained to them (though they acted as if they did). So my haircuts were okay, but not what I wanted. Breeze Salon has employees that can totally nail the haircut you want. I have never left disappointed. The woman who I see makes sure I feel confident in replicating the styling procedure at home, too. Highly recommend this salon.

I'm sad to say that after being a Breeze customer for over 9 years I will no longer be taking my business there. For the money you pay for a Master Stylist you'd expect him/her to do your hair from start to finish ,but in my experience that's not been the case. I only see my Master Stylist for the few brief moments it takes her to do my hair color touch up and after that I'm passed off to someone else to wash and style my hair. In another incident, my daughter had come with me to get her bangs trimmed and our stylist told her she didn't have time because she had another appointment immediately after mine. However, she just went to the back of the salon and sat there on her phone for at least 30 min while my daughter got her bangs trimmed by someone else. The experiences I've had there lately are to many to mention. To me it's become more about how many people they can get through the door. I get it it's a business, but in the process the quality of customer service has become very poor.

The hair stylist I had was nice. The salon over all looked nice. The price for having my hair curled was....not what I expected. My hair definitely was not like my picture I showed. I ran out of time so I couldn't really say anything right there and then, noon 12 May 2017. The curls were very weak that they truly fell down as soon as I stepped outside. Not a humid day. My hair takes curls very well. Sadly I feel I could have curled my own hair for the price I paid. I went to the ball with pretty flattened curls.

I never received any information from your manager Julie as I requested and I NEVER provided my card information over the phone at the time of me booking the appointment. I asked Julie to have the owner reach out to me and provided Julie my email address to send me any and documents that I was aware that my debit card would be on file. I was NEVER provided the information that my card would get charged. Don't you think if that were the case, if I DID KNOW, why would I would go through such lengths to get this resolved and get my money back!! I will dispute this through my bank as I have given your company ample time to provide me with information I requested a week ago at this point. I feel like your company is brushing this off and it is not my fault that your employees failed to provide any cancellation policy over the phone. As far as you staying that I provided my card information over the phone is a complete fabrication of your company! When I spoke with Julie she stated that she would take my card "OFF FILE" which tells me you guys had kept my card on file from previous visits WITHOUT MY CONSENT!! Again, I will dispute and you will be hearing from the BBB about your scamming business of charging people's card without there consent AND keeping people's card on file.

Worst experience ever at a hair salon. Went in for a color correction and a hair cut. Walked out paying over $200 for my roots to be dyed white and still have the same color I came in with everywhere else. I was not explained in detail what I would be paying for and got charged $37 for some shampoo treatment they said wasn't optional to take out of the bleaching process. My stylist was running behind 30mins or so and then while I'm waiting to get my bleach washed out, she's goes and cuts someone else's hair and leaves me with an assistant who half ass washes my hair and leaves bleach on my skin after wards. She also put some random toner in my hair that wasn't supposed to be put in at all and I have grey streaks on my temples where she didn't wash it out correctly. Then after my wash slash half assed blow dry, the stylist finishes up her other hair cut and then comes back to me and says that we shouldn't go darker and that it's as good as it's gonna get for now. I was so frustrated, I left. Completely disatisfied with this service. Lack of professionalism, complete lack of empathy. Total waste of money. I will never go back.

Went yesterday to get a facial and a shampoo/blow dry. The estheician, Brandy had phenomenal technique. I really applaud her for not rushing through the facial. The products, however, were awful. I usually leave a facial (and I get them regularly from different places) with a dewy glow. I left yesterday with my face looking dull and feeling greasy. The hair stylist was kind but was just trying to sell me on products the *whole* time.(Products created by the Breeze parent company, Aveda.) I was not interested in them. I had requested my hair be flat ironed and I'm not sure what it was but my hair looked dull as well. Not happy with the products used on me AT all. I would rate lower had it not been for Brandy. Ultimately, I feel the spa is *way* overpriced and if I knew they would allow it, I would definitely pursue a partial refund for the lack of product efficiency.
