I tried their laser service by means of groupon.....it was OK...did not really see much improvements after three treatments. I guess you get what you pay for..... Although the place and staff were outstanding. ... I would say their knowledge in laser was lacking.

I even traveled from Houston for awhile to continue my sessions, because I was so impressed with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in the San Antonio area. They are worth the money, and they usually have specials going on.

Ruby the second esthetician that treated me was very thorough and did a great job. I definitely plan to return!

This place was amazing. My wife has been going here for almost a year and I had never even been inside. Today I went in and the atmosphere was so serene it was wonderful. I was just going to wait for my wife outside in the 90 degree weather in my car but decided to stay inside and play sudoku instead. I walked by one of the rooms with those cool massage chairs and mentioned it to my wife and when I went to sit down The nice lady behind the counter (sorry I didn't get your name), called me by my last name and asked if I would like to sit and wait in one of the zero gravity massage chairs while I waited. I of course accepted and sat in it the whole time my wife was there. I woke up when the wife was finished and was so relaxed. I can hopefully make it to more of my wifes appointments and get my own appointments now. Thanks Bryan

I got a groupon and while I was happy where i was getting laser hair removal... this was a great pice for an area I wasn't :sure: would need much work. The staff was friendly and professional and the service was as good if not better than the high priced higher pressure place I had been going to. No pressure to buy any other services but they did explain all their offerings if you inquired. Will go again!

Although I only had three visits she was always very friendly, outgoing and put me at ease before, during and after my sessions. When I'm ready for more sessions I'll definitely be looking to Blue Diamond Med Spa for those services.

I have been to several med spas in San Antonio. I went to this spa monthly for over a year. On the positive, only once did I have to wait very long for my appointment. I appreciated that. Also, the tech was very friendly. On the bad--the MULTIPLE laser packages I bought didn't have hardly any effect. I have since gone to other places and gotten fantastic results on the same areas, so either they're not doing it right, or their laser is bad. When the "director" (a non-practicing dentist I think) was consulted about the laser not having an effect, he said it was probably my hormones (didn't change hormones, just spas and it worked) Also, I had a horrible incident one day and I haven't been back. The front desk person, I think the dentist's mom, doesn't even make an effort at being nice. Well, one day I went in for legs and underarms--which I had a package for each. The tech did my legs and all was well. Then I needed to take of my shirt to get the underarm. I'm seriously sitting in the laser chair, topless, when in bursts another tech screaming that I hadn't paid for the underarm so my tech was supposed to stop! So I get all dressed back to clear up the confusion (it was a Groupon I had turned in the PREVIOUS session). Trust me--Miserly Martha at the desk wouldn't have let me leave the previous session if I hadn't given her the voucher! So, in the waiting room, I pull up the voucher and show her that they had already marked it redeemed. She gave me a "I still don't believe you, but I'll let it slide" look. So, I ask if I can go back now and finish up and she told me they already took the next appointment back and it would be about 45 minute wait, or I could reschedule. FOR THEIR MISTAKE! Not to mention the invasion of privacy. I have never been back and I'm so much happier at my new spa where I get good results and great staff--also, there we pay after a service is complete--like a normal business.

I went to Blue Diamond Med Spa for the sport IV therapy treatment. It's not normally something I do but I had a rough week and had a race on Saturday. I knew I needed something to give me a boost especially in this hot weather. I went in on Friday afternoon for my treatment. While I was receiving my treatment they place you in a full body massage chair. Ahh that was great. The energy from the IV treatment hit about 15 minutes after we had left the spa. It felt great and especially the day of the run. Race day I did overall 2 minutes better than my regular training time. I did not feel tired at my usual mileage, I felt great. The overall experience in the spa with the staff was okay. Kyle was great. Wish someone would of taken time to sit and talk regarding the treatment and how to work the massage chair. Teeth whitening from Groupon damaged my gums very badly! Chemical burns on gums and almost unable to eat solid food! Not recommendable!!! Go to your dentist instead!

I’ve been getting testosterone shots at blue diamond for the last two years and absolutely love the results and the staff. I’ve also had my teeth whitened there with some some great results. I’ve seen a few comments of people that got bad burns from the teeth whitening, I feel like they didn’t follow the directions of really me using the vitamin E oil to cover their gums. Highly recommend this company and will continue to do so to everyone that needs a boost.

I enjoy going there for treatment, because the people are so nice! Most importantly the owner (Jonas) really does care about your health and sense of well being. It is too bad that we don't see this in most Doctors and hospitals. I have been doing the weight loss management and the IV therapy and I feel great!
