We inquired about the above ground pools and Jerry, our salesman, was very helpful and knowledgeable, explained everything to us. We went there to get a round pool BUT fell in love with the oval, so we got the 18x33.We ordered the pool, and when it came in, it was delivered to us. Within a couple days the installers called and said we were next, took them one day to fully level and install pool. After filling (two days on a well ) the pool was full, Jerry called to setup "pool school" again Jerry was very helpful explaining how to care and do maintenance on it. Beth took our water sample and went over what we needed to make the water sparkle and both her and Jerry said if we had any questions or concerns to call. We are extremely satisfied with Backyard Oasis and the staff...thank y'all so much

Thank you for your help in getting my pool going. With your knowledge and experience, together we were able to determine the correct size of sand filter to use as a replacement for the cartridge filter. I ordered the filter one day and picked it up the next. We put it in, and after one night of running the filter, the water was clear. Now to get rid of the green that has built up during the down time of the older filter. Thanks again. Cost a bit more, but worth getting the pool up before the green took over.

Always were courteous and fast when we had problems or questions and very timely to repair anything, although repairs have been minimal. Their store is well stocked with the necessary supplies. We love our tub still, after 7 years.

From beginning to end, they created a great design, they stayed on schedule, kept us informed and provided what they promised us. The pool is beautiful. Also, something I convey to others who are considering pool contractors, a true sign of a good contractor is one that continues to provide service even after the job has been paid, which is what Backyard Oasis has done for us. As with any job, there are items that need to be addressed once the job is complete. Backyard Oasis has responded to our needs for each of these requests without questioning it. We're big fans of Backyard Oasis and will not hesitate referring them to others.

We love Backyard Oasis! They service our hot tub weekly for our vacation rental and are so dependable!! They bill us monthly, automatically, so I don't even have to think about it. They also come same day or next morning if there is an emergency with the hot tub. My only regret is not giving them the business when we purchased our hot tub! We had not found them yet!
