Love this place! Threading doesn’t cause me any allergic reactions in comparison do other hair removal methods. I’ve only been sort of unhappy with my brows q or two times but it was because I didn’t ask for them to not be thinned out.

I came in as a walk in and since it was empty at that moment I got attended right away. Unfortunately I didn’t get the kind woman’s name who threaded my eyebrows and stash lol. She was very attentive to my wishes and she did a great job with my brows. This location is very clean and relaxing I’m planning on coming back. I want to get my hair done here, I’ll post pics once I get that done. Also price was reasonable ($12eyebrows and $2 more for stash). I walked out a very happy woman

This is only a review of my most recent experience at Boeau Belle. I went to have my eyebrows threaded and it was a terrible experience. The technician (she never gave me her name) was rude and spent the entire time speaking to another technician. She also did not apply aloe (even though my skin was red) or wipe off the hairs she removed. While the overall shape was fine, she didn’t remove all the blonde hairs below and between my brows. I don’t plan on returning, which is sad because all my prior experiences at Boeau Belle were great.

I went twice to get my eyebrows threaded. The first time the lady who did it actually made two cuts by each eye. I ended up with 2 scabs by each eye so noticeable that friends kept asking what happened. I called to let them know, I was told to come back and they would do it for free. I don’t complain for freebies so I went to give them a second chance and paid. AGAIN, the lady pinched my skin around my eyes and once again I had scabs. It was very painful. Never again! Not even for free. I recommend the other threading place at the mall.
