I received a facial here and it was amazing. The dermatologist was extremely knowledgeable when explaining the various services that are offered and which might be beneficial to me. She was very patient with me as I asked a ton of questions. Her recommendations were also very helpful. I would certainly recommend this place and I do plan on going back.

I had a problem with filler and I voiced my concerns to the PA. She was very dismissive and she took note of my issue. I got a call from the owner and she said there was nothing they could do and it just "happens" sometimes. I would of thought she would of offered a gift certificate to keep my business but nothing. So ....next!

Quite simply it's impossible to find a kinder, more helpful staff than here. The ladies are very knowledgeable yet personal with the care they give. The followup is amazing and appointments are on time and relaxing. I feel like I'm in my private spa when I visit, it's calm and beautiful. Wow the Austin Med Spa is very professional. I was well informed about what to expect with PicoSure and most of all everyone was super friendly! My skin tone is slightly darker than Halle Berry and I'm excited about the final outcome! Update: my skin looks amazing and I still have two weeks to go for full results! Very happy I did this.
