don’t go here, seriously. i asked for dip powder with holographic flakes on top, and the lady BUTCHERED my nails and hands. the powder was lumpy, i asked for regular holo and she gave me blue, the shape was wrong, nails weren’t even. this place sucks AND i paid $80 for a messed up manicure!!

Customer service was very uncomfortable. I just needed a fill and I had 1 broken nail and every little adjustment the nail tech kept telling how much more it would be. It got to the point I asked her do I need to prepay for my nails because you are talking to me like I am going to run off. I won't be back.

Selena DID MY NAILS TERRIBLY - and she charged me $16 for it! My nails are still dirty and some of the nails were not fully covered with the nail polish! I didn’t have time to have it fix because I was late for my business meeting. Also, I had my eye lashes done because I was told by a friend that Selena just charges (her) $60 for just lash lift and $65 for lash lift and tint. Omg, I wish I could post a photo here! POOR LASH JOB! My lash looks like it’s just a lash lift (and there is not much difference between before and after) but she charged me $75! I was recommended to go back to this place and fix the issue, but I would NEVER WASTE TIME (AND MONEY) again in this place!

We have been going here for a few years and were pleased with our mani and pedi experience. However, my last two pedis have not been up to my expectations. My heel was rubbed raw and small toe was cut on previous pedi and my nails were cut too short and not filed on pedi yesterday. My wife was cut on her manicure and no apology or antiseptic. Techs are hurried and curt with responses. Will be looking for another salon that wants my $130.00.

This took me awhile to post because I never take the time to do so. But my treatment here kept bothering me and so I decided to do so. We all have choices and there are plenty of other places to spend your hard earned money. I had being getting my nails done here on special occasions and was somewhat pleased in the past. I had decided that I wanted to keep up my nails regularly so began prebooking every 3weeks for dip manicures with Katie. When I called to confirm my own appointment, I was told she no longer worked there and that I wasn’t even on the books but that they would put me with Selena who is the owners wife. From that moment on there was something that went wrong with EVERY appointment. I’m a hairdresser and work by appointments so I know that things can go wrong and that is why I gave this place several chances. But I have NEVER seen the lack of customer care like I’ve experienced with Selena. I would prebook my next appointment upon leaving and then always a day or two before I would get a call seeing if I could reschedule because Selena had something to do. One time she had errands to run and one time she was going out of town. There was always a different excuse, and SHE was the one who would prebook my appointments with her?! On top of all the inconsistencies and inconveniences, she would always cut my cuticles and make me bleed. Apologies are nice the first time but taking your time to not cut me is even better. She got upset with me one time because she had me soaking off my polish while asking me what color I wanted next. When I tried to tell her she didn’t know which one I was wanting so I took my finger out to point to it and she said I could’ve ruined the swatch with the acetone on my finger. But I didn’t have a chance to look through colors because I was immediately soaking my nails. Another time I had picked a color that she said would be an extra cost and I okayed that. She didn’t tell me that it took twice the time to apply it. So she had another girl finish my polish which looked aweful and they had to redo it and I was late getting my daughter from school. Something was wrong every time I would go in. She was also more concerned on everything else going on around her that I was completely ignored. I felt like her trying to keep a clientele and manage a salon is too much for her. Her time management is poor. I had better luck walking in and getting a random person.

No stars!!!! I've been to this place for over a year and each time hoping that I would not be treated poorly because I choose to not spend over a certain amount. I like to not over due the wear and tear from all the toxic chemicals that damages my natural nails soooo, the most I may have done on occasions is a regular pedicure and bbbooooyyyy they don't like that, especially the owners or whom ever that man is in there! That would mean no drink offer, forget the snacks, all the way up to the nail techs being ordered to rush through their service (they think I don't understand their language which is the best part) You may be asking why I've been going thus far... I will no more! Absolutely GREEDY. Do not underestimate people and my total spent so far, it does not matter! OH not to mention they are a bit racist too!

This place sucks. Please do not let the glitz and glam of this new nail salon trick you. I am very upset with service I had 10/15/2015. This nail tech rushed thru me. My feet were rough and the looked as if I had been walking on nails AFTER the pedicure. She used a cheese grater without my approval and a pumice. I asked the manager if they had a smoothing foot file---he said NO! They still charge me over $30 for this crap. I could've filed my own feet for a dollar at home.

I have been to numerous nail spas in my lifetime and this is certainly the most disgusting place ever. Not only were the floors completely filthy with previous nail clients clippings with bits and pieces of nail tips and grit/gunk everywhere but the services that I received was the worst ever. Had a gel manicure and pedicure totally $80 on Monday and now on Thurs everything looks horrible. Problems with services: - nail tech applying gel polish did not apply it evenly and she got it all on the cuticle causing it to lift immediately (gel polish should not lift after 4 days) - nail cuticles were hacked up and skin is now peeling (wish that I could post pic) - nail tech dropped cuticle pusher on filthy floor and picked it directly up from floor and continued to use it on me - the attendant at the from wreaked of smoke and was eating out in the salon amongst patrons - the salon was filled with a strong smell of exotically spiced food as the staff appeared to be cooking something in the back and it permeated the entire salon - nail tech did not understand what is meant by “pushing cuticle back”. Raking a cuticle pusher over the top of the nail not even touching the cuticle does not get the job done - after applying oil and lotion the my feet the nail tech did not use alcohol to clean off the nail bed before applying polish thus the polish slid off 3 of my toenails 2 hrs after they had dried. Polish does not adhere to a nail that has an oily residue - oh yeah...the wine that they served had floating particles in it This place is horrific and a waste of money. I wonder if the staff have even been individually certified to perform nail services. I didnt see nail certifications anywhere in the salon. I guess that I shouldn’t expect much from the small suburb of Dallas called Mansfield, because obviously they do absolutely nothing comparable with the services that are performed in Dallas.

I love the service and experience I get at Amaris, but I think you need more dipping powder colors. Half of your pallette is metallics, glow in the dark, and mood changing colors, none of which interest me. There aren't enough normal colors to choose from, especially bright or bold pinks and purples.

I have had my nails done here previously. I had just had a pedicure but wanted a new polish change. I paid 12.00 for a polish change. When I got home and examined my toes, the gal had not even painted to my cuticle. I called the salon. I was told to come in and they would make it right. I drove to the salon and stated that I had called about my polish change and was told to come in. The gal stated oh someone else just came in that had called also. She chatted with the owner in another language. She then told me I would have to repay for the service to have it done correctly. I promptly left and will not be back. With a nail salon on every corner you would think they would have better customer service!

I went in to get a dip manicure done. The lady who did it did a horrible job and took forever. I scheduled to come in and get them fixed and the technician was very apologetic but rushed through it, ripped my cuticles and fingertips, and burned my nail beds with the dremel. I would never go back here again.

I was referred to this salon by a friend of a friend. She ranted & raved about how amazing their work was. I went on a whim and made the 30+ minute drive to see if its reputation met up to its actual service.....it did NOT. I arrived roughly around 1015 & was informed that there would be a 20 minute wait, which was fine, because I could clearly see that they were busy w clients. As i sat patiently, in walks a women who could clearly see that they were busy, yet somehow, she didn't think twice about saying "I have somewhere to be so is there any way that I can expedite this process." I watch, fully expecting her to receive the same warning I'd recieved...that there would be a wait. Imagine my surprise when she miraculously was placed in a chair.....ahead of me, who had been waiting almost 45 minutes!!!!!!!! I instantly felt as though my business was somehow not as appreciated as hers. Which was very disheartening. The salon itself gives the appearance of a upscale salon that appreciates ALL its customers but DO NOT BE FOOLED. They cater to a specifc culture...one that does not include any minority of any kind. If there were an option to give this salon a zero, I would have and even a zero feels like I'm giving them too much credit. A complete waste of time, save your money and go elsewhere.

I had heard such wonderful things about this salon that I decided to give it a chance. The front staff were helpful and prompt, but my pedicure left much to be desired. I hardly get the chance to get “me time” because I have littles at home that I am with everyday, so this was a treat for me. Unfortunately, my pedicure was way too quick when I was really hoping to have time to relax. It felt rushed and as if I was just another number to push through the system. My nail polish looked unprofessional upon completion and I had to trim my toenails when I got home because they were not clipped and were hardly filed at all.

Unfortunately it is hit or miss with whom you get. I've tried out a few of the ladies since I walk in a lot (like to get my nails done when I'm in the mood). I love Sophie for pedicures and Jennifer for manicures. Sophie is quiet and super sweet. Jennifer is bubbly and kind. Both are detailed oriented. They both now book up quick on the weekends so an appt is definitely the way to go.

Best nail salon there is in Mansfield! I will say not everyone that works there can do nails though. I pick Mia for my nails and Tee for my pedicures! They are always quick to give you a snack and a drink and always have smiles on their faces. I have a 2 month old and the employees are always willing to hold him and rock him while I get my nails done. Definitely worth my money!

My daughter has taken me to almost every nail salon in Mansfield, until I gave up because my finger nails would be uneven, or my cuticles would get torn and start peeling back. Until we found Amaris Nail Salon, and I am beyond satisfied all of the times I have gone! I go to Lisa for my manicures, she is so patient, she listens to what I'm wanting and helps me come up with creative ideas. She's very attentive to detail which is what I look for in a nail artist because I am also a perfectionist. I go to Hannah for my pedicures, she also does such a good job, I'm always feeling relaxed and taken care of! Love this place!

It’s unprofessional and ridiculous to call a customer 20 minutes after they left the salon saying they “miscalculated the cost of service” and they need to charge them “$14 more dollars” on their card. I will not be going back. Also, watching the salon close with NOBODY completely any cleaning tasks is disgusting. I do not recommend this place.

Went here to get a fill with gel color with my friend...Within ONE DAY both our nails started cracking and chipping badly. They did fix the chipped nails for me but over the weekend (48 hours later), more nails cracked (including the ones they "fixed') and one literally chipped in half! I dont think I can recommend this place at all for those who prefer their nails done right the first time :(

When I paid I questioned why it was so much more given the services I had. The cashier said she charged me incorrectly and I then paid the corrected price. The lady who did my manicure starts literally screaming and shouting at me and the cashier! She kept screaming "you not charge her enough. You need to pay more". The cashier tries to ignore the irate manicurist. She keeps shouting at me "you need to pay more". So the manicurist starts throwing things and pushing chairs around! I was beyond disgusted by her behavior! Worse yet, my cuticle was still bleeding where she cut it. Another lady did my pedicure and it was great and I love the choices for gel nail polish. But no customer should ever be treated and talked to the way I was! Absolutely Despicable!

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! I really love this salon. I have always been a person who is super loyal to a particular place and will go for years and years. Since moving to this area 6 years ago I just haven't found the perfect fit because I will admit I am really picky. What I love about the salon is first it is very clean. Then the interior is lovely and an excellent place to relax. The staff is friendly and very skilled. Amaris offers a wide variety of services which is fantastic, because then that saves me time. I don't have to find one place for nails, another for facials, another for a massage and on and on. Highly, highly recommend. I took my mom there and my husband there for pedicures for birthday treats and we all had a great time.

First time trying dip and I am impressed with the product. No chipping, very strong. The first nail tech was a little rough and i came home with minor cuts all over. But when I called they didn't hesitate to make another appointment the following Saturday because I didnt have time right away. Just finished the redo with Nina and it's perfect! She was friendly, gentle and precise. I plan to return.

I went to this place a few days ago to get my nails done. The lady that did my nails said her name was “Mary”, she did a HORRIBLE service!!! She left my nails round and so thick that they look disgusting, they didn’t look natural and/or pretty at all. She took 2 hrs to finish my nails that when she was finally done I just wanted to get the hell out of there. It was my first time there and for sure it was my last. I do not recommend this place, don’t waste your money here.

I have been to nail salons all over arlington and mansfield and this was possibly the best experience. The gentleman who greeted me was so engaging and guenily happy towards everyone. He made me feel like I was really special and glad I had come to his salon. The nail stylist who did my nails and the one who did my toes were both wonderful. I will definitely be back.

One of the best pampering experiences that I ever received. I got dip and their luxury organic pedicure today. The staffs are friendly and very well-trained. The salon is clean and the music is very relaxing. As soon as I come in, I received a warm welcome from the receptionist. The nail tech, Kyle, took great care for my dip nails, as well as the my cuticle trims! Every salon I go, they tend to nip my skin and make me bleed. But Kyle didn’t! He was gentle and professionally executed my mani. The lady who did my toes gave the best massage ever! I love the way how she hitting those pressure points to levitate my stressed legs. I will definitely will come back and refer this nail salon to my friends and family.
