I have had quite a few services that this salon and spa offers! Cut, color, facial and their top massage package, which also included salt therapy! The owner of this salon is professional, sweet as can be and so much fun to be around! She has built this salon from the ground up with her own heart, sweat and tears and every penny coming from her own pocket. So it means everything to her that her clients come in and have the best experience. I have had amazing cuts and color(including an AMAZINGLY beautiful galaxy color all over...it was to die for) from her, as well as a cut from her stylist Meghan...(got me some bangs which I'm OBSESSED with as well as anyone who has seen me since). The facial I got just a week ago from Katy was so relaxing. Katy met up with me before and asked about my skin type so she could prepare the right products for me..which i really appreciated! Last but not least....my massage. It was honestly one of the best I've had!! 80 minutes of a full body, deep tissue and hot stone massage which included essential oils(that I got to smell and choose from before hand!!!). Tyler, the massage therapist, had me fill out a body worksheet explaining my problems areas and what id like to achieve from this massage. Afterwards he met back up with me and went over any areas he felt were maybe too tight or knotty that I needed to work on and how I could improve those areas long term....which I LOVED and have never had explained to me anywhere else. He is very knowledgeable about what he does! The rest of the salon staff will always greet you with a smile and always seem so happy to be at their job. Ive never walked in to any of them looking like they are having a bad day. So after years of coming (like since a few months after she opened her doors) I would def give the salon and FULL service spa 5 stars!! I don't get to go as often as I'd like, but they will always have my business!

Jessi and her staff were amazing! I went in terrified to get my hair cut because of a bad experience at a high end salon in Knoxville where I had to get a major cut due to some damage to my hair. The cut was not a good cut. Jessi listened to my concerns and did exactly what she said she would do. I’ve been so upset about my hair since the bad experience at another salon and this is the first time I’ve felt good about my hair since then. Some places I have been don’t take much time with me because I don’t have the long hair worthy of their Facebook page, but Jessi took her time to make sure I was happy. I would recommend Jessi to anyone and will be back.

I was new to the area and trying to find a new stylist. I found Wanderlust on a Facebook page and the owner immediately reached out to me. I'm super picky about my hair and product. I was not familiar with Kevin Murphy product so I did my research. It is an excellent product! Pricey but so is Aveda, Paul Mitchell and Redkin! Kevin Murphy ROCKS! The salon/spa is a funky little eclectic hippy place and it has a great vibe. Jessi, the owner, can do it ALL and does! I've had an incredible facial, eye brow wax, manicure/pedicure, hair cut, updo and color. Jessi enjoys what she does and it reflects in her work. She has a fun welcoming personality. I felt very comfortable during my first visit and her energy makes me feel young again! I have seen men and women in her chair and people of all ages. Wanderlust prices, I feel, are fair and reasonable. It's not cheap but if you want that, Walmart is just down the street.

I've had one experience with wonderlust so far and jessi made it great!! I went in to have my hair go from box black to red which is hard to achieve in one setting unless you have a few hours and realistic goals. One of the employees didn't exactly get me where I wanted after assuring me we could get there so I showed jessie and she made it happen without damaging my hair!! If at first you don't succeed try again!! That easy!! She did great, easy to work with, very friendly. I definitely recommend her salon :)))

Baby when I tell you these people know what they're doing... Believe it! We walked in expecting a basic massage and walked out with every muscle relaxed. The employees are SO NICE!! The masseuse was very understanding of "no zones" and made certain they didn't get too close to those areas. I wish we lived closer because we would be monthly guests! Well worth the cost! We found a Groupon that made it even more affordable. This place definitely changed our minds on getting massages. From the minute we walked in, we felt at home. We were there 80 minutes, but we will definitely miss this place. Thank you so much for starting off our "10 year anniversary" vacation!

Stop what your doing and book your appointment now! This full Salon and Spa is what you have been missing out on! The location is perfect with plenty of roomy easy parking. I like that it's not in the center of the hustle and bustle of all the tourist attractions, making it easy to get too, as a local that's really a plus in itself. I was immediately greeted upon entering by Sarah, super sweet and welcoming. She asked if I needed anything to drink and showed me to the sitting area to fill out a brief skin needs/concerns form for the Aesthetician. Once finished my Aesthetician, Leigha, greeted me and showed me to the upstairs area designated for all spa services. It is very spacious, peaceful and RELAXING. Leigha discussed with me my concerns and areas that needed a little extra attention. I was led into the changing area where I slipped into a lovely plush robe and slippers. Once changed I was able to sit and relax in the salt room while Leigha prepared the products being used for my facial. She welcomed me into the room where I layed on a super comfy and warm massage table. My facial was AMAZING! I've been having breakouts and I was slightly apprehensive that having a facial would burn or irritate my face more. NOPE, my face felt incredible and refreshed the entire time. The products are not full of chemicals and are natural. Which is what they should be! Leigha was extremely gentle and I felt like I was in heaven! She checked throughout the facial making sure my face was feeling good. After the facial I changed and Leigha walked me down to pay and gave me some advice for keeping my skin healthy. I HIGHLY recommend Wanderlust. It's not overpriced, the products used are naturally derived, and the staff is amazing! Also I love that it's not a stiff atmosphere like some spas. At Wanderlust they genuinely care about making you feel and look beautiful!

I went here for the first time a few months back. They did make me feel very welcome, and were very friendly. My only thing is on their website it said a woman’s cut (which is $40) INCLUDES cut AND style. She cut my hair, washed it, dryed it, but no style. That’s one of my favorite parts of getting my hair cut. But they were all excited about the next guest (who they all clearly known and were friends with, which is fine, you can’t have enough friends) but it made me feel like I was just brushed to the side. Like I said it was my first time and none of them know me, but I feel like I overpaid because the full service was not done. I left a tip as well. But like I said, they were all super friendly, just pay attanetion to the guest you have till the job is done please. Even if a friend walks in, the other is just as important.

My hair was a mess when I finally came to Wanderlust. I had black dye from a box on my hair from several applications. I also had lots of grey that I had to recover every 2 weeks. Jessi brought back my natural color of dark brown and gave me some platinum and blond highlights and byolage (not all at the same visit). My hair looks and feels amazing now.
