I’m sad, it was my first time here.... got cut by the drill and had to get a nail fixed because it broke off and it doesn’t even match the rest of my nail shapes. I’m super sad. I Felt super uncomfortable and I had a painful experience. Will not be come back.

I LOVE this place. DerriIck always takes care of my dip powdered manicures! I really enjoy all of the people who work here! You should definitely check them out. Just a heads up, they can get very busy so mornings are normally the best time to go!

I h avent been to a Nail Salon in years I usually go to a shellac only specialist. I walked in was greeted. Sent to pedicure tub offered beverage (wine) water harm/hot like I enjoy it. Very nice atmosphere. Haven't even got nail treatment yet and writing a review I'm expecting great things. I will be back.

This was my first, and last mani/pedi I will have from this salon. The man who did my nails was way too rough when "massaging" my calves and arms. One of my toenails has been cut at an angle very deep down the side that it's red and painful, and the polish on one of my fingernails peeled off, I just had them done two days ago! This was, by far, the worst mani/pedi experience I've had.

worst nail salon on the face of the planet. I'm not sure if they were in a hurry because they were trying to close, but my nails look like crap. The guy didn't even bother to do anything with my cuticles and left pieces of acrylic under my nails. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Just don't waste your time.

I wish I could give negative stars too...they are very rude , I wanted a gold color that wasn't clear so I asked if I could choose one that is thicker and he gave me a face . If I am paying my money then I think I should have a chance to like my own nails .

I arrived at the shop at 4:35. While I understood the person I wanted was not available; the owner said to get my pedicure first then anyone could do my nails. She allowed everyone to leave. Feet done and no nails! Who does that? I was a faithful customer from Memphis. No more! The pedicure was not good as well. Wasted time and money.

First time visiting T Nails. Love Love Love this place!!! Tina was excellent! I had the dip with manicure and I could not believe the massage they do on your neck, shoulders and back of head! It was heavenly. This is definitely going to be my new nail salon!!! Love my nails!!

The acrylic job I got looks like the first time I ever tried in nail school. Hands down the most horrible manicure/full set I have ever gotten. I went to get my nails done before a two week trip so I wouldn't have to do them myself or worry about them. I ended up just having to file down, reshape with my own acrylic, fill, and repolish the acrylic set they did. Will not be back. Ended up costing me more time than if I'd just done it myself with my own products to begin with. Also, alot of their polishes are chunky, or the formula has broken down. Low quality products here.

Had a better experience here than any fancy expensive spa. Got mani, pedi, and wax. They ask you about everything instead of just doing what they want. Hot stone leg massage and wine included!

NEGATIVE STARS! I've been here several times, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. "Maybe they had an off day, he's new, maybe she didn't understand what I meant." But EVERY SINGLE TIME my nails look aweful! Major lifting after a week, the nail shape is uneven, pieces of acrylic left underneath, cuticle oil just plopped on the nail, acrylic thickness uneven, drill burning my nail,cuticle getting cut, nails put on crooked... I can go on for hours. Not to mention they are very rude sometimes. I refused to go back after someone gave my 8 year old daughter attitude for wanting her nails painted 2 colors. He flat out said "No. I don't do that. You don't need 2 colors. Pick one color." They throw a fit if you try to pay with a credit/debit card because they want a cash tip. It is so bad that they put an ATM inside the salon and tell you to pull out cash to pay. Unbelievable! I would rather do my own nails!

I have been to this salon multiple times and never really experienced a problem until yesterday. I called to make an appointment for myself and my two step daughters. I asked how much a pedicure for a child (5 year old and 10 year old) would be and was told that if it was polish only, then it would be $5. Perfect. Despite making an appointment, we had to wait almost an hour to start my manicure. My manicure was rushed then we finally got in our pedicure chairs about an hour and a half after we arrived. I told them again that we did not need full pedicures for the children - just soak, trim, and paint. They're children - they don't need any hot stone or hot towel treatments - but the employees argued with me, said it would be good for them, and basically forced them on my children. I kept telling them no and to stop - as did my step daughter - because it was literally burning her skin, but they would not remove them. After arriving at 5:30pm and not finishing until 8:15pm (15 minutes before their bedtime), they charged me $22 for EACH of their pedicures because they did services we did not ask for. After almost three hours of being at the salon and needing to quickly get them home, fed, and in bed, I did not have the energy to argue - even though I did bring it to their attention that I was told it would be $10 rather than $44 - so I paid but I will not return. I understand it can be difficult to work on children - which is why I was trying to make it easy - but it's even more difficult for a parent when this should have been a much different experience all around. To top it all off, I was told that if I used their ATM and paid cash, I could get a $10 discount... Considering it took almost three hours, services were forced upon us, and I was charged over $30 more than was originally told, I found it insulting to be offered a "discount" so they didn't have to pay the credit card processing fees.

Horrible They are a place that skimps on everything...one or two blue crystals instead of the whole teaspoon or tablespoon in the water , if a second coat of polish wasn’t standard they probably wouldn’t apply it...check the current price chart because what’s posted is not the prices. The actual pedicure was poor as well.
