I could not be more happy with my services from Caitlyn! She took my dark box-dyed hair and was able to lighten it (realistically) without damaging the integrity of my hair. She was honest and professional with me with a touch of sweet-heartedness that made my time with her such a great experience. I will be back!

The Salon changes the appt times to fit the employees more than the clients. They just call and tell you the appt that you have had for 5 weeks is now at 2:30pm instead of asking if that will work for you. If not they just say well we will just cancel your appt. This has transpired on 3 occasions.

I moved away from Chattanooga for work and recently began working remotely out of Chattanooga again. I surely found my place! Not to mention, its extremely professional and I can't say enough. 5 Stars!!!

I adore Studio 59! The first time I went I met Shelby and she was amazing. I usually take a while to warm up to a hair stylist and they never do my hair the right way at first. Shelby did it PERFECTLY and hasn't given me a bad cut yet :-) She is so much fun to talk to and does a great scalp massage when she washes your hair. I even got my fiance to start going to see her! The salon itself is lovely and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. The receptionists always remember who I am before I have to tell them and offer coffee, tea, and water while I wait. The noise level is perfect and the music selections keep things upbeat. I love this salon and would recommend it (and Shelby) to anyone!

By far one of the best salons in Chattanooga. I came in with fried, strawberry blonde hair from trying to cover up another hairstylists mistake. Lauren saved my hair and somehow magically worked me back to my natural ice blonde. My hair felt softer and stronger afterwords, despite using a lightener on it. I would highly recommend Lauren for color and Jennifer for a cut. They are amazing, and I will continue coming back over and over again.

Love this salon!! I never ever feel rushed. Very relaxed atmosphere. Another plus is that you only have your stylist and colorist. Not a hair washer, then a colorist, then a stylist. One person start to finish for color. One person for cut and style. Staff is 5 star!!!

I like their products and I like the service but missing an appointment because of some emergency and wasn’t able to call them back because of a busy schedule doesn’t mean getting treated unprofessionally over the phone when you tried to call and ask for rescheduling. Well, one of the receptionist kind of showed her disappointment and made me wait on the line since they probably don’t want me to come back again. I tried to reschedule but with a sick kid and as a working mom, I had to prioritize my kid. Called them as early as I can but the receptionist dropped the phone call and I tried to call back again and all she told me is I’m not gonna get another appointment and dropped the call again. I’ve been recommending this place to my colleagues and friends but after this experience, I’m never ever going back to that place again.

Studio 59 is my go-to place for Aveda products. A friend told me about an eye cream, so I stopped in to inquire and they were so helpful and informative. I was able to make an educated decision and purchased the eye cream. I've been buying there ever since. I enjoy learning about the products from them and usually leave there with more than I planned. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

In the past two months, i got two blowouts at aveda salons, one out of state in a much higher cost of living location, and one at Studio 59. Both were exactly the same services over the same length of time, shampoo, condition, blowdry and curl. One cost $20, one cost $50. The difference in cost alone is surprising, but what is more surprising, is that it was Studio 59 that cost $50. Needless to say, I will not be recommending them again. Be warned, only come to studio 59 if you dont mind overpaying for so-so service.

I was very pleased with my spa manicure and pedicure done by Rachel. She was very pleasant and did a good job. The nails looked great. This was the first manicure I had in over six months. A couple of days after, my right hand polish pealed on several fingers. I do not think it was due to anything Rachel did. I went by the Studio and they gave me a repolish. This is doing fine. I have always been happy with my services and am sure I will return again.

I don't have the chance to come very often, so I haven't really been able to have the same specialist each time, but each time my experience is unique, and each time I am impressed and pampered! This visit, I was taken care of by Dana and it was a lovely experience! She was extremely friendly (and not overly talkative), professional, attentive, and accommodating. She listened carefully to my thoughts and needs and made it fun. The quality of service and products is top-notch. They even rub your shoulders after your shampoo and touch up your makeup afterwards if desired. The atmosphere is very calming and welcoming - they even sometimes offer a complimentary coffee, hot tea or water while you wait (which is never long).
