Mark did my massage and body scrub. Absolutely amazing. Marie did my facial and she was wonderful as well. It was a great experience; however, pricy and I spent lots of time waiting between services. My 3.5 hour service took over 5.5 hours to complete (so about 2 hours wait time). Also the complementary drink was nice but would have enjoyed more during one of the long waits instead of when my services were completed and I was ready to dress and leave.

Had a mani-pedi appointment with Leah. Nice to be pampered. They had lockers to store my things, lemon water, crackers & cheese. I was offered white sangria, which was delicious, & just what I needed after a busy day. They have flip flops for $5, in case you forget, like me, & wear close-toed shoes! Regular polish mani-pedi with flip-flops & 20% gratuity included, plus valet service & white sangria for under $60. I will be going back!

The experience and facilities were all great, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. My reason for a 3 star is because i upgraded to a gel manicure (which was already pretty pricey) and one of my gel nails came off the next morning. I don't mean just a corner coming off, the whole color came off in one piece, followed by thumbs the day after that. I was already heading back from out of town so i couldn't go in to have it fixed.

Great location and beautiful facility. My first appointment, in the morning, I arrived and the desk was empty. I did find someone down a hall and that appointment went very well. But, I was really looking forward to the afternoon “signature” service with a foot soak and massage. I am still waiting for the foot soak. Jeramy showed me the women’s locker room and “chill” room and they both lived up to that name. Once my clothes were exchanged for a bathrobe the 66-68 degree rooms really did “chill” me. But, he was very good at the massage with essential oils and hot rocks so I was able to warm up on the heated table. I was checked out and received an email from the spa thanking me for coming but only a phone number to call. No request for feedback. This was not a bad experience just not a great one. The staff at the desk seemed hectic and a little disorganized and there was no check to be sure I received all the services I paid for. I don’t know if it was the time of year but the front desk at the hotel seemed more relaxed than the desk at the spa.

I got a manicure there last week. They accept walk-ins, which was helpful to me since I was on vacation and made the decision last minute. The ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful, and my nail tech was very sweet and gave me a wonderful manicure. The environment was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I felt so pampered. I would love to go back!

do not go to this one...they say they are licensed and trained professionals when it comes to massages but that is not true...I've heard that Dianna is great...but Nathan is a no go...steer clear of Nathan he was rude to my girlfriend and her friend...I would not send people there if it was the last spa ever!

This Spa has the best massage therapist I have ever been to. John Paul and Arron are both great! If you like the firm pressure I would suggest John. For a nice relaxing massage, Arron is definitely top choice! This particular spa is the reason I choose to return to the Margaritaville Hotel. Thank you so much for making my experiences amazing!

Rude and unprofessional. I went in there to fix one nail and paige told me they couldn't and they gave me a nail file and said when your done bring it back. I am a local and have sent people over there. They were rude to my coworker who went over there and another friend of mine. I will not be back, and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

1st off let me say the facilities are great and the staff was friendly. Thats about as good as it got for myself and my wife. We were on a mini vaca getaway for our anniversary. My wife decided to make reservations for a hour long couples massage at St. Somewhere Spa. Ok...well the name fits. Somewhere there is a massage, but not here. This was my 1st massage and my wife has had many before this one. This was a couples massage and both of us were in the same room. When the massage started i thought...ok. hes just getting warmed up and this will get better. Ummmm heck to the no it didnt. Keep in mind this was my 1st massage. When the massage was over i thought...I'm not about to tell my wife that i was disappointed.. HA! I didn't have to bc she immediately asked me... WTH was that? She stated that she was highly disappointed. The massage was basically someone rubbing essential oils on your body. Absolutely no massaging. Absolutely no pressure was applied to our bodies during this massage. Our 8 year old daughter could have out-performed these "massage therapist". For $120 each for an hour and total of $240 plus an additional 20% charge added at the register during checkout which neither of us knew about. All i can say is that we will not be returning clients and we both were HIGHLY disappointed. Definitely feel as we were cheated out of our money.

Went there expecting to relax, what a waste of money. Only good thing was it was clean. The massage from Nathan was 2 out of 10, not a good way to end a vacation. Normally, I would try again, but my luck would be to get him again. Next time, I will go somewhere else and it will probably be a little cheaper as well as a more friendly environment. More expensive doesn't mean better, people!

Disappointed. Came there for the foot soak and massage that was listed on their massage menu and was told we couldn't do it. After what seemed to be confusion among the staff they said it was only an "add-on" to a regular massage. If so..the list of services should state that on there. Was looking forward to their service.

Would not recommend to anyone! They are terribly slow and have very rude employees. I went with my bridal party for some pedicures.Firstly we couldn’t get them to answer the phones at all, we actually had to contact the main hotel just to get transferred. We witnessed an older woman with short brown/black hair working the front desk being EXTREMELY rude to other customers, They served an underage girl alcohol because they never asked for IDs, Tried lying to us about wait times and because two girls never even were touched they tried charging them. They would put regulars before our scheduled appointments which was the worst thing I have ever experienced! My toes were horrible!! The paint literally started cracking that night. Lastly I paid $60 for a pedicure that completely sucked and also wasn’t the price that was quoted to us over the phone, they failed to mention that gratuity was included. I will never go back again.

So we booked a massage months in advance. We come to Gatlinburg for our anniversary every year they called us an hour before our appointment to let us know it’s canceled because the someone called out sick. So you don’t have a back up. The worst part the lady on the phone barely seemed sorry for cancelling our plans. We will never visit another Margaritaville establishment.

First, please ask that you do not get Nathan or Bethany! Nathan for some reason thinks he has confidence to speak to guests that take certain meds, he has no clue on how to speak to guests/clients at all. Very unprofessional! In fact, Bethany, she just stands there shaking her head. Anyways, my friend and I walked in and was met by Lyn (very nice). She was very welcoming. We filled out the paper work. We were taken back, shown where to change and go to the Chill Room when ready. I was ready first, went on out to the Chill Room. Here comes Nathan & Bethany both have our papers in hand, he says we will wait on your friend. After my friend comes out, he says lets all go talk. He takes all of us into one room. Immediately, he starts by saying, it seems you both have some things in common. He was talking about the Xarelto. He starts talking about how he has to know all meds, saying then he is no doctor but he knows medications. He should have stopped when he said he was NO doctor, because he was trying to act as if he were. He said due to this we will not be doing massages today since you don't have doctors notes. As I started to say, neither of us have blood clots, he interrupts, not once but each time I tried to speak. My friend offered to call her doctor, get the note faxed and he said, not today! Terrible customer service plus fact that he thinks he has confidence to speak to people, that is outrageous at best! I even attempted to explain that I was there last year with two other people and had the massage just fine and I put on there Xarelto as well, I'm not going to lie! I'm also not going to put myself in harms way, but my doctor has stated its ok for massages. I believe these two young people were just pushed through school without proper training to just up and turn people away like that. Again, he was right in the fact he is NOT a doctor. Their body language spoke volumes. I spoke with Mallory (director/manager) about how he was speaking to us. She stated he felt he had more confidence, while ok he has confidence to speak to people, but he should NEVER again be allowed to speak to people when he is interrupting, talking down and belittling people. Would you want someone to speak to you like what you have to say doesn't matter? No, I don't believe anyone likes that at all. The problem is, I work in customer service and have for years. Some people have people skills and some don't, he doesn't. It's not something you can teach. Either they have it or they don't, he doesn't! They are both just very negative, since Mallory stated they were friends and they did discuss our situation. I get that they can't put on their website about meds, but there needs to be something done so that people know ahead of time if they need to have a doctors note!!! A bit of info, doctors say these days that even if you have a clot, you can still have a massage, so that would make one think, is there discrimination for people that take certain meds? Yes! Good news, Dianna was working and told Mallory that she would feel comfortable to do the Swedish Massage for us. I told my friend to get the massage because Dianna is just one person and we were two people. After Dianna got my friend situated, she came back to talk to me in the Chill Room. At this point I was so frustrated that I was upset, I think a lot of people would be in the same situation or similar. She tried to get me to get a massage saying she would stay later or come in earlier the next morning. I explained I was too mad at this point, I appreciated her offer. After all, it wasn't her fault and she was being so nice it would not be fair to have her stay late. I talked with Mallory some more afterwards, I explained what took place and how Nathan should NOT talk to guests without a manager!!! The body language of Nathan and Bethany told a different story and his choice of words spoke volumes! Suggestion here is, if you go there, you won't be sorry if you ask for Dianna or Mark!

This place is AMAZING! My husband and I came here for a Couples massage for our anniversary. This was the first time we've ever had a professional massage and let me tell you we are hooked! I had Mark and my husband had Dianna as the massage therapists they both were wonderful! We didn't wanna leave everyone was very polite and courteous. I went in on our first day of vacation to get a massage. I explained that my neck was tender from the 8 hour car ride. I have a massage therapist at home who I see regularly. When he started the massage he didn't do any type of "warm up" to my muscles. Went straight to digging in my muscles. By the time I got off the bed my left arm was burning and tingling all the way to my fingers. It's a week later now and I'm still in so much pain I can not stand it. So I spent $150 for a massage that pinched my nerve and ruined my vacation/ honeymoon! Don't let them touch you! Not experienced enough since the person who did mine has only been doing this 7 months. To add to it i saw my massage therapist this morning and she asked what happen to my back. I said "no injury why?" She said "Because there is a softball size bruise next to your spine! Fyi this is a week later and I still have zero use on my left arm!

The spa was nice and relaxing. The free valet parking was a great perk. I was basically told "The spa is that way" and pointed in a general direction. It was farther than I thought it would be but not a huge walk. For a higher-end salon, I was very disappointed with their setup inside. They have a package specifically for children, but they offer no children's chairs or stations at all. My 6 year old struggled to keep her feet on the pedicure foot rest while still having her bottom on the bench...yes, bench. Instead of relaxing chairs that most spas offer, it is a padded, church-pew-like bench with pillows. There were no dryers of any kind for nails, which left said 6-year-old trying not to touch or move her hands for over 20 minutes. That being said, our tech Amy was phenomenal! She was very kind and knowledgeable and super patient with my little one. Amy made the whole experience!

Well I can’t tell you about the massage bc I drove around for about 20 minutes trying to find this place. And about 5 minutes before my appointment I call them and the lady says “oh yeah you can’t follow the GPS” and then proceeds to tell me that my massage would have to be cut short. At least she didn’t charge me the cancellation fee. Definitely ruined my birthday.
