I’m local in Gatlinburg. It’s very relaxing and bran new great place for hair or nails . Spa . The staff is always so kind they do a great job thanks for providing great service for my Daughter today she did a hair cut and princess mani and pedi . She took her time and pamper her ❤️❤️

Best people ever! I celebrated a special 40th bday surprise and was pampered by a massage, mani/pedi, and it was like I was a celebrity! Thanks for making me feel so special and spoiled. The massage was fantastic and the pedi was like a circle of friends. We will be back!

Could not have asked for better service! Emily and Tracy were able to accommodate 14 women - massages, mani/pedis, facials and much more! We will definitely go back to this location and I highly recommend their facility, hospitality and overall friendliness! Kudos to to the general manager also! Brought us drinks and appetizers! OMG. There is not enough words to say how much me and my husband enjoyed our afternoon here. We started off with Manicures and pedicures with CHRISTY (who by the way is awesome). Then continued to couples HOT ROCK massages with GRACE (for me) and JERAMY (for hubby). GRACE was wonderful (haven't felt this good in a while). JERAMY relaxed hubby to the point he actually fell asleep and snored.

What's not to love about this place. Costumer service is spot on when you walk in the door. Very friendly, and a really nice clean place to visit. Infused water and fresh fruits to boot. Changing area with restroom and shower was extremely clean and talk about a great shower and steamer. Grace and Jeramy was great, made us feel so relaxed and the massages were great. Will definitely visit this spa again in the near future and definitely recommend to anyone.

Such a great and relaxing experience. Margaritaville and the St. Somewhere Spa never disappoint. They always go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Jeremy and Amanda are excellent massage therapist and an asset to this particular Spa.

Excellent massage services! Blythe was very helpful and accommodating at checkin! Jeramy gave an excellent massage. If you are staying at the Margaritaville Resort next door, you will get a 20 percent discount!! The spa needs to advertise the discount because we had no idea about it until we went to pay at the spa. The discount wasnt mentioned in the brochures st the resort. I think your spa could get more business if you advertised the discount better.

I had a great experience at St. Somewhere Spa while on my weekend getaway to Gatlinburg. The people were very friendly, and the service was excellent. I got a massage and a facial. It was very relaxing and II wil be back. I would recommend this spa to an weary traveler needing some TLC! Jeramy gave me an excellent massage.. Sonya somehow was able to make my neglected.face appear youthful once again!

I loved my visit to st somewhere. My only dislike is when I went in to get my nails done the woman who was supposed to do my nails complained she wanted to take a lunch break. I’m totally fine on giving workers breaks when they need just wish it wasn’t said with me standing there. It felt awkward and like I was unwanted there. After I got another woman who did my nails. She was very thorough, and was super friendly. The spa is very clean and very nice. Just next time consider discussing work matters away from the customer.

This was my first massage ever and my first time at a spa and it was great. The service was excellent and the facilities were clean, professional, and safe. My massage therapist, Dan, was awesome and would highly recommend him. He's very polite, professional, and good at his job. Would definitely recommend to any first timers out there.
