i was looking foward to the ice cream pedicure the spa resort was nice and look very updated the recption was super friendly ans nice when they called me in the back were the maincure and pedicure was the lady had a clipboard and said are u amy and i said yes she did not tell me hello did not ask me if any questions how i wanted my nails file never talked about what she was using on my feet i had to ask what is the mask what is the oil there was nothin great on the ice cream pedicure did not feel like it at all there ws no suger scubs ir a buffer on the heel she use a foot file the only thing was cholate was the mask and it didnt smell like choclate she barlet massage my feet more of my leg with it i can say this much the view was pretty and i was expecting more my feet looked clean and polish nice they had empty spa chiars near me and it had a note saying this tub been santize and i glance at the tun and there was hair and dirt in it ..this would be a great place to go but they need better staff cause at the they make it pleasurble hope this helps

Good services. However, you have to drive in order to get there from basically every cabin in the resort, and prices are on the expensive end.

My husband and I visited the Spa at Oak Haven for an early Valentine's Day gift to each other. This is our second visit, and after completing our amazing 80 minute deep tissue couples massage, we remember why we returned. In addition to amazing technique and massages by Lisa and Julia, we were pampered with luxurious robes and sandals, hot tea, a sauna, and a great changing area, including a shower for women. It would be nice if the men were also offered a shower area. It was truly an incredible experience and we will definitely return again. Thank you ladies for a great job and working out all of those sore areas for us. The front desk reception staff were also great and very friendly. Thank you, Sharon. Loved it.

Awesome staff, great location and wonderful massages. It's a very relaxing atmosphere while you wait for your treatment. I love the products they sell and I finally bought one of their spa robes - so comfy! Wish I could go there weekly!
