Tucked into Green Hills in Nashville, TN...If you are looking for a subtle and natural way to get some of your youth back, SkinMB is the place to be! I was greeted by a happy, smiling staff member as I walked in and she promptly sat me down and made sure I felt welcome. Then, the MAGIC happened when Olivia gave me back what my hypothyroidism took away from me...my eyebrows! She's professional, kind, explains everything from start to finish in a clean/sterile environment and is clearly an ACE in her field of microblading/brow feathering! BONUS: I also left with some skin care samples of the products they carry and plan to visit again for facials, eyebrow touch-ups, etc.

The whole staff is professional, the booking process is easy and all of those nice things, but when you're having your lady business waxed, its important to be super comfortable with your esthetician, and Lori is nothing short of incredible. I live across town, and actually work above another waxing studio, so there are certainly more convenient locations for me personally, but I'd have it no other way - Skin MB & Lori are the best in town!!

Mary is my esthetician and is fabulous. She generally derma planes, peels and masks me and I am then "all a glow:-)" She assist me with finding the products that will work best for my skin type. I can tell such a difference in my skins overall appearance. I see Nasi for some procedures and she's is a wealth of information. She is always very cautious about whether or not a particular procedure is safe for your racial make up. Everything is not safe for everyone. Cynthia gives the very best massage. After seeing Cynthia anyone else's massage will be a disappointment. I tried a hotel spa while on vacation and wanted my money back.

The price for the service was too high. For $135 I would have expected an hour facial as l paid for two services. Half hour Express facials, which are typically $50, was not available as a service item at MB Skin. So I felt jipped by not only the service but most definitely by the price.

I always feel that any skin treatment that I receive is specialized for my skin care concerns. The products that are chosen are carefully explained to me about what they are and what they will do. Each facial leaves me looking refreshed. I like the fact that the staff are always very courteous and professional. Skin care products are suggested but are never pushed upon me to buy. Samples are given to see if the product is something that my skin will tolerate. All-in-all it is a great experience. I highly recommend them.

I had my eye brows feathered by Olivia and they are fabulous! I was a little nervous about it, because your eye brows are such a defining feature, but Olivia put me at ease! She measure them, then traced on what she wanted to do so I could have an idea of what they would look like. She talked me through the whole process, and told me what she was doing as she did it. I'm so happy with they way my brows turned out! And I've gotten so many compliments on them! Everyone in the office was so welcoming and sweet. I will totally be back to do other services.

Hey I have been meaning to write this review for months. I go there to see Kayla for a skin procedure. I followed her from the last spa she worked at, and basically she's the only reason I would drive into Green Hills, especially on a Saturday. She makes what can be a very uncomfortable, to even painful process enjoyable. She's really gentle and always asks if you're okay etc. She has a great sense of humor and is really easy to talk to as well. I give her 5-stars and highly recommend her!

I only visit Nashville once or twice a year. This year, I decided to look for an esthetician in the area, and I found a great one at SkinMB. They took me on the same day I called, and gave me an appointment with Cay. She was very kind and attentive and had me address all my skin concerns to her upfront. There was no pushing products or wasting time, just a really calm, relaxing facial. The entire place was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I suffer from adult acne, esp. closed comedones, and decided to go with the peel and microdermabrasion. It was my first time trying micro, but there was no down time and I left with an amazing glow. I will visit this place every time I'm in the area. My first truly positive facial experience. The prices are reasonable, too!

As an aesthetician, I definitely took my time and did my research before choosing just anyone to do my brow feathering. I found Olivia this summer and I couldn't be happier with my results. Olivia took her time to choose the perfect color and shape for my brows...and even offers a touchup for free! I get compliments on my brows weekly. Brow feathering has also cut down on my makeup routine in the morning saving me about 10-15 minutes. Definitely worth the investment!

Skin MB called and helped me resolve the issue. We discussed how to avoid the misunderstanding moving forward. I truly appreciate their service and will return to their salon. They do great work. First review: Warning to new and existing patients: Ask BEFORE the service begins to be told of additional services given and if there will be an extra cost. I have mixed feelings about Skin MB MedSpa. While the quality of the services they offer is impeccable and I look and feel great each time I leave, I can't help but be frustrated with their customer service. I have been to their spa a few times now and the last two times I have been given a service I did not ask for, nor was I told I was receiving something extra, and was charged almost $30 more than I expected. When I ask why my bill is more at the front desk I was told that I was given services not included in the original cost. I was never told I was receiving something extra and no one offered to remove the cost from my bill. I was told to ask for no additional services next time I come in to the spa. This seems strange to me, restaurants don't just bring food you do not order then add the cost to your bill. How is this any different? I strongly believe that patients should be informed about services they are receiving; especially since I have allergies to many products AND I was charged more.

Skin MB provides great services, however I was very frustrated with my last visit there during the check out process, and especially with the resulting customer service. I had two gift cards to use, one of which they could not find in their system. They finally found it, and then I owed an additional amount. The girl at the front desk said she could not charge my credit card that day because of a computer glitch, and the manager would have to fix it. Ok, fine. She writes down my credit card number. This was on friday. On Tuesday I receive an email that my card has been charged, but it was an incorrect amount. I watch for the charge on my credit card...nothing. Yesterday my husband noticed two charges on his credit card he had not authorized....yep, they charged his card instead of mine. I'm not even sure how this happened? I guess they had his card number from when he bought my gift card. So to recap, couldn't find gift card, charged incorrect amount 4 days later, and then finally charged correct amount to the WRONG card. I understand that things happen. I have been to skin mb in the past, and this is the first time something like this has occurred. The part of this experience that frustrates me the most, is that Julia offered NO apology whatsoever. I expressed my frustration and what a headache this had been, and literally silence on the other end of the line. A simple "I'm sorry about all the confusion" goes a long way. I honestly probably won't go back because of this experience.

I having been going to skin mb for over a yr now. One thing I appreciate most about the staff is there knowledge regarding products and skin care. Also the desire to continue education to learn about the best products for each individual skin care need.When I visit skin mb it is not only a place where I receive care for my face, but also a time of mediation and refreshing of my soul. The staff is also very conscious about helping to fit my skin care needs into my budget, often times giving me samples to make sure my face will react well to a product prior to purchasing it. Also what I appreciate is the education they give me for things I can do at home that help me to maintain my skin integrity between my visits that doesn't cost anything to me. The staff is polite, educated, professional they do not show favoritism to "celebrities", they provide the same care and concern to me as they do to a listers, and they are not self conceited. I really recommended this business.

I plucked my eyebrows too much as a teen! Now I have fabulous brows that I don't have to draw on w an eyebrow pencil anymore. Olivia is excellent at this, they are very natural looking. My husband didn't even know I had it done -and he saw me at home 30 Minutes after I left SkinMD. She draws them on with little feathery strokes that look exactly like little Eyebrow hairs...the feathering technique is the bomb!
