I was searching for a new hair gal and I found her! Katelyn (sorry if I misspelled the name) was super friendly and accommodating. I knew basically what I wanted and she listened intently and made it happen for me. My hair cut was not so complicated, but my color was an ordeal...mostly because I couldn't make up my mind and couldn't narrow down what I wanted. She and another stylist helped me discuss and look at swatches until I could make a decision. I have been so frustrated with salons and stylists who get too comfortable and lose their integrity and professionalism. This salon and staff were a breathe of fresh air for me. This is my new go to. I will be back. Worth my time and my drive. My hair is fabulous!

I went here the day before my wedding day to have a Brazilian wax done and not only did they act like they had no idea what they were doing for over an hour but then proceeded to bring in another girl for help and the second girl hurt and burned me so bad that my skin was peeling. When I went to have a spray tan done by another company later that night the tan solution wouldn’t stick to my skin because of how badly my skin was burned. Not only that but they didn’t even finish my wax, less than half way finished and they still charged me for a regular wax and the girl that burned me never even apologized after I told her how bad she was hurting me. I had been coming to this salon for several different things (hair, makeup, massages, foot detoxes, lash extensions, spray tans and other waxes before this one) since I was 16 years old and after this experience I will never be back.

I was looking for a new hair stylist and colorist. I’d been here before a few years ago and had moved. I came back in need of a hair color and cut. I didn’t request anyone particular and they put me in with Ashley Mullins. What a great choice. She colored my hair and it was beautiful and my husband loved it. Also, she is so very nice and has a great sense of humor. Glad I found her. I drive a little bit of distance to go to her, but it’s very much worth it. Thank you Ashley!!!

I just had the greatest "rescue" haircut and style ever with Lana at Shear Structure! We are new in town and I have problem hair and had received a bad haircut last month at another salon. I knew it would be hard to find another stylist like the one I had where we moved from, but Lana was just super and my haircut made me feel like myself again! Thank you for being so welcoming to a newcomer also. Highly recommend Shear Structure and Lana my stylist!!

I had a gift certificate but still had to pay over $140.00 out of my pocket. I was told that I had some upgrades such as white tips although I was never told upfront. My nails are already breaking and chipping. Not worth the price at all!!

Got my eyelash extensions, and for starters the girl, Kenzy, was rude. She applied tape to my bottom lashes and after the eyelashes were put on, she ripped them off without a care. It hurt like a word! On top of that when she was finished she just walked out of the room and didn't say anything! Never told me how to deal with them or anything. However i did speak to another lady about them and she went over it all. These lashes don't look good for 1, and for 2, they're supposed to last a few weeks and the FIRST day i got them, they began falling out. I will not be coming back.

Not happy. I had an appt for a special they were running on pedicures. Suppose to be an hour long Luxe pedicure. A friend with me and we were out in just alittle over an hour. Both of our toes are messed up and not worth the price we paid.

Very bad... I went and the girl that cut my hair didn't know how to do the job... She only made a mess with me... I show her a picture how I wanted and not even close, also the style haircut awful she don't know how to use the machine and the scisors, and even that I had to pay 20 dls...
