Stayed at the resort and tried a one hour therapeutic massage at this spa...Feel very lucky to have gotten an appointment With Samantha - she is the best i have ever had massage with. She is the head there and also offers classes at a different place. She is quite familiar with the trouble points and knows exactly what to do and how to help ease the pain. Also bought a calming head balm and neck pillow - great buy. Cost is around 140$ which is slightly expensive than what i pay but Samantha is worth it!

This was my first visit to Nashville, second visit to a Gaylord resort (first visit was to Grapevine, Tx). Loved the whole resort experience (food, service, everything) and especially my spa day at Relache. The atmosphere was so relaxing; so quiet and so inviting. They encourage you to come well in advance of your message to just hang out, use the steam or sauna or just relax in their quiet sitting room with plenty of fresh lemon or cucumber water, health snacks (fresh fruit, nuts, trail mix). It makes sense. You don't want to be skating in on a banana peel to get ready for your message. The bathrobes were roomy, soft and first class as were the towels and all amenities. I felt like a princess. The service was excellent and the facility was clean and inviting. I had the most remarkable massage by Latosha; 80 minutes of aroma/relaxation and I added on the exfoliation treatment. I was truly pampered and loved it! It was fantastic! I highly recommend this experience! AMAZING!

This spa is an experience in itself! The concierge was a joy to talk to and really knew her stuff. I got to talk to the manager and she personally made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my time there! The pricing is totally on par with the expectation of a high end spa and is worth every penny

Stopped by with my wife while coming through the Gaylord Opryland. We were met warmly and loved the atmosphere. It has everything you would expect from a high end spa and we look forward to a return trip!

Gaylord is decorated amazing for Christmas and has lots of activities to do. Something for everyone in the family. It is pricey and the weekends are very crowded. So be prepared to wait in line or come during the week.

Go for it if you don't mind paying $84 for a pedicure and $66 for a manicure (they automatically add a 20% service charge to the 'advertised' price). Not a particularly bad mani/pedi, but my hands and feet certainly did not look twice as good as when I leave my local nail salon, even though the cost was twice as much.

I had a lovely day at Relache. I booked a tropical glow body scrub, organize facial, and pedicure. The atmosphere was elegant and calming, and every service I had was so relaxing. I will definitely be back!

Very pleasant and relaxing. Its my preference to have the different steps/products explained to me throughout my services but I understand that may not be for everyone. Otherwise very nice robes, beautiful common lounge area, clean showers and professional staff.

The Spa facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff in the men's locker room were helpful and pleasant. The massage was excellent. If you have a parking ticket get it validated. The parking rates are very high. I gave Relache Spa only three stars because the front desk employees need to get over themselves. Their attitude was palpable. This lack of friendly and inviting customer service takes away from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Paid for a 80 min deep tissue today and got a foot massage for 60 of the 80 mins. Very bad experience. Spoke to the staff & manager and they offered a 20% discount. Was not looking for a discount. Was expecting a relaxing massage. Don't waste your money!! The hotel is great. Spa is really bad.

I would rate this a zero stars. I went in for a blowout for a wedding later today and she shampooed my hair with purple shampoo (I use this every time I wash my hair, I have blonde hair). Well she ended up turning my hair purple. She tried rewashing but I still ended up with purple hair for the wedding. The stylist never apologized and was even cracking jokes about it while I was trying not to cry. The manager gave me 20% off, but then she was extremely rude blaming everything on me. These women were incredibly and unapologetically rude. I would never suggest this spa to anyone.

When I arrived, the showers, sauna and steam room were all out of service in the ladies locker room. One toilet was also flushing constantly (broken) so the locker room was incredibly loud, more like a gym locker room than a spa. Not being able to to use any of those amenities, it was an extremely boring hour plus while waiting for my service, as I had showed up early to use them. It was not mentioned when I checked in that anything wasn’t functional- had it been, I’d have come later. The sauna, constantly flushing toilet and one shower was fixed by the time my services were over, however sauna use was discouraged by my provider, so I missed out. The showers also did not have the eucalyptus steam feature that was mentioned on the website (though there was a sign advertising that the spray was available for sale...) and since only one was working there was a huge line for it and it felt very rushed The services were ok, though I wouldn’t go on a weekend... their weekend pricing is a little painful for what you get. but the low rating was really because I was really disappointed that the amenities weren’t available, and there was no mention of anything not working when I booked or checked in, and no attempt to make it right AT ALL. Also, their estectians seem more like salespeople than relaxation experts. Mine was SUPER pushy about the products I “needed”, and being completely unwilling to recommend anything I could grab where I usually shop, Sephora or ulta. The products she recommended totalled about $500 (for three things!), and as I could t get a sample to see how my skin would react after a few days of using it (like you can literally anywhere else that sells skincare) I said no thanks, which the lady at the desk wasn’t too polite about.

The supervisor Chelsey Curtis was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with! I was having such a wonderful time here at the resort, until I came to the spa. Chelsey would not let me use the discount I was given for any service. Her attitude was very snooty and rude. I would not return!

We had a great time here for gymnastics. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the valet attendant. When I asked him about the location of the event he explained to me that it was just right inside the building. So I dropped my family off and went and parked just to find out that it took them 15 minutes to walk to the event where it only took me about 5 minutes from where I parked.

Wow, everything was better than expected. The relaxation room was just that very relaxing. The products they use were excellent, the staff were all so soft spoken, areas were constantly being picked up and cleaned, but you never felt like they were intrusive. The service was also great, the person I had was very in-tune with what I need. Love the place completely!
