I took my mom here for Mother's Day and we both got pedis side by side in two nice massage chairs. They offered us something to drink right away and did our fingers and toes at the same time so it was very efficient in time. I will definitely be back!

I am in town visiting so of course I went to Google to find a nail salon. This place was great. The customer service was fantastic. They were very friendly from the start. I got a pedicure with my friend and I was able to get them both done at the same time and still feel very relaxed. The place is really cute, they offer you water, soda which was really nice. Their prices are very reasonable too. Would definitely come back again when I'm in town.

Wonderful family owned business. The ambiance is so relaxing, parking is easy, and they check in with you throughout the service to make sure you are comfortable, need a drink, temperature is good, etc. I've gone twice now for a 45 min pedicure that comes with scented scrub, lotion, and a hot stone massage that lasted almost 20 minutes. Overall was definitely worth money.

The person that did my pedicure and manicure was incredibly impatient, and did not do a good job at all. My feet still feel rough, he didn't make sure the polish on my toe nails was dry before he allowed me to put my socks and shoes back on so now the polish is completely ruined, and he didn't paint my nails all the way down to the cuticle, so the gel looks like it was done a week ago. Needless to say, I will never go back to this establishment.

Great place, very attentive. I was seen right away and they fixed a lousy job done by a different nail place. The complimentary green tea was a great perk (they even offered drink). I will be making this my go to place. Oh, and my pedicure felt great also.

Me and my sister went to go get pedicures here today! It was both of our first time going to this shop. We were skeptical but we haven’t had much luck at other salons. The ladies that did our pedicures did such an amazing job! They were sanitary, friendly, and efficient! Both my daughter and I came here for the first time to get pedicures. I already had an unpleasant experience at another nail salon so I came in with little expectation. I can honestly say that this is one of the most warm, welcoming, and professional nail salons I have ever been to. Helen was my nail tech and she was amazing. We both laughed and talked about great food and things to do in Nashville. She offered some great recommendations since we are fairly new to Clarksville. She gave me a relaxing and superb pedicure and even after almost a week my feet look like i just walked out of the salon. My daughter's nail tech did an outstanding job as well. This will definitely be our go to spot while living here. They come highly recommended!!!!

Won't lie...work was great. Now have ATM machine to get cash. Not really the problem. The problem was being asked to get cash so they did not have to use my card. Umm, no. Always charged to get cash from ATM. And girl took my card n I think she wrote down my numbers from my card. I asked what she wrote n got no explanation. Won't go back. Sorry. Now I set my card notification to 1$. And sad part is, I bought cash for tip. But didn't use it because of rudeness.

This is the 2nd nail salon that I’ve been to in Clarksville that has had very rude owners. I’ve been to this nail salon several times while living here. It USED to be my favorite. My last visit was not so great but I came back due to the rest of the nice staff. After today I will no longer be spending money here. I asked for something that I normally get when I come here and every other nail salon I’ve been to never charged me to have 3 colors on my nails. The man at the first station was rude, had no customer service, and was rough with my hands. He nicked me a few times where my fingers were sore while applying acrylic. He also tried to tell me what type of polish I had to get based off the type of acrylic after I decided I no longer wanted gel and just regular polish. It shouldn’t have mattered since it will be covered anyway. I was also there well before closing and felt rushed to leave the salon. Will be finding another nail salon soon. I’m only giving 2 stars because the women who work here are very nice ladies and have excellent customer service just not the salon owner.

I visited Paradise Nails & Spa on Sunday, Jan 21 2018 and the nail tech was really nice but I was disappointed with the pedicure. I was surprised that I had to request to repeat cleaning and while drying my polish I noticed a chip. I brought it to the attention of the other female techs and the male tech but I didn't feel as though they were too enthused about fixing the problem so I told them not to bother. As I was outside the door, I noticed they must have called the tech that had waited on me because she was looking out toward the door as I was leaving and the other two nail tech were seemingly updating her and finding something very humorous. I wonder if they treat all the customers like this or just certain races. I will never go back to this establishment.

I received a pedicure that was amazing (although the massage was more of a rub?) and the end I decided I wanted a manicure which was also done very well! I was nervous because my cuticles have been very ugly lately but he fixed me up and got me looking good. My biggest reason for a 3* is + I don't know if it's the language barrier or what but I personally felt like I could understand my guy very well, but he was super rude at times, like forcefully throwing my arm I had resting off my other arm because I guess it was in his way and let out a big "ugh!" ... if he said it I would have moved it.

Worse experience ever! The Pedicure was horrible. She rubbed my legs, didn’t even put in the effort to massage them... I got the 45 minute foot massage and she was done in 25 minutes. I Timed her without even trying, due to my son calling when she first started. Management got rude with me when I told them it’s only been 25 minutes. Then instead of simply apologizing to me as I’am the CUSTOMER. They argued with me how I was wrong and how they was right and Did I mentioned I’m pregnant! So I really didn’t want to argue back. Long story short. I’m never going back. They ripped me off big time and didn’t give me what I paid for at all. I just moved to Clarksville and will not be going back to this place EVER!!

If you're in need of some pampering, then this is the spot! Love how clean and meticulous this shop is and how well they take care of their customers. They even have a loyalty program for frequent visits! They can get busy on fridays, which is understandable but they will call or text you when your spot is ready. All the staff speak clearly and are so super friendly!! Love this place and I highly recommend it to everyone!!

This was our first time trying out another nail salon from where we usually go. Was I over the moon impressed? No. But disappointed? No. The women that did my nails was pleasant. For a gel pedicure and basic manicure (no color) for myself, it was $60. For a gel mani pedi for my daughter, it was $63. My daughter loves her nails, and that's all that matters to me. We will be back.

Today, I got a full set and I wanted long SKINNY coffin nails instead I got FAT & CHUNKY coffin nails. Probably one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever gotten. The massage/spa part was okay and everything seemed clean. But my toe nails were cut crooked and my polish was all over my cuticles and surrounding skin. And they don’t take cards... this is 2018. I had to use an ATM they had to pull out cash. So you have to pay the ATM fees on top everything (not crazy expensive but super inconvenient)

Ive been going to this nail salon for more then 2 years. Recently i put in a hair style that I haven’t put in, in a while. But i went there to get a refill and a pedicure. As always they told me to have a seat and pick a color. I always get gel on my refills which are $30 dollars for the past 2.5 years. This lady, who by the way, has done my nails before, tells me in order to do the same thing i been doing all these years was now $35. Me being the person i am, question her and let her know ive been paying $30. I ask if the price went up or something.. lady start speaking another language and didnt even answer my question. By the time my nails was finish, it was really busy. I thought the lady who did my nails was gonna do my toes. But no, she started a ladies toes that had just got there. I had been there before everyone in that store at that point. So i waited and waited to get my toes done. After waiting 20 minutes, i paid for my nails and left. The owner cashed me out and didn’t even try to help the situation. I wont be back, trust me.

Love this hidden gem!! Its across from the side. It's beautiful, quiet, and clean. My nail tech was a fabulous tech and did everything I asked for. She even showed and explained their infection control. I was never pressured or felt intimidated. The staff spoke good English and gave helpful suggestions, especially my tech. I got a pedicure and manicure done and tried to get my eyebrows done but the lady refused to do them just because I tried to show her a picture and explain the shape on top. She was rude and jist dismissed me out of the wax room. After spending $60, no tip. As my manicure and pedicure were being done, it was painful and they don't use new products, they fold the top and pass it to one another and act like it was sealed, but it was open. Also, I had to ask her to fill the color all the way to my cuticle, or else I'd leave there looking like I need a fill. The guy that worked there was cleaning pedicure station with the same soap you wash with. First and last time I go,there. New in the area and trying to find a nail salon I can go to every time. This one failed!

They provide complimentary water, have a huge selection of colors for gel, Nexgen, and acrylic. Also they're very good about cleaning and keeping their tools and seats sanitized. I recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I went here for the first time today and it was a wonderful experience! It's Wednesday and I came in at about 1pm, no appointment needed, I was able to walk right in and sit in a massage chair within 5 minutes after choosing my polish colors. For a little extra I got the exfoliating pedicure and the leg scrub felt and smelt amazing! The shoulder massage is something I've never done before but it was definitely icing on the cake, and very affordable imo :) Everyone was very kind, professional and attentive. Massage chairs are in great condition and everything looked clean and inviting. I'll definitely be a regular from now on!

I am here getting the worst pedicure I have ever had! They didn't use cuticle remover, the salt scrub was so light it wasn't worth the effort, the massage feels like eagle claws ripping at my flesh! They do have clean products and utensils, but they don't know how to use them. I just frickin want to leave! I bought a more expensive version to try and have a good experience, but a $17 pedicure in California is 10 X's better than the $28 one I am getting!

I've lived in clarksville for a year and have visited so many nail salons and always had a complaint about something. A friend recommend me paradise nails and I think I found the place I love here in town. They do a really good good doing manís and pedis. Once again, I'm super picky about nail salons. I hate it if they rush me out of the seat to get another client in. This doesn't happen at Paradise Nails. They take your time and really let you relax while getting pampered. Also, they do a great job at painting nails. They look smooth and elegante, and also last a long time. Every time I go here someone compliments my nails afterwards. I would highly recommend this place.

The spa itself is insanely clean! Brand new, disposable files, disposable pedi liners, sterilized implements, it's a dream come true for me. Sanitization is a huge deal, and it's hard finding a place that you can trust, I am happy to say I trust this salon 100% and will never need to worry about fungus or bacteria! All the techs are licensed, there is no sketchy feeling when you walk in, it's the most reassuring thing to know that you are in good hands and will be well taken care of.

Only reason I am rating 4 stars is because of the long wait to fix my nails. It seriously took me close to 40 minutes of wait time. However, I did come on a Sunday and I know that's typically a slower day in nail salons so not as many techs are available. I would call ahead next time and book an appointment. They were very nice though and not rude at all like the last place I went to which is a plus. She also made sure they matched my other nails in length and look which other nail tech not so much. I will be coming back here however like I said just make an appointment next time. The prices I saw are pretty average.

i was really excited to try out this place, seeing as there were a lot of great reviews. but my experience was horrible. the guy had done a pretty messed up job on my nails and when asked if he could file them down a little more, he refused. he was grabbing my hand and pulling them harshly and then throwing them back. telling me “it’s your nails. that’s not me.” i’m a CUSTOMER. no need for touching customers like that and refusing to do something when i’m PAYING to get it done. he was very rude. he didn’t give me other choices. i had to walk out of there bc i was not gonna sit there and let somebody treat me badly when i’m paying them to do their job. i’m usually not one to walk out and leave bad reviews but he was plain horrible. he needs to be either fired and he does NOT need to be with customers. horrible horrible experience. will not be going back.

These ladies are SO friendly and do an amazing job! They will have a nice conversation with you if you want or if you are having a stressful day leave you to relax and enjoy. I always get the schlack and some places it says on for only a week - here it is a solid two weeks as long as you do not pick at it.

Was my first time here and my last. My acrylics started lifting the SAME day and their powder burned my finger, which has never happened in the 8 years I have been getting my nails done. When I mentioned that the powder was burning all the tech did was pinch my finger between hers and the table to put pressure on it and say that it was strange. I just moved here from another state so I have been looking for my new nail home and did not find it. I am now left with lifting nails and missing tips a week later. I have a busy schedule so I have not had a chance to go anywhere and get them fixed and I work customer service so guests see my hands a lot when I am showing them things or taking down their information or payment methods and now I dread having to let people see my hands and have already gotten a few remarks on my broken nails. The only good thing was that they offer wine here but that doesn’t make up for the nails lifting the very same day they were done.

RUDE !! Would not listen to what I asked for. Fussed at me “moving “ yet I was sitting still. Didn’t do half of the mani. Service. Tech was asked to make my nail straight and she gave me a attitude. She cut my nails to the skin without even asking. Everyone else was offer something to drink but my daughter and I. By far worst place in Clarksville !

This place is SO AMAZING. I have never had that good of a pedicure. They take their time. The massage is always my favorite part....they nailed it! You get a glass of wine. Its just the best place. The prices are so affordable too. Cant wait to go back. I won't go anywhere else!

I was really excited with my nails during my first experience so i even recommended my friend from out of town to come here. This time though was a Tuesday and it was unusually busy. The staff were very rude and both to my friend and I. The woman who was taking off her polish had a baby in hand and the gel looked horrible. I don’t think I’ll return.

Will not be going back. Had my nails done here and they were absolutely beautiful but cut the sides of my nails pretty bad. They started lifting a little about a week and a half later on some nails. So I went to get them taken off, instead of soaking them off( the way nails are SUPPOSED TO BE TAKEN OFF) they wiggled a plastic nail between it and basically ripped the top 2 layers of my nails off. I have ripped ridges on 7 of my 10 nails.

I love this nail salon. I read previous reviews while in town for a few days. I risk my nails looking a hot mess for a few extra days if I have a trip coming up JUST so that I can get them done here. They have a large variety of gel nail colors with exact match regular polish which is extremely important to me. Love it!

I go here with my friend twice a week and love it. Affordable and clean. They used sterilized new equipment on the pedicures. They really deep tissue massage your legs and feet and take there time. It was well worth it.

I got exactly what I expected/wanted when I went in. They did a wonderful job on my nails. I got three acrylic nails (since mine broke) and you can’t even tell which ones are mine and which are the acrylic because it looks so natural. Not to mention that they did a gel manicure for $25! I love that I wasn’t overcharged for sub par work (as can often happen in Clarksville). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great nail salon.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I came in Today at 6PM didn’t leave until 8:00 Pm. My full gel nails are the worst I’ve ever had. Some nails are lumpy others look rushed and unfinished. One particular nail is crooked pointing to the right. The nerve of the tech to say my cuticle is lopsided, when I’ve never experienced this problem with acrylics before Today. I’m so upset that i have to look at these gross lumpy nails. Paradise Hell will NEVER get my business again!!!
