This was a long, disappointing day. My friend and I booked 4-hour packages. We showed up on time and were told that an employee called in sick but a replacement was coming and we would start 15 minutes late. After waiting for well over an hour and learning that actually 2 employees were sick, I left, hoping that at least my friend would be taken care of. She ended up spending 5 hours at the spa and only receiving 2 hours of treatments. I wish they had sent us home at the very beginning of the day with a full refund instead of wasting several hours of our time. We were refunded our money for the unused services but still, very stressful.

This is the absolute best spa in and around Chattanooga. I drive almost an hour and half to get there and it's so worth it. Upon arrival you are met with friendly and professional staff and that attitude continues throughout. I am pampered and made to feel so special by all the staff. The massage and scrub was amazing as well as the body detox wrap. Cindy is amazing with the facial she really goes above and beyond to make sure your treatment is above average. Courtney does terrific job on nails. If you ever get a chance to go you will be amazed.

It truly is an escape to visit Mountain Escape Spa. Upon entering the front door you are welcomed by a quiet environment and wonderful professionals. You are lead to stress free rooms where every attempt is made to help you feel comfortable. I have gone to ME for years for facials and massage and it is the ONLY place I will ever get a pedicure and I drive an hour to get there. I feel pampered and special at Mountain Escape.

Went in for an emergency spray tan - the results were glowing! Lasted 2+ weeks. The technician was super sweet and quick. Will be returning soon to keep my color up for the summer.

Consistent amazing. I travel from Birmingham to go here because it's better than anyone I've found there. And it's not for lack of looking. Professional, friendly, thorough. This is a superb spa . Oh! And Google street view is wrong. It's much nicer from the front.

Me and my husband were on our honeymoon, we got a spa package with where we were staying that included a couples one hour massage. My husband has had a massage before and was very pleased with his experience at the spa, unfortunately mine was not as great. Although the lady was nice once the lady got to the foot massage I kept catching her texting on her phone. They try cover your face with a towel which they tell you is for relaxation but maybe it's so you can't see your massage therapist texting on her phone. For my first massage experience I was disappointed. Upon further investigation with the receptionist I learned my therapist is one of the owners so I didn't feel comfortable letting her know about my experience so I'll leave this review and hopefully she can see it so she doesn't do it to someone else. Most people pay for a one hour massage to be pampered the whole hour. If it's your job and business I definitely didn't expect to see her texting. Anyway, the girl my husband had did a very good job he said so at least he enjoyed himself.
