I'm in cosmetology and we have learned which acrylics are illegal in the state of Tennessee and this place uses it because it's cheap but it's harder on your nails than regular acrylic! She rushed the whole time and did a terrible paint job and they looked cheap and where different shapes I went home and fixed the shape and within a couple days a nail broke and because of the cheap product it did so much damage my nail plate is super thin ! I will never be going back here and I recommend you don't either if I could give 0 stars I would

They dont do a good job at all I asked to get my nails matted and they did something completely different not happy with that they charged me 120 do get a mani and a pedi, very pricey and a very soapy job... not happy at all first and last

I personally will never go back in. My nails are thin so she said she would put 2 layers on the bottom coat of gel polish. Never had done this before. When I stuck my hand in the UV light my nails felt like they were burning I had to remove my hands several times. My nails look good when they were finished. But within 24 hours are you noticed my nails were turning orange ish yellow. I call she told me to come back in when she was back from vacation which I did. When I got there She told me to have a seat in the chair I sat there for 30 minutes with no one saying anything to me. So I got up and left. I felt very uncomfortable.

Needed an emergency nail repair. They did a terrible job on me and my boyfriend's nail. His nails were cut extra short and deep. Just an awful manicure. I had one nail repaired and I was given an abnormally large nail. Will not return.

Had a pedicure and it was done very poorly. I will have to pay to have them redone. The clear coat was put on so thick it peeled completely off the very same day. I got cussed at the register when being rung up incorrectly. My friend also went and hers was also “rushed” looking. You could see all the brush strokes in the paint like the color was old or the brush was bad. Some of her toes were not even completely painted. I do not normally visit here so it was our first time. We will NOT be back! Very bad experience.

I absolutely love this place! Best service around. I’ve been coming to Jasmines since they opened and will not go anywhere else. The owner Italy is so sweet. She treats me so good and treats my kids even better! We love her!

I went here yesterday and the last time I came here was 2 years ago with my grandmother to get pedicures. This is by far the WORST place to get your nails done in Millington. I don’t usually write reviews, but I thought I’d help someone out who was thinking about trying this place. I showed the lady a picture of the nails I wanted (a pretty ombré pink coffin style nails). 3 people worked on my nails. The First Lady had an attitude and kept jerking my hand away instead of simply pushing my hand back softly. THEN she cut my nails way too skinny and uneven and she just slapped the gel on there. After I said I just wanted plain black (because I was in a rush and didn’t want her to mess up more than she already did), the lady owner came over speaking in Chinese or whatever language they speak (I assumed talking about me because of how they were looking at me and my nails). She asked why I wanted to change to black and I said because the nails aren’t going to look like the picture. So the owner started doing my nails to “fix them” but it turned out worse. This is NOT ombré, just two colors and there’s a clear line of where the colors meet. Then after she polished the nails, she filed the sides again (WHY?!) now there isn’t polish on the sides of my nails. She didn’t even repolish it or offer to do so. She kept hitting my back and pushing me to wash my hands. And later her and the other lady who was doing my nails at first were laughing at me. The lady showed her my nails and started speaking Chinese and they both were looking and my nails laughing while I was right there. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am always respectful when I go somewhere so I don’t see what the problem was for them to treat me that way and mess up my nails. I paid $55 for this bs. I feel like if they couldn’t do ombré they should’ve told me and I would’ve been happy to pick another color/style. I will not be coming back. Y’all there are more nail shops in Millington and Memphis to go to period...DON’T GO HERE !!!! (PS: I am going to another nail shop today to get my nails redone)

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would...I went there last week just to get a full acrylic set and she talked me into getting gel because it lasted longer. The guy that did my nails seemed like he was trying to rush. Not even a week later after I let them do my nails , my nails were starting to come off like literally all of them except four . I started to let my nails soak and eventually all of them came off except one and now it stings when I try to get that one off . I will never go to them again . The only reason why I went to them is because Pro Nails in millington was closed for a month and it was my birthday so I wanted to get it done that day . I went to Jasmine nails before in the past and never had this bad experience before.

This is a nice place but some of their nail techs do not take there time to do your nails correctly. So watch who does your nails.

Worst pedicure ever. No exfoliation whatsoever. Polish was put on sloppily leaving portions of nail exposed. Tech was unfriendly. Asked for polish on exposed part of nail. Done. Then tech asked if I wanted something else. I said I’d like time for the nail to dry so I could put on my shoes without messing up the polish. Raining cats and dogs outside. Parking lot flooded. Politely told me to just wear the styrofoam flops outside. Will not be back

Very disappointed !! I went in with long nails came out with kindergarten hands... he filed my nails so much I had to tell him he was filing my skin. The entire time he is hugging and puffing shewing my hand away when I try to tell him anything. None of my nails even look the same shape. I wish I could add a picture

I went there today( sunday) without an appointment! I was seated right away and then ignored for 40 min until I walked out! I know that not having an appointment leads to a wait but unwound expect someone to come up to me and tell me that there was a wait, or that at the bare minimum I would be at least offered a glass of water! But no I just got ignored for 40+ minutes! Do not come here if you have ANY sort of schedule in your life

I have never had such rude service, I usually wouldn't say anything but what I just received was really disrespectful and unprofessional. My pedicure was decent but the lady jerked on my feet constantly, then jerked on my pants leg. On top of shoving the uv light fixture on my foot hitting my nails every time, mind you the paint job looks awful - I'll have to go get them redone because I can see where she hit my nails with the light fixture and left the indents. I'm only in town every couple of months and always go here, but I no longer will. I left here very angry today! I've always only ever came to this shop but I will be finding a new place to go when I come back into town next month.

2-12-18 , I went across the street to have pedicure and manicure, first thing is that we waited several minutes before someone came out. The lady who did my nails didn't make me feel welcome sloppily polished my nails, and as for the pedicure she didn't really remove no cuticle didn't clean out under the nail. And almost no massage . Same for fingers. And the Polish I have parts of my nails that have no Polish and I got the gel. All I wanted at this time was to pay and leave next time I will go to the nail salon in Walmart I got better service there. Go figure. Now I have to go to a function today and if any one notices them and asked me about it I will tell them not to go there.

I wouldn’t even rate this 1, but I had to. If you want an enjoyable relaxing experience, do not go here. I have been there 2-3 times in the last 2 years and service has been generic and fine. After today, I will never go back. We initially walked through the door through a group of men. They never greeted us and snickered and talked over us. There were 4 men total in the salon. One seemed to be in charge and the others were friends. These guys did not look or act professional. Very sketchy. They urged us to be seated. The one that sorta knew what he was doing started first as the others stood behind him looking at the 3 or us. He told them to sit down and start. I asked if they were learning and they said it was the first time ever. I thought it was a joke... it was not. The guy that started on my feet couldn’t even find his utensils and started with them upside down. They were laughing and seemed very uncomfortable and had no idea what they were doing. It was slow and the one guy was trying to walk them through it...awkwardly. When they started filing the feet, they had no idea and hurt my feet. I have never walked out, but we asked them to stop. They continued to ramble and snicker. We dried our feet and left. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and they even seemed unlicensed.
