Perfect stop while we celebrated our first anniversary and belated honeymoon! My husband and I scheduled a couple's massage and we were not disappointed. The establishment is clean and very cozy and comforting from the moment you walk through the door. The pressure of the massage was consistent and exactly what was requested. I loved that they both spoke in soft and soothing tones throughout the entire experience. I'm looking forward to making this a regular stop whenever we are visiting the area!

I had a wedding in Gatlinburg yesterday and my step mother and I got our hair and make up done here. We arrived early and were seated to be beautified immediately. They worked fast but paid attention to detail. The girls were super nice, held great conversation, and performed everything requested to the very last tiny detail. It was some stress relief on a stressful day. They did a fantastic job and we got compliments on our hair and make up all night. I would recommend this place to anybody having a wedding or special occasion in Gatlinburg. You won't be disappointed! When we come back to visit, I will book with them again!

Had an amazing massage from Robin. Went in with killer knots in my shoulders and an aching back. My muscles still feel so relaxed a few days later. The Swedish/ hot stone massage is amazing. The hot stones felt so good on my back. Robin spent a lot of time on my back and shoulders to make sure she worked the knots out.

Just had a 9 am couples massage. We were greeted with a warm smile. Promptly escorted to fill out quick form then into a welcoming room. The music and atmosphere alone had me relaxed. Robin and Zack gave our massages. Robin... That was the best massage I've had yet! You hit everything like you knew what I needed. Feeling like pastachio jello over here. Zack, gf says you did a great job were thorough with good feedback about tightness you noticed for next time.

Fox Place worked with me (by phone and email) to set up times for make-up and hair trials in the months leading up to our wedding...and they allowed plenty of time on the actual day to get all of us taken care of, without leaving us feeling rushed on our way out. Janet did an absolutely AMAZING job on my hair and make-up and the other ladies were wonderful as well! My fiancé and I had a couples massage with Zach and a young woman(I can’t remember her name) while on vacation today, we both loved it. I have never had a particularly good experience with massages in the past(both in Gatlinburg and near our home town), but this time was wonderful. All of the staff was friendly, the massage therapists were very professional. The outside of the spa is a bit deceiving, I had seen another reviewer say they didn’t even give it a chance because it appeared to be an old motel. That reviewer simply missed out, because the inside was beautiful, and we both had a wonderful experience. I can’t speak highly enough of this place and would give it 10 stars if I could.

Fox Place is not fancy but theses ladies and Zack really know their business. From doing us locals to doing wedding parties specializing in brides and all of their maids. I always marvel when I happen to be getting my haircut, and catch the cosmetologists transforming a bride into Cinderella it's truly amazing. Robin the owner along with Zack give fabulous massages for those couples looking for something really special. Nothing like a great massage after that hike in the Smokies.Best to make reservations.

I cannot say enough about my exceptional customer experience when I received both facial and massage therapy services just a few weeks ago. My daughter is a CMT and I regularly get massage services locally where I live at different spas. Robin is the best therapist from whom I've ever received a massage. She is professional and skilled. I needed a deep tissue massage for neck, shoulder and upper back problems and I'm amazed that my pain has not returned yet. My friend received a massage from Zack, and she was equally impressed. My husband and i have both always wanted to get a massage but neither of us have ever been able to justify spending that type of money on ourselves... but we thought we should splurge because its our honeymoon and what better way is there to relax on your honeymoon than with a massage!? We were a little nervous about the thought of taking our clothes off and letting a stranger grope us for an hour, but trust me it is SO incredibly worth it!!! They made us feel like we were at home and it was not even a little bit uncomfortable for either of us. He had jami and I had Zach and both of us left feeling so relaxed and so refreshed! They're amazing and very obviously know what they're doing. It was so worth every penny!!! We were super impressed and will definitely be back!!

Went to Gatlinburg for our honeymoon and got the couple's massages. They were amazing and the workers constantly ask if you are comfortable. Very friendly. After our massages my wife got her hair cut to her shoulders. Her hair is typically difficult to cut like that because of how long and thick it is but they cut it better than anyone else ever has. Would highly recommend this salon and spa and we will be returning on our next smoky vacation.

I've never had a professional massage and the staff were very friendly and informative of the process and after effects of a deep tissue massage. Got my hair done here for my wedding, they were wonderful. The salon is bright and cheery inside, there was fresh coffee and bake goods while you wait. I got there a lil early but my appointment started right on time. The stylist was amazing looked at the pictures I'd brought but was still able to make the style my own and very unique. I can't say enough good things my special day got off to a great start thanks to Fox Place!
