This place is amazing; Very welcoming and great customer service! I came in during a week day at 7:30pm (keep in mind they close at 7:00pm) to get a SNS manicure and they took me in with open arms! I did not pay attention to their hours and they still offered me fantastic service - I did not feel rushed by them to kick me out. Unlike the nail place down the street “Relaxation Nails and Spa” I walked in at 6:30 pm (they close at 7:00 pm as well) and they asked for me to come in the next day... yeah let’s say I did not go back. Side Note, do not be afraid to speak up! Tyler and his team will fix any issue regarding your service with them. They are a talented bunch and have the best manicure/pedicure massages! Keep it up Deluxe Nails!

My husband and I went to Deluxe Nail Spa in Franklin, TN. We experience a rude customers service from a female nail tech, I have noticed the snipers is dirty and rusty look, I my self told a female nail tech that she need to change the new equipment for use to do our pedicure. But she ignored us and she start talk to another nail tech in their language, then all the sudden they laughing about some . We feel like they talk about us being stupid. The men owner seem like he is missile person and unhappy look when we about pay our services and leave. We will never come back to this place again.

I went to this salon bc of the great reviews but unfortunately I did have a good experience. I normally get a gel manicure, but the tech kept pushing the SNS dip saying how it is so much better, will last longer, etc. I agreed to give it a try & really wasn’t thrilled with how thick it looked, but paid & was on my way. The next morning the polish cracked on two nails. I was missing a big chunk on the nails & had to go back to have them fixed. The tech who fixed them had some excuse as to why it happened. Something about needing a thicker topcoat (good Lord, even thicker?) They were fixed and I didn’t have to pay which was nice. Two days later the polish cracked the same way on 3 other nails. At that point I just wanted it off bc I didn’t have time to keep going back. Well this time a different tech told me that the dip was put on too thick & that’s why it kept cracking. I was told what techs I should ask for if I wanted to try it again which I found odd bc they should all know how to apply it correctly. I was also surprised I was charged to remove their mess. I went to another salon & told them what had happened with the SNS, they said that was really poor application & they ended up doing a fabulous job.

My daughter and I came in today and had the best experience! This will be the only nail place we ever go to again. Tyler, who did my nails, made sure everyone that came into the salon was well taken care of and that everyone was attended to in a timely matter. I showed him a picture of glitter ombre nails, and he made my nails look better than the picture! They were able to fit us into their busy Sunday afternoon schedule, along with all the other appointments and walk ins they had while we were there. The atmosphere is so nice. It was the most attentive staff that I've ever witnessed in any nail salon, and also the most beautiful set of nails my daughter and I have ever had- we both got sns dip. I can't wait to go back! The staff is super friendly (they offer drinks !). First nail salon I’ve ever been in that had a rewards program !! They do DIP! Gorgeous selection of colors. Pedi was just the right temperature (for me it’s hard to find a salon who’s temp water is perfect). The salon was clean the chairs were extremely comfortable the massage chair wasn’t so rough which is nice for me. I would highly recommend deluxe nails and spa 100%.

Excellent service. They strive to make sure I am happy. I do sns pink and white and I have never been happier. I recently requested special colors for Halloween with black and orange. They went out of their way to make me feel special. In addition I got hand painted ghost and pumpkins on my nails to top it off. I totally recommend this place. Best Nail Place in Franklin!!! I highly recommend this place for fill-in's, pedicures, and waxing!!! Tyler is amazing and his staff is always so nice too. I'm posting this after reading the negative review I just happen to come across....which is so not true. The staff is always up front and honest about everything including pricing. I do not like that they have the cash price discounts listed everywhere. I also didn't like the blue towels. It grossed me out. The ones to dry your hands by the sink smelled musty.

Never have I ever had a spa experience like this. My nails are sore and one finger has a cut it. Not to mention paint on my skin! Extremely rough nail tech. This was my first visit to the nail spa. Upon my arrival, I was given little direction or service breakdown. I had to find the waiting area myself, the service menu myself, and was never told where the restrooms were. Once someone was available, I was given little direction. Just a vague point at the pedicure area. Who, where? Once I sat down, the tech spoke to me but she did not understand my answers. She would ask me multiple times to repeat my answers. Finally I just gave up and started saying yes or nodding my head to everything. MISTAKE! My nails were cut way too short, got a gel manicure when I just wanted regular polish (I picked out regular polish but she kept saying I needed gel and she left to go get it. No matter how many times I said no she would just say, you need gel), one of my fingers started to bleed from all the rough treatment, and polish was cute off or she attempted to file it off my skin!! My nails started to feel like they are burning and were very sore to the touch almost immediately. Did I complain to management? No. It took aver 3hrs and I just wanted to get out of there. NEVER GOING BACK!! Why 2 starts instead of 1? Because I didn't complain to management and the nail tech was never rude.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Me and my friend walked in and asked how long it would be, the girl said 15 minutes. We sat in the chairs for at least 30 minuets. She finally took us to the station and we didn’t even get to sit together. We were not offered anything to drink when others around us were. I got a fill and my nail edges were pointy and hurt. She was making me bleed and I said please stop and she said “stop it”. My nails are all different lengths and different shapes. I wanted my money back because I was very upset and started crying because I spent 35$$ ON THEM!! A regular fill is 20$ My friend got powder dip and the edges of her nails are rough and not done correctly. Her lady would not talk to her and kept looking around while going super fast. This place was not worth my time and I will never come back

Loved Deluxe Nails & Spa! I've gone to a bunch of places in Franklin and Deluxe Nails & Spa is the BEST. The place is very clean and relaxing. The staff is polite and my pedicure was affordable and very well done. My foot & leg massage was relaxing and my feet look fantastic! I used to go to the place in Franklin near Whole Foods but I found myself having to wait for way too long, the place was not relaxing and the services were way more expensive than at Deluxe Nails & Spa. I will definitely plan on using Deluxe Nails & Spa as my go-to nail place from now on. I highly recommend that you give them a try

Deluxe nails is the best. I had SNS done for Halloween and was extremely pleased with the results. They listen to what you want and are conscientious about their work and make sure you are happy before you walk out the door. They are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing meticulously clean and very professional. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! If you haven’t tried SNS you need to - they also provide pedicures massages waxing & eyebrows - they are a top notch one stop salon.

Today was my first time visiting "Deluxe Nails & Spa. I was really looking forward to coming after reading your reviews online. However, my experience wasn't so pleasant. My nail tech was very nice & friendly, however, I specifically asked if Shellac polish was included in the package that I chose(45 dollar package), he told me that shellac polish was included! When it was time to check out, he charged me a total of 67 dollars! At this point, he informed me that shellac was an additional 20 dollars. I reminded him that he informed me when I initially asked that shellac was included. There was no misunderstanding whatsoever,(no language barriers), this guy spoke perfectly clear English! I just feel that he tried to get over on me. He apologized but even with his apology I still paid the additional 20 dollars that he failed to inform me of when I initially asked. I'm NOT very happy with being misinformed or the quality of the service provided, he cut my toe nails entirely too short, I also have polish on my skin and the corners/sides of my toe nails are missing polish/not filled in. I will not be visiting your business as a result of such poor service and I will be writing reviews on every site to make sure others are informed. This is the most expensive pedicure I ever had with the worst quality! Needless to say. I WONT BE BACK!!

I recommend Deluxe Nails. I always have pedicure and gel nails done by Annie. They can be busy, so save yourself the hassle and just make an appointment. I, too, have been in the salon after closing and yet Annie didn't rush and gave me the same quality experience I have come to expect here.

The new owners don't keep it up, and nor as clean as when Tyler owned the place. My new spor is "Relaxation Nail and Spa" you get the same outstanding customer service and Tyler& Heidi my favorite is there, can't wait for my next Pedicure and Manicure

This is one of the worst nail salons I have been to ever. Went in after work for an acrylic nail soak off and basic mani. Tina was rushing to get the acrylic off and even tried to use another nail to pry off my nail. I told her I wanted them soaked off because that would hurt which seem to upset her. So after having me sit my nails a few times in HOT acetone she kept trying to use the nippers and I would pull away and say please use the file. The hot acetone does NOT help remove acrylic faster. After all was done I still had huge chunks of acrylic on my nail because she didn't want to take the time to properly remove them. Instead she globbed large amounts of nail polish over my nails. These are poor practices. Not to mention that she definitely didn't use new files as they had previous client nail shavings on them. Doubting the cleanliness of the metal tools given that. Probably putting tools in fake sanitation packs to fool clients which I've seen at other salons. Don't go here. Better off somewhere else or at home. But you get what you pay for at $20.

I hesitate to give this place one star only because they seem to have a loyal customer base that is very happy with them, their customer service was great and they have some really cool customer rewards. I must have had an atypical experience because I was really unhappy with the work I had done. I had broken an acrylic tip and came in to have it replaced. She told me she would make the nail strong so it wouldn't break again. I told her I wasn't super worried about it breaking again and to please just make it match the other nails. She slathered on the acrylic anyway and I had to ask her to please thin it out three times. I finally gave up on asking for what I wanted and just made an appointment at a different salon in the parking lot to have it fixed. UPDATE: Changed my rating after a lovely apologetic call from the owner. Really awesome customer relations.

I have lived in the Nashville-Brentwood-Franklin area my entire life. I have visited numerous nail salons. Deluxe Nails in Franklin, TN is dedicated to customer service. The owner welcomes praise and accepts criticisms, too. It is evident by the sings posted throughout the salon that Deluxe Nails wants every guest leaving happy and with perfect nails. I have even witnessed the salon stay open after hours as to not turn anyone away. Other salons will not do that! I always a five star experience. I visit 2x per month and I see Tommy.

This is the only nail spa that does NOT smell like acrylic when you walk in to it. I asked the Tyler why doesn't his salon not smell like acrylic nails? He said they invested in a excellent air filter system. It is wonderful, any place that does nail has that nasty smell, and it gives me a migraine, almost immediately. Deluxe is CLEAN, they sterilize all their tools in an AUTOCLAVE, they are NOT soaking in dirty solution that isn't doing any thing except give the illusion of the equipment being cleaned. Call any other salon and ask how they clean their tools and they will say solution, they won't even know what an autoclave is. Everyone is extremely nice and really willing to help you or answer any questions you might have. I was just thrilled with the quality of work and their prices. Too many of these reviews focus on the bad, but the good happens more than the bad and I like to compliment a business when it is deserving.

I recently moved to Franklin and began going to Deluxe Nail Spa for their amazing Signature Pedicures. Lee does an incredible job. She's super sweet and it's so relaxing. At my last appointment, I decided to get a manicure for the first time in years because I was attending a wedding and my nails are brittle and not very attractive. However, I never liked how acrylic nails felt. I work on the computer all day and don't need nails that hinder my work or feel heavy. I spoke with the owner John and he said their SNS Organic (dipped) manicure would be the perfect solution. I tried it and could not be more THRILLED! John is truly a master craftsman when it comes to nails. He gave me the custom fit I needed. They look great and feel lightweight yet strong. He said this product will also improve the health of my own nails. It has been 10 days and they still look awesome. Now I just need to go back for a quick fill-in. I highly recommend booking an appointment with John Tyler. He has a fun personality, positive attitude and is highly skilled. His Nail Spa is beautiful, clean and everyone is very friendly. Located across from Publix and around the corner from Aldi's on South Royal Oaks Blvd. off Hwy 96 in Franklin. My only regret is not getting a BEFORE picture so you could see the unbelievable transformation! UPDATE: Just had my 3rd appointment and the acrylics removed. I couldn't believe how long my real nails had gotten. I had no idea I could use this method on my actual nails. The 2nd photo is my nails. They are amazing and strong. So grateful to John Tyler for a complete new set of nails without acrylics.

Tyler does my fingernails and he is an incredible artist, for which he studied in college, so he can put beautiful designs on your nails, if you like. I have been to this location 4 times. Two were great and two were awful. My last experience was getting a nail repair done. The quality of the repair was good, but Johnny looked at my nails and started talking to Tommy in Vietnamese about them, which I thought was rude. Then, when he was done, he got up and left without saying anything to me. I was going to give him a tip, but he just left. I don't think I'll go back because that experience made me feel uncomfortable.

This was the worst nail salon service I have ever had. With having two small children and being evacuated from Florida due to hurricane Irma. I came to the salon with my cousin's who live here in Franklin to have a relaxing experience. When we arrived we were very impressed with how relaxing and classy everything looked that my cousin's mentioned they might of found a new place to get their nails done. Everything began very nicely until 10 minutes into my pedicure the nail tech seemed to be rushing me and slapping my leg hard so I would put it back in the water. I didn't say anything and just kept trying to enjoy my experience but then when he was done I noticed my big toenail was very crooked and I had polish all over my toenails. When I tried to show him by pointing where I would like him to file down my toenail he swatted my hand like I was child. I was very upset and just wanted to fix the problem myself but the owner came and fixed it. This experience really upset me and the owner never offered to discount my service or apologized for what happened. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone and I would hope they would do better busines in the future. I hate to say that they really ruined my whole day.

Tonight was my first time coming to Deluxe Nails and spa..and will forever be my go to place!! Everyone was so nice and friendly,definitely made me feel at home. Okay, I am a REPEAT CUSTOMER. I have been going here for the past year and a half, and have had at least 6 manicures, followed by pink and white, & numerous pedicures as well. I have gone to at least 4 different technicians including the owner Tyler, and Deluxe Nails and Spa is my GO TO nail salon. I live in Franklin, I go to and support all the local businesses as much as I can, and I appreciate the good ones! If I could give them more stars I would! The inside is beautifully decorated with a very relaxing atmosphere (music, massage chairs, lighting, etc) and tons of room for groups or parties! (We have had 2 parties there, one girls night, and one bridal party! - Both were amazing!) They serve adult beverages (wine, beer) and cater to children as well. I've been seated next to men, children, older & younger and ALL have been treated as special. I LOVE this place! I've been meaning to write a review for a long time and couldn't wait any longer after reading some of these other people's reviews. I don't know how ANYONE can write a bad review of this place unless the reviewer has just had a bad day. Deluxe Nails has surpassed my expectations every time, really! It is very clear to me that the lower star reviewers don't understand the damage you can do by trashing someone instead of allowing small business owners like this owner Tyler to make things right. He's such a great guy! I've watched him and he ALWAYS makes sure people are satisfied before they walk out the door. This is the sign of a great small business. I HIGHLY recommend Deluxe Nails and Spa. Just remember, if ANYthing isn't right, go to Tyler! He won't let you walk out until there is a smile on your face and you LOVE the service you've received!

I have been going to this salon for over a year. I have always had exceptional SNS nails done by Tyler. The last time I called to make an appointment with him I was told he was out of town. I had a woman do my nails and a pedicure. It turns out he was in town. He is no longer the owner but was still working there. The sns manicure was okay but I had an issue with the toenail on the big toe becoming white and part of the nail fell off. Obviously there was some bacteria in the water or on the tools and it created a fungus on my toe. I am treating it. This had never happened when Tyler was the owner. Customer Service is great, but the nail polish may be outdated! I got a pedi/mani on yesterday and last night I noticed that the polish on my toes had been smudged! Went back today to have it fixed and about 3 1/2 hours later I noticed once again a smudge on my big toe! So, I touch it only to realize that my polish isn’t dry! Very upset about this! I leave to go out of town in the morning and can’t go back to get it fixed!

The first visit was very good! I made an appointment for today and they were busy but I was in no rush. The nail tech I got was not very friendly . After I told him I just wanted regular nail polish instead of gel he kept trying to talk me into it and told me my nails would chip without it. I've been getting my nails don't for 9 years and never had a problem. That being said I did not feel that he took the time and rushed through them. My nails are bumpy and not smooth. He even complained about the guy that did my nails before even though it was the same salon. I understand you're busy but please do not make your customers feel like a burden.

The WORST nail salon I have ever been to!!! I showed the lady a picture of exactly what I wanted and when it came down to the design she said “ohhh I can’t do that”. Why didnt she say something earlier? I would of picked something simple. I asked for sunflowers on my nails and she made a star but it looked like a kid did drew it. My nails were chunky and misshapen. I went back so they could fix my nails and they wouldnt do anything for my inconvenience or the fact that I left crying. They wouldn’t adjust my price bc I ended up doing French when they fixed it but originally I had paid for 4 designs so basically I paid for something I never got and when I was about to leave the lady said I won’t charge you for fixing your nails which confused me bc why would they charge me to fix what they messed up.

I have been going here for quite sometime and have always been happy, but today was terrible. I sat with my feet in the water until it was cold. Had the powder manicure also. Manicurist just got up and left I didn’t know if I was finished or not. I have polish on my fingers and under my nails. Manicurist obviously was not interested in doing a good job! AFFORDABLE and VERY CLEAN! I went to Deluxe Nails well after their closing time of 7:00 pm. The owner graciously opened his doors and allowed me to get the gel manicure and pedicure that I so desperately needed. They never made me feel like I was a bother, instead they pampered me like a queen and gave me the best manicure that I have ever had. When I first entered the salon, I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and the relaxing atmosphere. The decor is nice and the pedicure area is fabulous! Poor job. Cut my foot open with the "cheese grater" they use to take callouses off. This method is way too aggressive it hurts. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing not painful. Destroyed cuticles, I have bandages on my foot and on my fingers. Don't seem to care about the the job they do especially if you want just polish and not acrylic or gel or dip. This was my second time there. Thought first time may have been a fluke. Guess it wasn't, I will not be going back.
