I've been going here for years, and love it. The products they use are amazing. Shelly is amazing for facials, and will work magic if you need a makeover as well. Amy is incredible if you need your nails done. She is so thorough and sweet. Can't recommend the staff enough. They're all top notch!

I very much enjoyed my visit to Center MedSpa! I called the day before my appointment, and they were able to schedule a last minute massage. Upon my arrival, the receptionist gave me a quick tour of the facility. I was extremely impressed. I was given a locker for my belongings and changed into a robe. My massage therapist, Victoria, greeted me and guided me to the massage room. She was both professional and knowledgeable. I left feeling sooo relaxed! I will definitely have to make another visit next time I'm in Chattanooga!

Awesome experience! My best friend and I came in from Alabama for our birthdays. We had a facial, Pedicure, and Massage. They allowed us to be in the same room together for everything. I haven't gotten a massage in over a decade, and I have a lot of anxiety about these sorts of intimate services. I don't even get my nails done because it makes me uncomfortable. Casey answered all of my questions and put me at ease right away, before I even got on the table. She was conscious of my comfort levels with pressure and technique the whole time, and asked for specific feedback afterwards. I really felt like she cared about providing the best possible experience. I'll definitely he going back soon.

Had a wonderful experience with Center Med Spa in Chattanooga, TN. Took my wife there for a couples massage and the experience was much different that a traditional couples massage. The massage felt more geared towards therapeutic to the body. I have never left a massage place feeling more rejuvenated and energized. The spa is beautifully designed, the staff was friendly, personable, and kind, and my massage therapist and esthetician made me feel at home. (I even fell asleep during my service!) I would recommend this spa to anyone. A one hour hot stone massage, Yonka facial, and a pedicure make for a perfect Saturday treat.

I had my first appointment with Amy today and let me say that it was THEE best pedicure I have ever had! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed our conversations, the environment was beyond peaceful and Amy did an AMAZING job on my pedicure and making me feel at home. At 31 weeks pregnant I definitely needed a treat. I feel as though I have strutted out with brand new feet! I will be back for a Gel Mani before my baby shower this coming Saturday. I'm so excited. Center Medspa now has a regular customer for life. Had a great experience getting a massage here. The atmosphere was so relaxing--I got to take a long warm shower and they even offered me champagne while I waited for my massage! They let me sit on the back porch as long as I wanted after I was done--a real treat for a mom of two littles who doesn't often get a quiet break!

My wife and I had a couple's massage here, and it was wonderful. We added the cheese platter as well for a blissful afternoon. We were warmly greeted and escorted to changing rooms with showers, towels, lockers, and robes. After enjoying the cheese platter and some champagne, we met our masseuses. They led us back to a warm, calm room where we disrobed and began the massage. My masseuse, Jimi, was able to loosen knots in my runner's legs and feet. She also worked wonders on my lower back and hip joints. My only wish was for about two more hours for a nap after it was done. The next time we are in Chattanooga, we will be back for another massage!

Center MedSpa, is a 10! From the warm & friendly service the minute you enter, until your always regretful departure (a place of complete tranquility). The design alone is aesthetically pleasing and soothing. Center MedSpa has a plethora of service options, massage, facials, laser treatments, nails etc.... Dr. Jump and his lovely wife Terri are the proprietors and couldn't be any nicer to every patient and customer. They are perfectly located in the downtown (Southside) area and easy to get to. If you live in or near Chattanooga, go you will be very glad you did!!

I am a firm believer that upon finding perfection, you should have the good sense to stay where you are. I went to Center Medspa for the first time today. It was a wonderful experience! First, I had a pedicure done by their nail technician, Amy. Amy was fantastic! Without going into a lot of detail, I will just say that I (barely) had one funky big toe nail! She completely reconstructed my toenail! It was impressive! I left with a beautiful, normal looking pedicure. I was no longer ashamed of my feet. She was also so nice about it! She worked very hard. Next, I had my eyebrows waxed by Nikki, and she was also super friendly! She asked questions to make sure that I was happy with her work, and even gave me tips on how to fill in my brows since I am a beginner. When you lay down on her table, it is so warm and soft. Completely relaxing! Do yourself a favor and go see them! Thank you!
