The staff at Botts Dental Spa is great. I had two ladies that were awesome and very knowledgeable of their jobs. Brittany, the lady who ran my x-rays, was very friendly and energetic for 8:30 AM. Lauren, my hygienist, made certain that I was fully aware of the cleaning process. She was extremely helpful. Dr. Botts and the entire staff are absolutely the BEST! I honestly cannot stress this enough. Not only is Dr. Botts the man and the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing as a patient, he is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, uses the latest and greatest technology and equipment, spends as much or as little amount of time with you as you want depending on your needs, and takes being a thorough dentist to a whole new level! If you are nervous to go to the dentist then this is definitely the place for you as they do everything in their power to make sure that you're comfortable and have a great experience. My previous dentist retired and I shopped around, spent quite a bit of time going to numerous dentists that were subpar, to say the least, and luckily by the grace of God I found Dr. Botts and his team! I have no plans of EVER changing dentists ever again unless I move far away or Dr. Botts retires. Actually, he is so good that if I were to move then I would highly consider traveling or even flying into town just for my dentist appointments. On almost every single review I do for Google I can come up with at least one negative. However, I cannot think of one single negative thing to say about Dr. Botts Dental Spa. From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave the experience is wonderful. The receptionists, hygienists, and Dr. are all class acts and really seem to enjoy their job. They really take extra pride and care when taking care of you from start to finish. The dental hygienists are superb, to say the least! They get to know you by name, remember what you talked about >2 years ago, recall any and all special treatments that you prefer, are super nice and sweet, treat you gently (they are not rough at all if you have any sensitive areas), know what they are doing, and are very experienced. It is extremely obvious that Dr. Botts has done an outstanding job picking his staff as he seems to have the best of the best employees working with him. The employees all seem to work great together and act as if they were one finely oiled cohesive unit. I mention this because unfortunately I have been to dentist offices where the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing and it causes patients to have a negative experience just from the administration perspective. I think the best way to sum up the difference between Dr. Botts Dental Spa compared to other dentists offices is that it makes going to the dentist a relaxing experience rather than nerve-racking one. You also leave with the feeling that you were properly and thoroughly taken care of. I have never left after an appointment with the slightest concern that I wasn't given the most complete and thorough assessment, diagnosis, and cleaning. If you are looking for a dentist or are not happy with yours then I highly recommend giving Dr. Botts and this team a chance.

We always alot to talk about but of course she gets her job done and does it very well I might add. She has a bright and sincere smile and one of those good "southern bells". My husband and I have been going here for a few years and have had many different procedures done. Each time, the staff has been very friendly, thorough, and attentive. The environment is relaxing, inviting, and calming...as much as a dental office can be anyway ;) Dr Botts is professional and takes pride in his work. If you live in the greater Memphis area and are looking for a dentist, your search is over. They use the latest dental technology and the staff is great at making sure you understand your treatment plan and will help you deal with any anxieties you may have about having dental work done. Dr. Botts does great work and does his best to avoid anything that isn't necessary. On one occasion I went in expecting to have a root canal done, but due to their careful (and honest) work, I only had to get a crown put on which saved me a few hundred dollars. So if you need a dentist who does work that will last and won't rip you off by doing unnecessary work, Bott's Dental Spa is for you!

Awesome experience. Dr. Botts is the most technologically advanced doctor of any type I've ever been to. Every time I go in, there is some new tool/gadget/gizmo that he's using. He takes the time to explain what he's doing and even shows pictures on the computer screen of what he sees. They're extremely flexible. Dr. Botts and Jill met me this morning at 6:30 to do a procedure. 6:30 AM. 6:30 AM!!! On a Friday! I couldn't believe how nice Jill was that early in the morning. Many dentists aren't even open 5 days a week. And here they are meeting me early in order to accommodate my schedule. In talking with the hygienists, they love working there. Most that I've talked to are tenured and have no intention of leaving. They had nothing but great things to say about the office and Dr. Botts. Fantastic people. Fantastic office. I've never had confidence in a dentist like I do with Dr. Botts. Did I mention free tooth whitening when you get your teeth cleaned? I've definitely found my new dental home.

This is was my first visit and Laura took great care of me. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was so friendly and outgoing, making me feel more comfortable in the dental setting. She constantly checked on how I was doing after I had mentioned my anxiety about the dentist. Dr. Botts was also very professional and nice. He told me everything I needed to know about my current issues I was facing. He also checked my jaw muscles and jaw popping unlike any dentist before. I visited Dr. Botts' office yesterday to have a wisdom tooth pulled. As usual, the team was wonderful!. All of the staff are caring people. I would like to make a special mention of Laura and Brittany of Dr. Botts office. These 2 ladies are always very attentive, comforting and knowledgeable about the procedures that I am foregoing, the equipment used, the healing time, etc. Laura normally deadens me to prepare me for my procedures. She did not have to do that this time, so she stayed with me (as I was very nervous) to calm me down and let me know exactly what to expect during this procedure. Brittany came to assist Dr. Botts. Not only was she great at assisting the doctor throughout the procedure, but she held my hand, she coaxed me into calming down and she talked to me to take my mind off of the pain that I was bound to experience. These 2 ladies are terrific. I am very lucky to have such a wonderful group of people at my chosen dentist facility. Thank you Botts Family!!!!

Yesterday was a first for me!! Walking into Botts Dental Spa wasn't like walking into the "normal" dentist office. I was greeted with sweet aromatherapy and two warm smiles behind the desk. Made my anxiety go out the window. It was seriously just like walking into a day spa, very serene. The hygienist Samantha I saw was outgoing and easy to talk with. Dr. Botts was very thorough in his exam and explained everything that was needed. After my appointment, Paige at the front desk ended my visit with a breakdown of my appointment and explained what I needed to do next. Looking forward to my next appointment.

His exam was very thorough and his plan to treat my dental issues was worked around what I could afford. After a year of bad dental news dr bott was kind and optimistic in my treatment plan. Called to schedule an appointment three times with no return phone call. I was finally working with Diane to schedule an appointment but she said she would call me right back to find appointment times that worked with my husbands schedule but she did not return the call. When i finally got a hold of someone again, they told me that He was scheduled on a date and time for services We did not agree too. So instead of Diane or Paige calling back, He was scheduled according to when they preferred him to be scheduled for and we were unaware. That’s not a good way to do business. Untrustworthy

As a new patient, I chose Botts Dental Spa simply based on the name. I'm a spa kind of girl so I figured if they were bold enough to name their business such it would probably have a warm fuzzy feel at least. But upon my visit they more than met my expectations, they WOWED me! Not only was the atmosphere indicative of a spa, the office from front to back was first class and state of the art equipment was used. The energy from the staff to Dr. Botts was relaxing and calming. I'm currently physically challenged and as I was struggling to get in the front door Diane at the front desk stopped what she was doing to kindly come and assist me. She continued to leave her work area to come to answer questions and pick up my forms to alleviate my painful steps back and forth. My wait time was short as Jill one of Dr. Botts assistants was my Hero of the day, She not only came upfront to get me, she carried my purse, gentle took my hand to help me walk. She took my x-rays and was so sweet and attentive through the entire process. They even offer you a warm neck wrap while in the chair. Upon meeting Dr. Botts, it was apparent that his staff complimented him well as he too was warm, gentle and very thorough. Lastly, I met Paige the office manager who reviewed financial information, treatment plans, set-up my follow up appointment and get this.... Gave my hands a wonderful wax treatment at no cost to me! Upon leaving Jill met me coming out the door and help me all the way to my car. (They go way beyond the call of duty.) I left feeling that they had made my day so much more enjoyable. I'm so happy I picked Botts Dental Spa as my dental clinic of choice. For the first time in my life I'm now looking forward to going to the dentist instead of dreading it.

I visited Botts Dental Spa located on Houston Levee this week. My family and I have been going there for about 6 years. Dr. Botts and his staff, along with my favorite hygienist Laura are wonderful. They make you feel welcome and the atmosphere is definitely spa like. Dr. Botts is up to date with the latest techniques and equipment. It's always a pleasure to have someone you are confident in to help you take care of your dental health. Dr. Botts and his staff are a great team. I would recommend Bott's Dental Spa to everyone. He's not bad looking either.

I came here for the first time in January of 2019 with an emergency because one of my molars had cracked. They managed to fit me in to be seen the same day and Laura was very gentle while taking xrays to see what what going on. I was sent home with antibiotics because I had a pretty bad infection going on, and they scheduled me to come back for a tooth extraction a few days later. When I returned, Dr. Botts and Nadia took care of me like I was a part of their actual family or something. The amount of personalized care I experienced was astronomical. They successfully removed the tooth, they removed the last bit of infection that was present and then they did a bone graft because I was considering getting an implant at some point. Today, I had the first step of my implant procedure done and whilst I was an absolute emotional mess prior to arriving, once again, Dr.B and Nadia took care of me as one of their own and made sure that I was comfortable. They were very understanding and patient as my body kept fighting the novocaine and instead of trying to hurry the procedure along and finish it, they made sure that they took as much time and gave me as much novocaine as was needed in order for me to be calm and comfortable. The procedure itself was very quick. It has been about 6 hours since I left their office and all the novocaine has worn off and I am shocked that I do not feel ANY pain whatsoever. This just goes to show that when people take time to perfect their craft, they are able to do anything without any further issues. I look forward to continuing on coming to Botts Dental Spa for all of my dental needs because any place that takes care of their patients as one of their own is the place I want to be. Thank you to Nadia and Dr.B for yet another great procedure without any issues. See y’all soon for the next step!

Expert and reassuring care with an incredible view of a serene lake behind the building. Dr. Botts answers questions effortlessly. The conversation with him and the hygienists is entertaining and distracts as I receive the various services. If the anesthesia is not enough, the hygienists will keep you pleasantly distracted, and Laura has given me the most gentle dental treatment I have had.
