Love bliss!!! Amazing massages and wonderful eyebrow waxing. Very flexible about appointments and great atmosphere. Makes you feel welcome. Personally I made a appointment last min which was totally my fault but they got me in I waited 30 min for a hard wax eyebrow waxing appointment and they told me since I had to wait so long it would be free. Worth the wait! My eyebrows have never looked better I will definitely be returning!!

I have visited this place on different occasions hoping for a better result and still havent received one! While receiving my first massage here I repeatedly asked for the therapist to use less pressure. I honestly think it was a man with the strength this person had. That being said the second visit the woman talked to me the entire time. I politely answered but only with one word answers in hopes that she would get the hint. Lastly, their communication is, well none existant. I tried contacting them for weeks to set up appointments for several girls. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I can not express how much I appreciate this establishment! I gave my Mother a gift card for a deep tissue massage and a simple facial from here as a late birthday gift. She had to travel 3 1/2 hours to come here to Cleveland and when she left Bliss all she could do was talk about how everyone she met was professional, helpful, and wonderful. Kevin was the one who did her massage and he went above and beyond his job by showing her a few simple things to help relieve stress in certain areas of her body. I saw her right after and the facial she got made her skin look luminous and clear!!! I just want to thank you all for giving my Mother the best spa day while staying with me!

I went to Bliss for a cut and color service and it was amazing! The atmosphere is very relaxing and all of the employees were friendly and offered me water, tea, and coffee. I was very happy with the way my hair turned out and I'm usually picky. I also love the Aveda products they smell so good and keep my hair healthy and shiny! I definitely will go back when I need my hair done again and also to try their other service! I highly recommend it!

Ava is my favorite in the salon! She is the owner and an amazing hair stylist. She has done "ombre" on my hair and it turned out fabulous! My hair is hard to dye because I am Hispanic and she was able to give my hair the perfect color. Another time I got my hair trimmed with another stylist and it was not impressive nor was she as friendly and personable as Ava.

Horrible experience. Haircut was several inches shorter than picture I provided. Stylist was crass and rushed. After some chit chat and finding out we knew a couple of the same people she actually talked negatively about two of my acquaintances, which I found extremely unprofessional. Will never go back or recommend.

It is really a nice place and my stylest was very nice. It was high for the services I received though. I only got a trim and it was 50 bucks no style nothing. Now they did wash my hair and do some 2 second message which I'm guessing is just something they do but to only get a trim and no styling at all I was very disappointed. Also iv never had anyone cut my hair then dry my hair and finishing cutting it. It wasn't a horrible Experience but for the price of just a trim I'm not happy.

B.E.Autiful place with a variety of service options. On my trip I had a cryo therapy and deep tissue massage. The walls in the sauna are kinda thin and you can hear the footsteps and talking in the neighboring rooms/hallways but it is a sauna and the sauna does work.

My husband surprised me with a half spa day, which included a mani/pedi, 1 hour massage, and a facial. This was my first facial and I have to say I enjoyed it tremendously!! Every service rendered was absolutely amazing and the staff were so friendly!! I left so relaxed and feeling much better then when I arrived! Will definitely return in the future!!

I walked in one day after having gone to another salon, much more highly priced in Cleveland and had bad results. I had a manicure Thursday before my trip to Florida Saturday they were chipping and peeling off. My whole experience didn’t start well, I called and asked do you do the gel powder that you dip? Yes we do , can I make a appt today which was happy I could get appt that quickly. I arrive and once the nail girl racheal came and got me I asked where are your powder colors ? The girl says I don’t do those I do gel polish, now that I’m in a time crunch I agreed to let her do the polish. First she had no clue how to remove my previous gel powder nails and mostly filed it away. Then she barely touched them in filing and shaping. She painted my nails and since I didn’t have my glasses with me they looked fairly good . I pay and paid more than I’ve ever had to pay at any other salon. Go outside and home get my glasses out and they were all wavy looking. I didn’t have time before my trip to go back and now I wished I had I am 2 days into my trip and they are chipping and peeling. They look horrible and and distraction to my trip.

I've been to every place that cuts hair in Cleveland and heard the same thing "that's so simple" and time and time again I'd leave disappointed. After stopping in bliss one day, I've never went anywhere else. Mallory hands down is the best and the only person I ever let touch my hair. The owner and staff are just as incredible. Feels more like coming to see family rather than going to a business.

I wanted to wait and give my review when I was no longer angry (as to not sound like a thundering fool), but I am still angry all the same. While the decor is definitely nice, and the people are pretty friendly, I found that it couldn't make up for the lack of professionalism and integrity shown by one of the stylists in particular. I came in feeling really vulnerable, knowing full well that my distressed hair needed some serious help. I was nervous, and it showed. I wish now that it hadn't because this woman took full advantage of that. Along with pressuring me into more expensive services, she insisted that Aveda's ingredients were superior to other hair care. In particular she boasted of how alcohol free they were. I was skeptical, but she swore up and down that besides one particular type of alcohol in the hair spray, they were alcohol free. She then went into great detail about how my hair would be damaged by alcohol, all the whIle selling me on their product. I went ahead and bought something, only to find out later (under better light- I have awful vision) that there was not only alcohol in it, but there were several different kinds in it. Well of course I tried to return it, and of course I had no idea that Aveda had a No Return Whatsoever Policy. So I was pretty livid. I was either deceived into buying a product that I didn't need, or she was so misinformed that she didn't even realize how wrong she was. I left feeling pretty taken advantage of. ..and with a product that's probably subpar compared to something generic. I canceled my next session with her, and now I'm pretty wary of going to another Bliss to be honest.

Ava is incredibly meticulous with shape and symmetry when microblading. You can tell she is making sure everything is done correctly. The atmosphere is incredible, especially for a service like microblading! Ava is easy to talk to and easy to understand. She does an excellent job preparing you, explaining the process, and preparing you for after care. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would recommend her ten times over anyone else!

In contrast to the other reviews, I must admit that I didn't like Bliss Day Spa. I believe I had too high of expectations, especially for an Aveda salon, and they were dashed. When I came in for my appointment, I had to fill out a medical type form, for one, why is that necessary if you are just getting your hair done. My hairstylist had worked in the field for three years, after moving to the area and unable to find work as an entertainer. The hair washing station was nice and comfortable. After describing how I needed to cut off some of my length due to split ends, she proceeded to cut. Then, before finishing the cutting, she mentioned that she was going to blow it dry and then finish with the cutting. I'm guessing that this is some sort of salon rule, because I've never come across that before. I noticed the stylist behind me, did the same thing with her client. Overall, when I left the salon, I didn't like my hair. The length was fine, but beyond that I felt like my style was from the '80s. As it is, I'm having to go to another salon to get it corrected, to at least give me some sort of style. I'm not always picky, but I am when it comes to quality. I will never return, nor will I ever recommend.
