Great pedicure, very kind young woman..Miss Grindstaff! My best friend and I were there together...we laughed a lot and enjoyed our time there. It's very relaxing, the Waiting room has low lighting, comfortable seating, nice refreshment offerings...and a wonderful gift shop full of potions, lotions, robes and slippers!!! If you have a chance visit here..if you need a gift for a friend buy a gift certificate for a friend. They also offer massage and did I mention there's a hair salon as well???!!!! Loved this experience, given to me by a sweet young bride...as a gift...thank you sweet Katie!

The massage was wonderful. The atmosphere was nice but a little tired. The treatment room was calming and quite clean. It was certainly adequate but not especially welcoming. I add this comment because it seems to be more than just a salon. However the personnel although very efficient and polite lack that extra touch I’ve learned to appreciate when wanting to be pampered.

I got a head to toe massage as a Mother's Day gift from my husband and son. I was asked what areas, if any, needed a little more attention. Patrick focused on those areas a little more and I can honestly say that it was the BEST massage I have ever had. I'll be dropping hints for another visit! ☺️

I treated myself and my two daughters to a special girl's day out. I spent over four hundred dollars and received NO MASSAGE whatsoever on my manicure or pedicure. I paid for Gel Color Manicure ( $ 42 ) and only received a quick dry manicure. I paid for their most expensive pedicure - Moroccan Oil Hot Stone Pedicure ( $ 75 ) and it was hurried and no massage given at all. My polish was painted on very thinly and a larger than normal gap was left by my nail beds. When I mentioned this to staff they were cold and indifferent. When I ask to speak to a manager, I was redirected with conversation. On a follow up email the spa director assured me how good this particular nail tech was??? That's great but how does this change my experience or that I paid for something I didn't receive? Don't spend your hard-earned money where management won't care if you actually receive the services paid for. We won't be back.

Was given a Spa package for a message, facial, manicure and pedicure. The message was wonderful as always. First time for a facial - it was okay - not sure I would do it again (personal opinion). I was very disappointed with the manicure and pedicure. The old polish was not completely removed from my nails and the filing of my nails was not good. Then the new polish did not go all the way to the edges on the sides. On the pedicure my nails were cut so-o-o short (without asking me) that one of my toes bleed. Will never have a manicure/pedicure done here again. I will go to my local Asian salon. But I DO love their messages!!

I have been to the spa several times and this wasn’t the best time. I had to wait around 20 minutes past my appointment time for my pedicure, which I arrived 15 minutes early for as instructed. The quality on this pedicure I received is the worst I’ve gotten from there. There is still some paint on my toes that wasn’t cleaned off and some missing spots that need more paint. For the price and my last experiences here i expected more. However my hair cut went fine.

The “package” was supposed to be a choice of 3 baths which I did not get to choose. It was luke warm water with some small jets in a bath tub. The massage was supposed to be a full massage but all I got was neck, shoulders and upper back. What I got felt good but not what was paid for. When I went for the facial i told the person I had sensitive skin. She didn’t bother to ask my skin type like my daughter person did. We have the same skin type and got completely different outcomes. The only thing that went as expected was the pedicure. Very nice ladies in that area of the spa. After all that the front counter tried to charge me the individual prices not the package price. She fixed it but kept blaming someone else for it.

I got my hair cut by a very nice lady. Do I like it? No. But let's be real, I haven't liked a hair cut since I was in the second grade and wanted a chili bowl. That being said, I've received many compliments, so it must be nice. And the price is reasonable. The snacks are worth the whole trip. Dried kiwi!

The service was great all around. My hair came out very good; however in a year and a half the service jumped from $130 to $215. I did not learn this until the end. Ask before you go even if you have been many times .

Beautiful spa, with a very nice waiting room. A little hard to find as it's INSIDE the Carnegie Hotel. The staff is mostly friendly, albeit a bit quiet. The decor in the salon is a little sparse. I had a very friendly and fun stylist, and the color turned out well, except for a few blotchy spots. The wash bowls are REALLY uncomfortable. I have never used such awful shampoo bowls. Overall, it's a decent salon & spa.

Very nice atmosphere and clean facility. Before booking, a word to the wise...ask if they will be attending to a bridal party on the day of your booking. If so. they will be limited on the services they can provide. As a first-time experience for me, learning this the hard way was very disappointing. Additionally, I was neglectful in checking my final charges at checkout and realized later on that I had been overcharged for a package deal that was being featured during the month of September.

Very enjoyable experience being able to lay there and get massage together. The masseuses were very good at what they did. It's relaxing and enjoyable. From the sauna to the relaxation room to the Hair Studio it was just a very nice experience.

My visit to Austin Springs Spa was an anniversary gift from my husband. After careful planning for my spa experience, I was disappointed from the moment I entered. The experience was not as pleasurable as I had hoped it would be. The staff welcome fell short on professionalism. My impression of the staff was equivalent to visiting a mall tanning salon. The Relaxation Lounge ambience was interrupted constantly with foot traffic from the salons, maintenance staff, and other guests. The spa treatment services were below average and did not meet expectations. Facilities were disjointed and lacked provisions for an enjoyable experience. If you are seeking a quality spa experience, this place isn't it. This is a 2 star motel quality experience. Good for a quick visit but does not leave a lasting impression for any future repeat visits from this customer.

I was given the opportunity to visit the spa with my mother who offered half of her gifted trip for me to have my nails done. I enjoyed the woman who did my nails and our conversation. But given that almost an hour past and I thought it was peculiar that my cuticles weren't soaked her hands massage or moisturised and with my gel manicure a quick clean-up and paint job was the extent of my $50 manicure. Or I believe it's around that much for the purchase in the taxes or I believe it's around that much for the purchase in the taxes, but that amount does not include the tip. They have a very cute store on the front ends and all the staff of cordial. We were offered snacks which consisted of cucumber water and some dried nuts, dried fruits, and I believe yogurt-covered bread. Possibly the most irritating part of my experience was that I had just purchased a cold coffee drink before our arrival and even though there was no one else in the lounge my 2 minute trip to the bathroom resulted in the loss of my brand new coffee drink that it's almost full. I would have asked an attendant where it had disappeared to but my mother informed me that she had disposed of my coffee. And then as you might expect most mothers to do she pleaded to please not make a fuss or or ask anyone what happened to my drink. If you ask my mother what her biggest complaint would be she would probably reply that the dressing rooms were very dark. As you might expect at most Spas there would be a quiet room or allowance meant for a relaxing before and after the treatments which I would expect to be pretty dim but although I didn't myself enter the dressing room my mother was so disoriented that she was calling out for me. I didn't realize this at the time but she sure let me know when she finally made it out to the lounge that she was already put off by the fact that she had become so distressed. My mother was in a car accident a couple years ago and Left 4 Dead by the driver who rear-ended them on the highway and she does have a detached retina that was repaired. So I'm saying that not everyone might have had trouble getting around in this Spa but as most older people have a problem with dimly-lit places I was surprised that the dressing room was not well lit. If you ask my mother if there was anything else that wasn't Tip Top she would tell you that during her foot massage that very warm washcloth another heating implements were placed on her eyes neck and feet to the point where she was burning up. This was almost unbelievable to me, as my mother is almost always freezing under any circumstances, so I'm surprised that if this was the operating procedure for a foot massage I'm surprised that the room would not be very cool so that the heating part of this therapy would contribute to the overall results.

I came to Austin Springs Spa for a 60 minute facial and it was okay. The things that did not make it amazing were one I felt like I did not get the full hour of the facial. I arrived on time for my appointment at 3:45 and signed in, was brought to the lounge, undressed and got settled into the room and was done before 5pm. I am pretty sure the staff member did not use a timer. The second thing was that my facialist did not tell me about any of the products she used on me. Being someone who loves beauty products and skin care products, this was super lame! You would think they would be eager to tell you about them so they could make a profit from them! Overall, the facial was relaxing, a few extractions were performed and my skin felt great afterwards. Just not as boujee as I had hoped for.

I decided to finally address back issues and booked appointment with Tina. She doesn't just give a relaxing experience, she has extra training in helping medical ailments. She helped me so much I sent my husband, who was suffering from back issue. Two visits to chiropractor for bone adjustments and two visits to Tina for soft tissue work and he was fixed! (Doctor would have given him cortisone and Rx - Tina helped fix him!) She's upbeat and engaging and makes you completely comfortable. Had fourth massage with her yesterday and at the end she put a wonderful flax seed sinus pillow/eye mask over my eyes and rubbed my head. The perfect finale. BLISS!!! Highly recommend Tina!

Massage was mediocre at best. Lunch could of been better as well; I ordered the chicken salad croissant with chips. Chips were soggy, any my soda was watered down from the ice. The facial, manicure, and pedicure saved the day, they were great!

I highly recommend the massages, and the spa is very clean..... but don’t waste your money on a pedicure. I went for a spa pedicure and had a few issues. She asked me to choose my color, and I picked from their samples and ended up they didn’t even have the color. Not a big deal. Pedicure was okay. When I got home, I realized she hadn’t even painted the whole surface of my nails on my right foot. The manager was nice and scheduled to have them fully painted two days later and they were already chipped. The next technician was very thorough and did a good job, but she painted my right foot a different color of purple than the color that is on my left. I can’t really blame her because it is pretty close, and she wouldn’t have had to guess the color if the first girl would have done a better job.
