I’m not in town as often as I want to be, but having been to Aqua Bella just several times now, I have no intention of getting my hair cut anywhere else when I’m in town. Perfect ambiance and wonderful hot stone massage. I'm pretty picky when it comes to massages, and this place checks all my boxes. There's a separate area for spa customers and it's super warm, private, quiet, and cozy. This was my 2nd massage at Aqua Bella and I will definitely be back

If I had written this review a week ago, it may have been different, but that was before Lisa! My hair was super damaged and very unhappy, so I decided to cut it all of and start over. She made me look amazing and I feel beautiful every time I look at my super short hair...I never thought THAT was possible! She is amazing and I am looking forward to my next appointment :)

I called this place to make an appointment for my bridal party, over a month ahead of time, there is only 4 of us. The girl told me she would probably have to bring in an extra girl but she would look into it and call me back. I called back 2 days later after hearing nothing from them, the girl I talked to said there was no record of me asking for the appointment and that there was no appointments available that day. Anyway, I went ahead and made an appointment for myself, against my better judgement, for the Thursday before my Saturday wedding. I am now 2 weeks away from getting married and I get a voicemail asking if they can move my appointment to an earlier day. I told them just to cancel, they're not worth the time. I'll pay more and go somewhere else.

I have to wonder if the reason I'm having issues with this salon is because of the color of my skin. Such a whitewashed place. ALSO TO MY FOREIGN LADIES---- STOP LETTING THESE BECKY'S DO YOUR HAIR. THEY AINT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways.....This was my last visit to Aqua Bella. I hate to say it because I have built a relationship overtime with a few of their stylists. Unfortunately, today I just had enough. I am sick of hair stylists at this salon telling me that they can't work with my hair. I have gone to other salons and they will gladly work with my hair (WITHOUT BLEACH). Whenever I ask if we can go lighter, they adopt a pompous, unaccommodating tone. They aren't willing to spend the time on my hair nor resources. They just shoot me down with "You wouldn't want to do bleach". Oh, I'm so glad you went to night school to be a psychologist too. How do you know I don't want to do bleach? I go to an upscale salon in Green Hills and they will do it for me, without bleach, for $300. And guess what!?!? I'll PAY THEM!!! I was disgusted when I came home from my visit to see that my stylist had let me go home with dye on my face. Not only on the sides, but on my cheek. She was rushed, condescending, and just interested in getting my hair done. She wasn't about making me feel beautiful. And to top it off, the price was outrageous. Over $100 for highlights!? Ok, see ya. At that rate, I would rather pay $300 to go to a classy, high end salon and get what I want. Honestly, I shouldn't be surprised. This was a long time coming; there were signs. A few months back, I got my hair dyed bright ORANGE but was still charged to get it fixed (much like the people are saying in other reviews). Makes me question the integrity of those who run this place. They are after your money and aren't interested in building relationships with customers. FYI- I'm using my middle name, which I didn't tell you. And I got married- which I didn't tell you. Just wanted to let you know since I know cocky business owners/managers who suck at their job like to say "we don't have anyone in the system with your name" as a way to deflect from the real issue. TOODLES! Won't miss ya!

I came in and told the stylist to take only 2 inches off. I left with 6 inches off of my hair. I'm very upset because I know my hair wasn't that unhealthy and I was growing it out for spiritual reasons. Not going again

I was very disappointed with my experience here. I booked a hair appointment online over a month in advance with a detailed description of what I wanted. The day before my appointment, they called me and said they didn't know if they would have enough time for what I wanted. I let them know I would be going out of town and couldn't reschedule. They said that would be fine and they would call me back if there were any issues. I received no call, so I assumed everything was fine. I showed up early for my appointment, and when they sat me down in the chair, she told me they could do highlights, but didn't have time to do the color I wanted. I expressed that was not what I wanted and she blamed me for booking the appointment online for the reason they only set an hour aside for me. If you don't look at the details of your online appointment, why bother having them? If they had notified me more than 20hrs before my appointment, I could have scheduled one somewhere else. Not to mention they changed the description of my online request. I logged into my account and instead of the single process color & tone, someone had changed it to say foils (highlights). That is unethical and not my fault.

Bad experience. Aqua Bella - I had a stylist at Aqua for a year, she was my personal stylist. She worked so hard to keep my hair long. One day I walked in to Aqua Bella. My stylist was not in that day. Another stylist walked up to me and stated that she could do my hair. I said okay, told her that I just need a little off the back. That Stylist, chopped all my hair off- clear up to my ears. I complained to the owner. I cried for days. I never went back. ×× Notice Now.. That the salon girls listen to our conversations with our own stylist. I had mentioned to my stylist. That some day -I would like the nerve to go to short hair but, not until my hair gets healthy. This stylist is the one that chopped my hair off. .

I'll give 2 stars since I've never actually had service here. I made a hair appointment, had a confirmation email and yet they couldn't find me in their books when I arrived. Couldn't fit me in the schedule for another 2 weeks out. Front desk seems very unorganized

I have had a very hard time finding a place to go get a haircut since I moved to Nashville. Aqua Bella has very reasonable priced for cuts $28 but if you want a blow dry you'll pay an additional $20!! Heather is great, I will definitely be going back!!

I went with my mom and sister to have a fun time getting our nails done. I had resheeka and she butcherd my hands. She cut my cuticles so far back that my fingers hurt now just sitting here. She cut the skin on my thumb while she was cutting my nail, not even sure how that is possible. She left for 25 min while I sat there waiting on her. My mom and sister were almost finished by the time she got started on me. I will NEVER go back there again! If I could give a negative star I would. That was the worst experience I have ever had! Resheeka should be working at McDonalds, not a spa!!!

My brother bought me a whole spa package at Aqua Bella and I finally went today and had my spa day. From the time I called to book the appointment until the moment I left I had an amazing day. All of my services (massage, facial, nails and hair cut with lunch included) were done extremely well and I was treated amazing all day. Everyone that helped me knew I was there to relax and made it just that much easier to kick back and get pampered. I will go back not only because I looked and felt amazing when I left there but because I loved each and every employee that worked there and feel like I spent the day with friends!

Great Salon & Day Spa in Mount Juliet Tennessee. Whether you're looking for just a haircut or a full day of pampering, Aqua Bella Day Spa is the right choice. Over the years, my whole family has been here quite a number of times. We've always received expert services from the friendly staff. When my girls were younger, we even had a birthday party here. Lisia, the owner, and all of her team made my girls and Friends feel like pampered princesses for the day.

It was very loud when I entered with many stylist and other associates working feverishly to take care of all the customers. I was early for my appointment, and I did not have to wait long at all to see my stylist. This is a full service Spa and Salon. They are able to accommodate many different aspects of personal grooming, and even get a massage to boot while you are there. All the staff that I came in contact were very friendly and customer service oriented. I would recommend Aqua Bella to others who are looking for services such as this.

I am new to the area and didn't know where to get my hair done. Unfortunately, after the first couple times at Aquabella, the quality dropped significantly. I tried another stylist after the last time being disappointed in the color (even after going back and having it "fixed") in hopes I could stay close to home. Basically the same thing happened. My hair was nothing like the picture I brought, and I felt extremely uncomfortable and almost bullied. I was able to have another girl add some low lights today (a week later) since I paid $140 before tip and didn't want to waste more money at another salon having it fixed. My hair still doesn't look anything like the picture, but I wasn't made to pay an additional fee for today's service, so there's that... So bummed. :/

I searched the nearest Salon to get a quick wax and this happened to be the closet. I called ahead to make sure they had room for me. They did and I was in and out in about 15 min. It was a surprisingly nice higher boutique and the service was great.

This was my first time visiting this salon/spa. Upon entering it looked very nice and welcoming but that soon changed. I had scheduled a 50 min friendship massage with a friend from out of town.We were at our appointment before our scheduled time which was 1230. At 1244 (not being held up by anything we had done) I entered a room with two massage tables and assumed my friend would be joining me since this was a friendship couples massage. The massage therapist entered and began the session and I asked where my friend was and she said Oh I apologize did you guys want to be in the same room? I said yes we scheduled a couples/friendship massage. She continued the massage without addressing the situation. I asked her to go get my friend. She stated she would "try". She came back with my friend's massage therapist who said "If I bring her in here it will cut even further into your time and I need you off this table by 120 as we have other appointments." I said no that is fine I want her to get her full massage. Wait, Its 1244 (I looked at the clock) and you need me off the table by 1:20??? That is a 36 min massage not a 50 min. I felt very disposable as we were made to feel that our sessions needed to be cut short to ensure that the next appointments would not be. I was a paying customer as well and this was just unacceptable and hurtful. After speaking with the front desk manager we were offered $15.00 off our massage. But that would still have us overpaying for a 36 minute massage we received. So, we spoke with both the front desk manager and the owner and was allowed to only pay for the 30 minute massage we received. This was very disappointing. I was hoping to find a massage home .... but this wasn't it.
