I would give this place a zero star rating if I could. Extremely rude staff. I called to ask about a special I saw online and the reception very rudely interrupts me to say “We are already all booked up. You got to call right away when you see a special like this. We book up immediately!” in a very aggressive tone. Exxxxxxcccccuuuussseee me!!! I actually did call right away when I seen the special on their website. MAYBE since they are all booked up for that special, they should take it down off of their website so people will stop calling and asking about it. Since that’s obviously why the receptionist was so annoyed with me, when all I did was ask about something they have posted on their webpage. I will never go to a place that is so disrespectful and rude to patients, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Go to Southern Surgical Arts instead, they are much more respectful and polite and actually care about their patients.

I won a contest and was allowed to choose what I wanted. I went with the restylane for lips. I was very nervous going in. Jill and Robin made me feel relaxed and less nervous about the procedure. Jill let the numbing cream sit for a while to make sure I was ready. I did feel the injections going in. It wasn’t a painful feeling as much as it was just a different sensation. My lips look very natural! I would not have minded even going a little bigger. Jill examines your lips to make sure she’s giving you the right size pout for your facial frame and features. I would not hesitate to go there again for more injectables!
