I came in at about 5. Ive never been here before so i didnt know what i wanted excatly. I had an idea. But i was rushed and my nails were done poorly. I sat under the fan and lights for more then 15mins and no one said when to het up. The lady told me to ait down at the fan and lights and left.

Nice enough folks but had to ask three times to buff nails and they wouldn’t. My pedicure was superficial at best. I won’t go back there unless I’m desperate. My wife and daughter were satisfied with theirs.

My nails looked amazing! They do really great work. Walk ins are welcome and they got me in immediately on a Saturday morning. I haven't had my nails done before, so it was hard to figure out what I wanted, because of the language barrier . But they were patient, and even let me look around at what other people were going until I decided what I liked. Clean relaxing atmosphere. Walked out LOVING my nails.

I have been there before and they do good work but this time when I was told which pedi chair to sit at I put my feet in the water and it was scalding hot water! Even though I pulled my feet out right away it ruined my relaxing through the pedi as my feet were tender. I didn't get much If any apologies even though I brought it up to 3 different employees. Make sure you check the temp before putting in your feet in the water!

This place has been SOOO rude on more then one occasion and their work is mediocre at best, not to mention their prices is Ridiculous. I will not be going back .... I visited the Nail Club on 29th .... SOOO friendly and price is right too!!!

Went in their and felt very rushed. Got acrylics and they are very noticeably crooked and all different shapes. For the price they charged i feel like they could have taken their time to at least get my nails straight.

The staff do a good job and are always very friendly and welcoming. Whether it's me or my daughter, we love coming here for pedicures. They have massaging chairs and they also have cute butterfly chairs for little kids. They give everyone a complimentary beverage.

The service was decent. The guy doing my nails was a little unprofessional. I asked for a round shape, they were square. I also asked for a matte top coat but they didn’t use it.

Save your money & go somewhere else. The chick doing my nails was watching tv & jerking my hands around. She even nicked my cuticles/skin with the emery board a couple times. The chick doing my friends nails literally made her long beautiful nail beds look like toenails with thick white tips shortening her nail beds Also I could see from my seat that at least 2 or 3 fingers were crooked and the tips curved up like a spoon! Her cuticles were nicked with the drill.. AND SOMEHOW my friends acrylics were done before my gel manicure... The acrylics were so ugly that we went back 45 mins later to have hers removed. They kept the money. 4 days later my gel is peeling; she didn’t put a clear coat after the gel polish. Pathetic nail salon only in business bc it’s the only one in town. DO NOT COME HERE... I’d honesty just go to Fargo or Sioux Falls...

I went there this afternoon to check how busy they were and the guy asked what i wanted done and i said A pedicure for two, but that i will come back because its so busy and he started to yell at me and said if u want it get a color! Very rude and no one should go there..... I am not going there anymore. Also there was about 7 people there too.

Horrible survice. We walked in to make an appointment and asked for 1:30 and right as we asked, the phone rings and he gives the 1:30 openig to the person on the phone. Never going back.

I will NEVER go to Oscars again. Had Shellac done six days ago. White french tip started turning brown 4 days later. Went in today to have them fixed. Guy was very defensive right from the start telling me all my fault. Told me he could fix, but if he did white will happen again. So I said I could do color, then he said he would not fix them for free. I told him I wanted to talk to mgr. He tapped his chest and said he was the manager and he makes all the decisions. He then took two customers that came after me. I was still waiting. He then told me he would charge me $20. I said are you kidding me? I just paid $35 6 days ago. Another employee chimed in and said what is $35 big money for you? SO RUDE!!! All of this took place with him yelling at me in front of a room full of customers! I was so upset I turned around and walked out.

This is the only place I'll ever trust to do my nails. Their quality is above any other and my nails are healthier because of their excellent care. The atmosphere is inviting as well as each ones friendliness. When they are busy, I have no problem waiting with a smile, because I know the benefit of patience. They are worth the wait when it is necessary, and it only proves I'm not the only one who appreciates the great job they will do. "Thank you", to each one at Oscar Nails in Watertown. Your team is awesome.

While they cover the basics for a manicure/pedicure, I feel like they're rushing through the procedure to clear the seat. Compared to same services elsewhere, they could use training on "customer service."

Had an appointment for 2 people to get our nails done. We were told to sit and pick out our paint color and that was the last time they spoke to us. We waited for 25 minutes. They are some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Go somewhere else.

Interior design has a slightly more upscale feel than most nail salons I've been in. Price was 30-40% higher than all other salons (10-15 salons in 5 states) that I've been in. Pedicure was fine but was only about 1/2 the time as any other basic pedicure. She left for my nails to dry, 15 minutes later she hadn't returned.

Very good experience. I'm from out of state here for the weekend, I read a lot of reviews on the different places close to us to get your nails done. Happy I choose here. Very friendly staff, very relaxing atmosphere, great massage. Price is fair for what you get, (being from MN it's very comparable). Would recommend!!
