Their massage was very good. After I experienced an hour of massage, my body was so relaxed that I couldn't believe it. Since I started working, I never seem to have relaxed my shoulders. If you feel tired, I highly recommend you to try.

TLDR: My back is out now, i am in pain, and my spine is bruised. I hate hate leaving bad reviews for small businesses. But I do not think these guys should be working on peoples bodies. There was no paperwork, no asking about any health conditions, nothing. You just basically get flopped on to the table right when you walk in. The room is an open floor concept (in a mall), so even the table massages are not private, which is fine, except for the fact that you are paying "private professional massage" price for a massage. Most of the massage was an elbow being dug into me, and constant hitting my spine on my upper back. It hurt. So bad. Now my spine is noticeably bruised, and because they think it is genius to "crack" your back at the end, my back is out, and because of that, I am in more pain than when I went. I would bet that none of the employees here are licensed. Because a licensed massage therapist knows that you should NEVER try to adjust a clients back. Massage therapists do muscles, not joints. The entire massage was unpleasant, the "masseuse" was extremely fast paced, rough, and seemed as though the faster he moved and threw my limbs around, the faster the massage would be over ? I felt so bad at the time, but the masseuse actually had really awful body odor, I could smell it on me until I was able to go home and shower. I also noticed their genius way of preventing disease spread is to spray their linens and tables with lysol between guests. So now I am out $60, + the cost to get back to my chiro a second time this month to fix what they screwed up.

I look forward to coming into town just to go to Go Spa. Helen and her staff are awesome. I have lived in California and had massages at the highest priced spas imaginable and Go Spa exceeds those experiences. I recommend the table and foot massage. You will feel great!

Very good massages every time I come. Never have had a poor experience. I come here at least once a week. I have had neck and back problems for years and just recently found out I have rotator cuff problems. The massages definitely help relieve pain each time I come. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BY ME.

I come here once a week for about 2 months give or take. Pressure points are what it worked. Staff seems pleased when I come. Then again I'm not judging them based on their face but rather how good they make me feel. Could go for a deal or promotion for me coming so much. But that is me being selfish. Price is worth it.i very recommend.
