TLDR: My back is out now, i am in pain, and my spine is bruised.
I hate hate leaving bad reviews for small businesses. But I do not think these guys should be working on peoples bodies. There was no paperwork, no asking about any health conditions, nothing. You just basically get flopped on to the table right when you walk in.
The room is an open floor concept (in a mall), so even the table massages are not private, which is fine, except for the fact that you are paying "private professional massage" price for a massage.
Most of the massage was an elbow being dug into me, and constant hitting my spine on my upper back. It hurt. So bad. Now my spine is noticeably bruised, and because they think it is genius to "crack" your back at the end, my back is out, and because of that, I am in more pain than when I went. I would bet that none of the employees here are licensed. Because a licensed massage therapist knows that you should NEVER try to adjust a clients back. Massage therapists do muscles, not joints. The entire massage was unpleasant, the "masseuse" was extremely fast paced, rough, and seemed as though the faster he moved and threw my limbs around, the faster the massage would be over ?
I felt so bad at the time, but the masseuse actually had really awful body odor, I could smell it on me until I was able to go home and shower.
I also noticed their genius way of preventing disease spread is to spray their linens and tables with lysol between guests.
So now I am out $60, + the cost to get back to my chiro a second time this month to fix what they screwed up.
