Got a gift certificate for my birthday and wasn’t sure what to expect. It was terrific! Very clean and welcoming. Kind owner we greeted me and explained everything well. I happened on the day I came to be able to check online and know when I could walk in and get right in (or could have easily booked that spot online as well). Enjoyed the ambiance of the oxygen bar and the float itself was really cool!! (As in neat! The temp was perfect!) Nice shower to use. Fabulous experience, and I will be back for sure! Thanks!

This place is amazing. As a lifelong suffered of anxiety and extreme stress this was an awesome experience. Korey made us feel relaxed and welcome for the moment we step foot in the spa. We started off with some zen O2 and water and then he walked us through step by step how the whole process works. We then started floating and I felt my body relax and I just let my mind go where it wanted to go. I would recommend this for anyone. Give it go and you won't be disappointed!!

Escape Float Spa provided the perfect atmosphere for me to find relaxation and restoration. They are personable, friendly, and accommodating. They had everything I needed to just unwind including an oxygen bar, infrared sauna, and of course the floats! Oh and you don't have to worry about showering. They provide a shower you use before you enter your float and upon exiting. They even have a room supplied with hair dryers, combs and everything you need to leave feeling like your best self!

Best thing you can do for your body, period. I suffer from Chronic fatigue and Insomnia and nothing had ever helped me, sleep aids, muscle relaxers, nothing ever seemed to help. After hearing about Escape Float Spa I did a fair share of research on the benefits of floating and decided it was worth a try, I booked my first float with Escape Float Spa and had high hopes for positive results. When I first arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful as they are to this day,they gave me a small tour of the facility and explained to me their personal experiences with floating, after hearing their experiences I was eager to get in my float! I entered the float room which was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere, I felt at ease, I showered and stepped into the pod, at first I was uneasy but quickly fell into a deeply relaxed state. After about 10 minutes I could feel my muscles unwinding like never before and my mind was at peace like never before. I dazed off in a euphoric high of a complete mind at one with my body. Ever since I have started floating my insomnia and chronic fatigue have been put to rest, my anxiety is much lower and depression is all but gone. I float at least once a month and always go after sustaining any sort of injuries (torn muscles, broken bones, etc.) because the Epsom Salt is packed with Magnesium which is incredible for healing and does wonders on joints, muscles and skin. All in all I give Escape Float Spa 10 of 10 in all categories, if you're skeptical about floating I urge you to give it a try with an open mind.

What can I say about this place? Words don't it justice but I will attempt. I've built a great relationship with everyone at Escape Float Spa, but it started the first day I arrived over a year ago. Everything was explained in detail, yet with a genuine personal touch. The oxygen bar was a great add on that is free on every float and it allows for a smooth medium between arriving and floating. Located in the same area is both an area for relaxation with many interesting books. I use it for my post-float writings which is something I recommend for everyone to get a full experience and continue to have better experiences with each subsequent float. The actual rooms with the tanks are roomy. The showers are for a king and the soap and shampoo are welcome additions. But what one gets from this experience is a dive inside the inner workings of your mind. The first few times are going to be scatter brained or monkey brained. Thoughts going everywhere but with practice, like everything, we get better at floating. One thing has allowed me to seamlessly enter the tank and get in the zone within minutes is practicing my deep breathing every day. So in the event I float, I've been practicing every day. When "game-day" comes, the tank takes me on an adventure. Give it a shot, you'll be glad you did.

I went to this spa to float for the very first time this evening...wow! What an amazing first-time experience! The front desk attendant was calm, welcoming, and informative. From the very beginning, they ease you into the atmosphere with the oxygen bar, from which you have 4 choices of scents. Around 10 minutes later, I was given a tour of the float room. After a simple run-down of how to float, you are left to rinse off and start relaxing! I've had a very painful, stabbing pinched nerve in my back for 2 weeks, and I could literally feel it repairing itself! My body felt like it was ceasing to exist as I relaxed. If you're on the fence about floating, DO IT. For the price, it is well worth the experience. I'm still feeling the effects as I write this at home, an hour after the experience. Insomnia has had a iron grip on me throughout my whole life, yet I can feel my relaxed, tired eyes begging me to sleep.Thank you, Escape Float Spa! I will definitely be returning! Five Stars!
