Massage chair didn’t work properly. Wife n I got pedicures and mine was rushed, scrubbed with little soap scrub and felt raw like sandpaper. Wife got toe nails colored and nails cut uneven, polish was patchy and streaky, when we complained we got barely understandable response of I fix I fix but we were already pressed on time cuz we kept getting pushed back to get a seat. Not going there again, went to another nail salon and they agreed it was done poorly and offered to take care of it at a discount of their own price.

Highly disappointed with this business. I had an appointment, but found out that my usual manicurist was let go. The best employee they had. They did not call me to tell me that my usual manicurist wasn’t there or to cancel my appointment. Very disappointed. Will never go back.

I scheduled only 2 days ahead of time & they were great about it, squeezing a lot in including a half hour facial for me despite having only one person on duty who is able to provide facials. This is my first visit to this nail salon & I’m incredibly impressed by the professionalism & quality of service. The scheduling does seem to be a bit crazy but more so on the side of the customer than on the business as you get walk in’s trying to beat the rush and people that called right before closing the night before, but we experienced nothing too extreme. I waited about 10-15min for my facial as the technician answered phones, but that’s fine, it’s a business & you gotta run & balance it & I think they executed everything perfectly. Especially since they got the girlfriend going right away & apologized for the wait. On top of all of that, they’re so reasonably priced!! I scheduled A LOT only 2 days ahead of time & they fit it all in and did a wonderful job. Girlfriend was extremely satisfied, & I had a great time. Very impressed & will be back. As a man who works on his feet all day, I can’t wait to try the pedicure.

Couldn’t be happier! They accommodated our wedding group of 8 on super late notice - less than 24hrs. All the other places in town needed atleast 4-6 weeks notice. They did a fantastic job, great service! Especially considering how many people, several full sets, parafin & oil treatments, gel and services that usually take a lot longer than normal. All the girls were super friendly & helpful, served champagne and all! Recommend!

Not impressed. The lady who did a fill for me was very rude and was in more of a hurry even though we had an appointment: The lady who helped my daughter was also rude and very unprofessional. Their salon was fairly clean but overall not worth the money. I normally go the 26th street location but wanted to give this a try. I will only being to the 26th street location after this experience.

Went in for a mani/pedi. I got a bad impression right off. The lady didn’t even say anything, just kind of motioned me over to my pedicure chair and started. I happened to look at the book and realized they had different types of pedicures. She never asked me, I just finally told her which one I wanted. Then we get to her station for my mani. I guess I didn’t notice it when she was doing my feet, but she got to where it was time to paint my nails and she was shaking so bad she couldn’t keep the polish on my nails. I watched her for a little bit. I was doing shellac so it takes a little more time. She couldn’t control it. It got to the point she was shaking my whole arm. I tried very nicely and quietly to tell her I’d like someone else to paint my nails. She argued with me a few times saying she could do it. Finally someone else came over, but didn’t fix the mess already there. I told them I’m paying for this service and expect it to be done nicely. They just said yea and kept going! Not to mention her license displayed at her station expired 8/9/18! I will never go back here! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had!

I went here a year ago when I was visiting. I was so impressed. I have a problem with picking at my nails so they are often Very short. Some places seem to have an issue with this, resulting in nails that come off within the first week, and it feels like a waste of money. So when I came here and almost TWO MONTHS later, the only way I could get these nails off was with acetone! The longevity of the nails, professionalism and friendly atmosphere in general makes this for a place I will return again, and again. I live in SUFU now and this is my go-to nail salon. Xxx

Wasn't greeted right away. The woman who did my nails was extremely rude, insisted her tools were clean when I asked for her to use new files, drill tips, etc. I asked for a coffin shape and got round and was still chargers $5 extra for a shape. My nails were poorly done; bumpy, acrylic all underneath all of my nails. Cut my skin open on multiple fingers with the nail drill. Very unpleasant experience. Will not be returning. Do NOT recommend.

They asked me to write a review on my way out - this isn’t likely what they were hoping for. My aunt and I made an appointment to get our nails done. We arrived at our scheduled time. I waited 15 minutes for anyone to show me to a pedicure chair. Took another 15 minutes for anyone to come over to start my pedicure. The gal doing my toes had to keep getting up to help untrained employees run the check out. Once was mid lotion on my legs. When she returned she added more lotion but didn’t rub it all in. She cut my toes twice when she was trimming my nails and said I have “tiny toes” when I was looking to see if they were bleeding. Funny no one else has cut my “tiny toes.” She then proceeded to tell me she has 2 children and really wanted to go home. When she finished, she started to pull down my pant leg but had never finished rubbing in the lotion. Meanwhile, my aunt was paying for manicure, gave the change with her bills and the young boy who helped her had no idea how to make her change so argued with her that she doesn’t understand his tax works. And, in under a week, the polish is chipping off. It was all around not a good experience and I won’t go back.

Great service, clean environment. Very accommodating to needs and wants. They got my mom and I in with short notice on a busy Sunday and they got our nails done in a reasonable time. The staff was always making sure that we were satisfied with our nails throughout the process. The young boy working is a hoot, very friendly staff. Recommend to everyone to go there :)

Worst pedicure experience ever and poor service. After waiting 40 min (30 with my feet soaking in cold water) my pedicure began. There was no greeting, no apology for the wait, nothing. The girl didn't clip my nails or do any of things you expect from a professional pedicure. The nail polish was gooped on and smeared hours after being there. I wished I had saved my $30 and did my nails at home because this was NOT salon quality at all!

Just bad wax? I have very sensitive skin and last time I had no problem with the wax this time I did. I was very red a blotchy nothing hitrocrotozone cream can't fix but I might just be a person that has to do sugaring treatments in the future totally not their fault they made me feel so comfortable and and so awesome about getting me in for a wax that same day.

Me and my sister are young and we were trying to enjoy a birthday gift and they took advantage of us because we were 13 and it was not okay. They sold us the most expensive nails there and were so rude. We both had the same thing except mine had more designs yet my sister finished 30 minutes early. They took advantage of us and it was terrible. After I wanted to throw up of how they took advantage. I am so scared now to get something for myself and my sister to enjoy TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Lady was rude when i walked in. Acting like she didn’t have time to do a dip manicure. Tech didn’t trim or do any manicuring. Dip nails were uneven and unfinished when i left. I was in town spending time with my sister.... we always do our nails, visiting different places. Friendly and very clean but if you require a dipp procedure I would not have it done here. I absolutely loved my pedicure. It was my first time going to Envy Nails in either location. I went here because it was convenient, and I was so surprised to see negative reviews after the fact. I had the "Envy Pedicure" and it was amazing. Tammy did a tremendous job of making me feel like her only responsibility. She made lovely conversation, did a wonderful job in my pedicure, and I left feeling so happy and content. It was expensive, but for me, totally worth it. It turned my day around. People are very nice here! I've been here twice I normally go to LA nails. However first time I came I wanted an hour next to Another pregnant lady in our chairs luckily we chatted. My second time was yesterday guy was sooo nice however my Nails look awful! He must have been new ? Nail Polish isn't even on my Entire nail... and I'm actually going to just take off my nail polish today that he put on.

I was in town for a wedding we the bridal party n family went to this location. No problem right wrong 6 ladies later we pay the bill. To be chased out by some nail tech screaming " we didn't pay " waving a receipt in our faces. After being over charged 60 bucks on a 400 dollar ticket we now had to shell out 50 more dollars. How embarrassing and rude .

Check your credit card statements because some of the workers like to add more of tip than what you gave them. Also, the lady I had told me one price and actually rang me up for a way higher price and doesn't give you an itemized receipt! After I paid and continued to ask for a receipt she was basically pushing me out the door. Not happy with this salon!!!

My experience was amazing, Li Hai did a great job on my fill& reshaping my nails. The reason for the low rating, is the gel polish they use. It's obviously very low quality, I went in for a fill& new gel polish Monday, by the following Thursday, a whole 3 days later, half of my thumb nail has peeled off. If it were possible to get my acrylics filled here& then go elsewhere for the actual polish, I would.

I was very pleased with my first experience and the wonderful service. Customer service is definitely shown at this family-owned spa. It just happened that I was the second to last client to leave on Saturday and could witness firsthand that the staff take cleanliness to the highest standard. My friend came here for her wedding, so I decided to try it. I made a last minute appointment. Great!, I thought to myself. I waited approximately 20min after my appointment time before the one worker came to get me. While I waited, I looked for the two colors I wanted on the powder and they did not have them. I ended up choosing a random color on shellac. Three days after getting my nails done, the shellac nail polish started to peel off. I am so disappointed. Although, I paid and gave "her" a tip... $45 waisted. Sadly, not a good job at all.

They seemed super under staffed but nice. I will unfortunately not be going back. I would only recommend this place if you have over 2 hours to wait around to get a pedi.

Okay. I love this place but I recently went today and the girl didn’t do a good job. I got a full set with a design on one finger and she messed it up so I asked if she could take it off and just paint it black and she did. The acrylic isn’t even placed all the way to the end of the nails and some of them look really crooked and messy. There is no acrylic or nail polish on the edges and you can see my natural nails.

So i just want to punch a somebody so bad. You wanna now why me and my cousin came and they took a advantage of us because we were 13 and our aunt did not know much English and gave us the most expensive ones. They should be ashamed of themselves. We were celebrating our birthday and they were so rude that they did my nails so fast and came out crusty. Even though we got the same exsact thing. My nails were done before hers. Her nails are fine but gave us the most expensive. They did not even gave us cream. Our extra skin near the bottom of our nails hurt so bad.They are the worst nail salon ever. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED. I WILL NEVER COME BACK THERE EVER.

This was my second time coming to nail spa. My first time was excellent. Very personable and did a very thorough job on my pedicure. The second time was terrible and ridiculous. I called ahead and still waited 40 mins. Then an elder woman rushed and did a poor job on my pedicure. My pedicure took all of 18 mins! Extremely rushed and skipped out in quality. A pedicure is a mini retreat for your feet. I get them often. However, I left with toenails that are not trimmed jagged and sloppily painted. Plus I asked her twice to take more time and to please get the polish off my skin. I literally haven’t even pulled out of the parking lot. Look at these toes - Dry skin, she trimmed one toenail at an angle, and the paint job is junk! If you go there stay away from the eldest lady! Or at least she looked like the eldest person.

This is by far the best place I have gone to get my nails done in Sioux Falls. They have earned my business for life. I normally get pointed tip nails, which I have found out is a bit more difficult to get a good looking manicure done, as most of the time they turn out crooked or uneven. My nail tech did a fabulous job and by far the best looking set I have ever had done! Very impressed is an understatement!!!! You can bet I will be going back for sure!

I faithfully went to the east side location for over a year and was super excited when the west side store opened since that is the side of town I live on. That excitement was short-lived. Don bother making an appointment here. You'll still sit 20-40 minutes past your scheduled appointment time in all of my experiences since they always are so short staffed. Whats the point in making an appointment? And because they seem so short staffed they do a rush job and the quality is no where near what the east side does. I dont think I'll be going back.

Last week I got a dipped powder manicure and it was horribly done. The nails were oddly shaped and not even 24 hours later one of them came off without any force it just fell off. Not to mention the job seemed rushed and during it she over did it and made me bleed twice. Plus she had to leave repeatedly to help others with the cash register. This was my first time getting my nails done and it was for my Birthday but with this experience made it awful. Also on top of it the website says $47but I ended up being charged $57 for just the dipped powder worse money I have ever spent.

I called Envy earlier today upset with the nails I had done at another store. I was very upset and asked if they would be able to fix this other salon's mistake. They told me to come right in and they would help me out. I walked in and was greeted right away. I had 2 employees come over and look at my nails. They told me to pick my colors and I was quickly whisked off to get my polish changed. I was blown away at how pretty this store was. It's not like your typical supercenter nail salon or mall nail salon it has a sort of elegance vibe to it. I am not sure who my nail tech was but she was the sweetest woman I have ever met. She kept asking through the whole process if I was happy. Never once at the other place was I ever asked if I was happy. It may have been 30 minutes and I was in and out but I do mean it when I say I didnt feel like I was rushed. So thank you envy!!! I will be back in a couple of weeks to have some more amazing work done by you!!!

Paid for a mani/pedi for $40 and the man who did my nails rushed the job and did my Mani while I was on the chair. Missed a lot of spots and the whole job was messy and unprofessional.

I was just in there with my friend getting pedicures. Disappointed. While we didn't have to wait, my technician didn't follow my design at all, and added a color I didn't like and didn't even ask me if it was okay. It looks like a 10 year old did it! My friend had her toes re done twice before she just said it was fine. My nails aren't even completely painted, you can see the edges. It may look fancy, but it definitely isn't worth it.
