It took 2 1/2 hours to get mani/pedi. I wanted a French tip acrylic mani and what I got was far from it and when I asked if this was how they did a French tip, the woman told me she would do it next time. They painted my nails a light pink which is a color I hate!! After 5 days, 4 nails broke off, therefore, my experience was not acceptable. They did not offer to redo nails or give me an in store credit since they did not do what I wanted, a French Tip. It cost $118.00, the duration of 2 1/2 hours to complete the incorrect task and the lady showed very little concern for the fact that I sat that long and received the wrong service. I was irritated, disappointed and will not recommend this salon

I absolutely LOVE this place. I will travel an hour every 2 weeks just to get my nails done (bc my nails grow fast and natural oils cause them to lift if I don’t go so often). They consistently get the shape and length perfect and just what I like. I’ve only gone a few times so far. First two times- I got Doug. 3rd time I got an American gal (whose name I didn’t catch). Both were SUPER nice and helpful!

Second time here at Divine, I usually get acrylic nails and divine gel pedicure, haven’t disappointed ! , prices here are very compatible for this town, everyone has theirs own opinion and thought, but no one tell full details on positive experiences, yet they took the time to complain after 1 bad experience and wrote an essay, i personally dont think it’s fair to comparing prices / services from states to states and i move here from tx for about 7 years ago. Everyone here are always friendly and the atmosphere felt welcoming , i been having my nails done for over 15 years from place to places , Divine might not be the place for others , but for me They’re the BEST!!. and i will be back !

I went in to get my gel nails taken off, ended up spending $45. The lady suggested putting a top coat on to keep my nails healthy, didn't know it was going to cost so much. Also didn't take all my tips off and my nails look horrible. Awesome customer service and didn't have to wait, just not satisfied with the results.

Honestly, I used to LOVE this place. Me and 5 other girls I work with always go here. We had a great nail tech Ryan but he no longer could work there for health reasons. We'd be there every 3 weeks to get our nails done and he'd have our choice of wine ready to go and always on time for our appointment. I heard my other friends having issues but I didn't until this week. When I went in for my appointment the other day I was waiting a half hour and wasn't even offered my beverage. Thought they weren't just doing it that day but then I heard another nail tech offer it to someone else. And I felt like my nails were rushed since they were so behind on appointments. And the nail tech was doing other women's nails at the same time. They do a good job and it's clean, but for the price I was hoping for a better customer service like I had before.

Made an appt for 330. Was told it would be a few minutes. While I waited nobody offered me anything to drink. After 30 mins of waiting I walked out the door. They need to pay more attention to their customers who take the time to make an appt because that means they want to be taken care of at the time they made the appt since there is usually a purpose for making an appt. My time is more valuable then wasting my time waiting to get my nails done and there are several other nails salons, who do just as good as a job, if not better, that I can choose from.

Absolute worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. I was told this was an amazing place to go. Not even close. To start off I had made an appointment at noon for 4:45 that evening. Got there and every chair was filled. I didn’t get asked back to a chair until ten minutes after my appointment time and after the lady that came in after me. My cuticles weren’t soaked in anything and weren’t trimmed in the slightest. She didn’t ask me how I’d like my nails shaped just shaped them round when they HAD length and nice shape to them upon arrival. Manicure? Manicures typically consist of hand/arm massages for ten or so minutes. Mine didn’t even last one. Was so excited to try this place out and they must be better to all their other clients and regulars earning a 4.9 but I won’t be back.

I had called the day before and made an appointment at 4:15 for my friend and I. I was a little upset about the wait when I had made an appointment the day before. Very friendly atmosphere, which I enjoyed. They steered me into the direction for a dip manicure with tips. I tend to do shellac acrylic mani because of how long I like my nails and refills are cheaper I'm not rich.. These are a little thin for comfort, and if they damage or break at an early date, I'll be very very upset. Overall the look of my nails was great even amazing compared to other sets I have had.. except my middle finger nail being still crooked and stray glitter on my pinky nail. 4 star is very very resonable. a little on the pricey side, but I will be back.

Top rated on google! I expected great service... Ms. McDaniels ground my cuticles until they bled... on multiple fingers. 2 glitter nails, but messy glitter on each finger ruined my designs. Received service a half hour after my scheduled appointment. $76 for my full set

I told the nail tech that I didn't want my sides to be filed and they taper too many anyway, being a nail tech myself it's an important to listen to the customer my nails have been shredding on the sides because they had been filed. I hope he like the $10 tip he got

I made an appointment yesterday for 4:30pm and when I got there no one welcomed me or asked me what I wanted to have done, so I just signed in. About 10 to 15 minutes of waiting, when I expected that I would be able to be helped right away, I asked if I would need to wait for everyone in the waiting area to be helped or if I would be next because if I needed to wait, I would need to leave since I had my dog in the car. The girl I spoke to was able to get me in when I asked and sped through my pedicure. Thinking back, I don't even think she worked with my cuticles. The pedicure was very short and looking at my toes closely, not done very well. The sides of my nails don't have polish and cuticles are still there. I will not be going back to this place. I guess I don't understand what the purpose of making an appointment is if they still make you wait. Also, I get that they were busy but the fact that no one greeted me when I walked in the door, has left a salty taste in my mouth. I wish I could have spent my 30 dollars at another nail place or done my nails myself....

This is the best nail salon I've been to in Sioux Falls. The customer service was excellent. All of the employees were friendly and spoke English very well. My nails look great, price was reasonable, and they offer complimentary beverages. It is also beautifully decorated.

Left my other nail salon and went to divine nails salon. Instantly fell in love with divine, 10 out of 10 would come back to get my nails done from now on. Reasonable prices, quality work, and the staff were very friendly. Even the place was very clean looking. I have very thin nails and Fawn did my nails very well, she knew how to take care of my sensitive nails so she is a definite go-to! best shellac mani-pedi ive ever had. ty divine nails!!! ✌♡

Super clean, friendly staff, modern place. Got a shellac mani 4 days ago and it's already starting to chip and fall apart :(. My nails were cut too short to my liking, and I didn't realize how short they were until after they were painted, but I should've noticed and said something beforehand. My pedicure wasn't completely dry and I didn't notice that I had smeared it until I got home that day. I'll give it another try because the staff was very accommodating and the place was beautiful.

Best place to get your nails done in Sioux Falls! Ive been to plenty of nail salons in town and I never could find a place I felt comfortable enough to go back to besides Devine nails! Great costumer service and they have sooooo many colors! I have heard some really great things about the other services they offer but have yet to try them! I have no doubt that it’s anything less than amazing!!

In response to the owners note: a 10 or 15 minute wait is acceptable. A 45 minute wait is unreasonable and no one was ready for us but saw the frustration and began to communicate. I have no idea how great your services are bc I never had one, so I cannot speak to that. A recommendation would be to offer either a free service or a discount to avoid for reviews on any public site. And avoid confrontation with potential customers. wish you all well. From a previous post: Had an appt for 2pm for my 5 year old daughter and her friend who is also 5 for a manicure and a pedicure for myself an an adult friend. We showed up 10 minutes early for our appointment. We were ignored for the first 20 minutes of sitting until I made sure they had my appt and they assured me they did. The girls were so excited for their manicures and we were excited for them. 45 minutes later and we left. We went straight to another place (Nail Spa that was able to take us right away and we’re so kind and efficient).This place is pretty, but the service was non existent and I am so disappointed. If u make an appt here make sure they honor it, or leave. They do not know how to manage their schedule. Very disrespectful!

I honestly have never had a set of acrylics put on until today. My nail tech, I believe his name was Doug, was so awesome. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable and took very good care of me. He did a beautiful job on my nails, making them just how I had pictured. He was very experienced as well. My mom also got her nails done by Lexi, and absolutely loved her! Very great staff and a beautiful establishment. I definitely recommend this place and will be going back!

I was taken here as a treat. We came in with appointments and didn't have to wait too long. My friend got the American which she did a great job. I got one of the Asian gentlemen. The pedicure was amazing! I also had a manicure. I decided to go with gel. What a waste of money! 5 days later one nail ripped. The next day, two nails were peeling! Also it appears the nails are in terrible condition. I might come back for a pedicure, but no more manicures for me and I'm steering clear of the gels!

Delightfully clean! Fawn made time for me even though they were "pretty booked up ". I think that she maybe missed lunch for me. She listened when I asked for as short as possible on my toenails. She didn't lecture or get all huffy as others have done in the past. She was not visibly annoyed when I asked for the basic ( all that I had time for). She did a fabulous massage. The artwork done by her associate was simply lovely. This was a wonderful first time visit in the midst of a very busy day.

I love this nail salon! Thorough and artistic. Just what you want in a nail salon! They do excellent work here, and the ambiance is second to none. It can be hard in Sioux Falls to find a unique and modern nail salon experience, but this place has that. I got this shellac manicure done for a stage show, so I wanted that glitter to pop on stage, and it didn't disappoint. I highly recommend seeing the father at this location for your manicure, and the son for your pedicure. I wish I could give names, but I don't recall them wearing name tags, and I couldn't catch the names while there. I believe at this family owned business those were the two nail pros I'd recommend most.

Loved the gal (Ava) who did my nails but the pricing is TWICE that of Los Angeles & Minneapolis! (Yes, totally my bad for not asking about the pricing in advance, but then again one doesn't expect a set of nails in Sioux Falls to be TWICE that of major U.S. cities!! I was shocked when presented with the bill but didn't want to embarrass the technician. Guess that "free" glass of chardonnay was the cause?) Also, the acrylic "dip" nails I had done on Saturday (1/5) for a function the following Saturday (1/12) didn't last the week - thumb nail snapped off on Tuesday (1/8).

The inside of the salon is very clean and chic. I came in on a Monday evening without an appointment and they took me right away. The owner did my gel manicure and did a great job. The whole manicure (gel removal, mani, gel polish, massage) only took around 30 mins and turned out really nicely. He was careful not to shave down my nails when removing the gel. If you’re looking for a good nail salon in Sioux Falls, definitely check out Divine Nail Spa.
