5 stars for sure! Never once have regretted a sauna session here. Definitely like it better than any other sauna studio I have been to. Love the calm, clean environment to come regroup in the fast paced world we live in. Awesome for workout recovery, ease of muscle pain, better sleep quality, and skin rejuventation. The heat is fantastic!!

3degrees has tremendously helped with my overall health and well being. The staff is always so friendly and being in the privacy of my own suite was very relaxing. The first benefit that I noticed right away was my skin it felt so soft and smooth. That night I was able to sleep without waking up once and thats what got me hooked. I would recommend 3degrees to everyone such a life changing experience!

Like this place. We were lucky to win some free sessions at a couple promo events. We had 4 coupons but 3 Degrees refused to honor the second round of free sessions because we had already had a free session we used. I am just not happy they wouldn’t honor a giveaway.

Terrible ethics and customer service. Make you jump through hoop after hoop just to cancel your membership. Before you can cancel, they make you suspend your account for 1-2 months just Incase you don't actually want to cancel. Even if you do go in a say you want to cancel, they will auto sign you up for another 6 month period that you want find out about for 2 years from a letter in the mail.

I just went to the new 3 Degrees on the East side of Sioux Falls. It was a wonderful experience! The receptionist was very helpful giving me a full tour of this new location. I used the vibacore machine and then the infrared sauna. The facility is very clean and relaxing! I will be back!

Pretty disappointed with my experience at the East side location. I bought a 5 session pass just to try it out and went for what was supposed to be my 2nd to last session and was told my last session wouldn't be honored as it was scheduled wrong. So an error by an employee cost me a session that I paid for? I was not offered a refund ( would have been $10) only 2 free sessions if I bought a 6 month pass for between $40 and $100 per month... i wasnt about to give them more money and then have another mistake happen and not get what I paid for...I was planning on buying some display product as well but wont be doing business at this establishment again.
