I have been going to Studio Rejuvenate now for more than a year and have nothing but wonderful things to say! Hannah is absolutely wonderful and the rest of the staff is very friendly. They always ensure that you are comfortable, have everything you need, and are just overall extremely accommodating. If you join their membership program for a small yearly fee you can take advantage of unlimited 1/2 off massages!

It did not have the most relaxing atmosphere, but the friendly staff more than made up for that. The massage was more abrasive than I would have liked at certain times. Overall it was a decent experience. I would go back if there was a special offer.

I went for a swedish massage in hopes of relaxing and relieving some stress. I wanted to visit the parlor again because of Hunter giving me a great reflexology massage before. When I got there, I was greeted and given wine. I never noticed how stained the carpet was before and is in good need of vacuuming and deep cleaning. I arrived on time and when I saw my masseuse (Tom) come from upstairs I was not even greeted. I should have walked out the door right then and there. He proceeded to go to the back and talk with a few co workers for a while before asking me if I was ready for my massage. Ugh yeah, I'm waiting on you! Then as we go upstairs, I was placed in a couples massage room with no music playing, Nothing! I tell Tom what I'm looking for and he says okay. After dressing down, he comes back and starts massaging me...and that's where it got painful and stressful. He talked the entire time about his personal life, mind you no relaxing music was playing. I didn't know this was a therapy session!! He kept stopping during the massage while talking with his hands and was intensely massaging me. Felt like he was scratching and pinching me. He then says oh I went a little over time but it's okay cause I got you in late. So you were going to cut my time even though you were late getting me in. I must add that he kept pressuring me to get a membership during the massage and then when I declined he made a comment that I felt was very unprofessional. After the massage, he places the water on the counter which I thought it was suppose to be handed to you then asks me if I'm going to leave a gratuity. I didn't know you were suppose to ask a customer for a tip! I just hurried up and paid because I wanted to get out of there. I just gave a one star because of the wine that was given. This was my 2nd time going but it will be my last. I'm not spending my hard, EARNED money on service like this!

Every time I have gotten a massage at Studio Rejuvenate, I have come out thoroughly relaxed. Hannah gives such a good massage. I always go in with alot of "knots" which she knows how to work out. The atmosphere in the studio is so relaxing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

My husband and I both had a hour massage. The massage was wonderful. I love a good massage that is the perfect balance of relaxing but also that does some good with trouble spots and tense muscles. Great hot tea as well! My only complaint was that the front room and bathroom where abit dirty. Floor in bad need of a sweeping, etc. Other then that it was perfect!

I bought a couples stone massage as an anniversary present for myself and my boyfriend. The atmosphere was lovely as soon as we got there, with soft running water, relaxing music, and complimentary drinks. The hot stone massage was quite wonderful. The staff was knowledgable, respectful, and very helpful overall. I tend to like extremely deep, almost painful massages, so the massage was a little light for me. My boyfriend, on the other hand, had a wonderful deep tissue massage that he absolutely loved. Ask which massage therapists specialize in the type of massage you love--they have a great variety of specialties. If you like light touch, relaxation massages, you can definitely find them here. Deep tissue massages may require a bit more digging, but the staff is capable and it is well worth a visit!

Amazing. Roger is responsive to working on specific areas when you have been working bent the wrong way all day, where your back is all tight and crooked, just to get al the kinks and knots worked out. Deserves extra tip most sessions.

The Studio asked for more money after I handed in the Groupon. Told me if I wanted the choice of Deep Tissue it was and additional 10 dollars. So beware! I felt the gentleman was nice but I didn't like asking me for money after I already purchased the deep tissue groupon. VERY shady. The massage was mediocre. If you are looking for deep tissue, I would advise much better places elsewhere. The carpet stains on the floor were a huge turnoff. So many better places then here. Also, they go over many different types of Massage subscriptions which kind of rubbed me the wrong way. This sales pitch isn't what I want to here after a 50 min massage. The Haywood Mall or Relaxation Station are much much better. Take it from someone who gets massages twice weekly for pain management. Good luck.

I visit Studio Rejuvenate every 2 weeks and I must say it is always a very pleasant experience. I always go to Roger Wilson. I prefer the deep tissue massage, as my job is very strenuous on my body. Every time I leave, I feel much more relaxed with less tension in my back and legs. It even keeps the mid-night muscle cramps away. Roger is very skilled and completely professional. I highly recommend his services!!

Tried to make an appointment and apparently they responded to my old email address that I've not had since Oct. of 2016 even though I registered with my current one and the auto response came to the current one. So, I called in to find out why it hadn't been confirmed, got that straightened out, and then was told that because I had been there before (almost 3 years ago!) that I couldn't use a groupon that one of my friends had gifted me for Christmas. How are my friends supposed to know where I've EVER been to get a massage, and wouldn't it ruin the surprise if they asked? I was told I could apply the cost of the groupon towards the cost of a massage membership but they wouldn't honor the groupon as purchased because they "lose money on those every time and they're just a way to get people in the door." I'm hoping my friend can get a refund, because I wouldn't do a membership with a shady place like that!

I decided to try Studio Rejuvenate for the first time last week. I was having a lot of issues with my hip, but lucky I received a deep tissue massage with Roger. I felt comfortable with him the second I walked into the door. He was friendly, professional, and kind! He made sure to ask me about my problem areas, which I really appreciated. He gave me a PHENOMENAL massage. I felt so much better after my treatment. I could not recommend him enough. Make sure to ask for him next time you go in! Thank you, Roger!
