Quoted by one of the Owners that a 60 minute message would cost $70. After obtaining the treatment from Erin Morris, who did an excellent job, she quote a price of $85. While getting the treatment it was mentioned where I live, and since it was Woodside, I expect the price went up due to where I live rather that the standard price quote for those living outside of Woodside. I did not pursue the price difference with the therapist, but I will never return, even though the massage was excellent. I have principles.

I went to your salon twice. I had a very detailed conversation with Sorelle about what color we had wanted. It was a beautiful rich milk chocolate brown. I even showed her several pictures. The first time Sorelle put a demi-permanent color in her hair and turned it brown with grey and green in it. I didn't notice it until later that day. I sent her a picture of it and she promised she would fix it. The next time we went back to threw a color over her head and PROMISED it would turn out like we wanted. It was BLACK! We asked for milk chocolate and my child's hair was black! I've been asking her for a week now to fix it but all I can get from her is "I'm booked" you completely messed up my child's hair but now you are too busy to fix what you messed up. Yesterday my child was brought to a different salon and they spent 11 hours to fix what Sorelle messed up. Two color extractions, two different colors and tons of toner later. We finally have something close to what we had originally asked for. It's not exact but it close because of all the stuff they had to do to her hair to bring it down to a manageable color to fix. I wish I could show pictures of what she did to my child's hair and what it looks like now. She looked goth after leaving the salon. I have never been so disappointed in my life. My daughter waited for weeks to get an apt with Sorelle and she messed her hair up not once but twice and didn't even have the courtesy or courage to admit what she had done.

Sorelle and Taylor are both rockstars and very professional! Sorelle saved my hair when I had an accident and put extenstions in. She called to understand what happened and was more than happy to fit me in when I needed help! Taylor is an awesome colorist!

I love going to this salon! Sorelle was the last stylist to do my hair, and she did AMAZING! If you want someone who is thorough, takes their time, and makes sure you LOVE your hair before you leave go see her! I've had 3 of the stylists in this salon do my hair (I'm not picky) & I can honestly say there's not one that I don't trust to do my hair! If you need a hair transformation go see these girls!

The two missing star ratings are because of Sorrelle. RUDE is a understatement. She is only nice to her customers and not all clients. I also over heard her talking trash about other people to a customer she was working on. Pretty face isn’t nothing if you have a ugly attitude. Other than her this place is 5 stars!!
