I had been putting off my first massage following breast cancer, but this spa offers everything! Including massages especially for the needs of cancer patients, and the front desk and management helped me choose the one perfect for me. I left feeling relaxed, yet energized.

I will not visit them again. I tried but they seemed a bit snooty to me and would not let me look around. The lady’s tone, body language, unsmiling facial expressions and responses said it all. I do what I always do and post I was excited I found a spa and then updated the post with my thoughts. The owner then they reached out to me on social media and invited me to the spa, so I explained my feelings and even told them I may try to swing by (thinking I’ll give them a second chance) and then she starts criticizing me for the comment I made about them and tried to turn it around. I don’t like being patronized. I don’t need them. They need customers I have plenty of spas to choose from. I was originally excited that I found the spa. I walked in and I asked questions. They had no brochure. The lady was snooty to me. They would not let me look around. And from the lady speaking to me, they didn’t even have any spa amenities except for one steam room. The snooty woman did not even know the difference between a steam room and a sauna. I don’t spend hundreds of dollars unless I know I will enjoy the facility. If you have no time to show a potential guest because your sitting at the front desk then ... we’ll, I guess you do not need my business. I did not bash you. I spoke my feelings on my page about what I found out because that’s what I do every day of my life. So I do not appreciate you private messaging me your feelings and then blocking me and then posting your negativity on my reply. If you you are going to send something out, allow a reply... common courtesy. Be thankful you’re a business and if you don’t know something is broken you cannot fix it. I could’ve just been quiet and told hundreds of people without you having knowledge. I let companies know so they can see and examine the situation. It’s how one will grow!!!

My wife and I got the table for two. The massage was amazing. The hot tub was pretty great too. The strawberries were legit the juiciest I’ve had. The lady that did my wife’s nails was an awesome person to spend an hour with. I hung out just to chat with her and my wife. Awesome place. Awesome people. I highly recommend this place.

Great massage. Message therapist was great. Only dealt with one therapist even though it was a couple massage. Loved the big room and the hot tub after the massage. As well as champagne and strawberry (chocolate covered). 90 min massage. Felt like a new person.

I will never go to this SPA EVER!!!! I can no speak to the customer service in person because i have never been there. I called to schedule a spa day for my sisters 21st birthday ( a total of 5 people). I called for simple price quote and package information. I was greeted with an attitude. I was treated as if my money was not good enough to be spent with this establishment. I asked about the services offered and what they included and was never given a clear answer. I will never book this company for anything.

My husband and I spent a few hours here the day before our wedding (4/3/15) to de-stress and just enjoy a few hours of not having to think or plan anything! I try and treat myself to a spa day every few weeks and River Falls Spa was by far the most pleasant experience I've had. It was my husband's first time in a spa and he enjoyed every minute of it as well :) We received a couples massage and we while winding down even more in the hot tub located privately in the room with you, we enjoyed some chocolate covered strawberries & champagne. Upon departure, we received a wonderful gift as the manager gave us our champagne & chocolate covered strawberries complimentary as a wedding gift from them. Something so simple left a lasting impression and we cannot wait to go back for another visit! To the staff at River Falls Spa, thank you so much for everything-

Amazing experience! Highly recommend. Friendly, knowledgeable professional staff. Tranquil relaxing, perfect place to de-stress. The hot stone massage was awesome. But, even more ~ I loved their amazing STEM CELL FACIAL! After leaving the spa I ran into a friend I hadn’t seen in awhile and she said, OMG! What have you been doing to your face? Botox? Your skin looks amazing? I told her I had just had that facial. She immediately booked and loved it, too!

I liked two things about this spa: the owner and the shower. I’ve only gone once on an Anniversary. My boyfriend and I had the couples massage with a “jacuzzi” in the room. So the massage did not relax me at all. The room light is off but the light coming through the windows is so bright. The toilet didn’t work so any emergency, run down the long hallway I guess. The jacuzzi looked so romantic until we tried to get in. I felt like a lobster being boiled alive. So did my boyfriend and he is so nice he never complains. We tried to adjust the temperature but nothing worked. We did mention this to the owner who asked the lady why it was so hot and she said it was fine when she started the water. Not to be rude but if your customer is telling you it’s too hot then it’s too hot. The owner did say she would love for us to come back and she will give us a discount for next time which helped me feel a little better. Like I said, the only other thing I enjoyed was the shower. It had several jets from different angles which made me relax more than the massage. Hopefully if I do go back, the rooms will have curtains and I’ll avoid the jacuzzi.

I highly recommend River Falls Spa for anyone wanting to unwind and rejuvenate or buy a gift for a friend in need of relaxation at its best!

I am a longtime client of River Falls Spa, and have had the opportunity to indulge in many of the fantastic services they offer - from facials to manicures, massages to pedicures, every experience has been first-rate and truly felt tailored to me. I travel a great deal in my line of work, and having visited a number of luxury spas while abroad, I have yet to find an experience that matches River Falls both in terms of expertise and overall quality. My questions and concerns are always met with knowledge and genuine care for my needs as a client, and my interactions with each member of the River Falls staff are always warm and welcoming. There's a reason this place has been in business so long - and there's a reason clients like me will keep coming back!

Subpar The reviews for the spa were pretty good so I decided to book and give it a shot last weekend. Reception area is pretty but when arrived you’re asked to fill out a form ( like you’re at a doctors office ) straight off the bat and you really don’t feel like you’re in a world class spa . No super friendly receptionist that gives you a mimosa or offers you a drink .. just tells you to sit down and fill out a form. Restroom is small and there’s only one changing room which isn’t very accommodating as there were quite a few people when I was there . Waiting area was extremely disappointing as the outdated chairs/love seats are right next to several massage rooms and it’s NOT relaxing at all . I went for a facial and body massage.. My massage was done in a room that was next the the snack/kitchen area so all I could hear throughout my massage were several people talking .. certainly didn’t feel like I was in a 5 star spa . The facial was ok , nothing glamorous nor is it something that I would want to do again . When I finished I had mascara underneath my eyes after having a 1 hour facial done , she didn’t even remove all of my makeup. I spent quite a bit of money to get these two services done and I truly regret it .I was extremely frustrated by the time that I left that I didn’t want to waste any more of my time complaining or commenting on my experience. Just leaving this review as a heads up for anyone that is planning on going to spend a significant amount of money and time at this spa .

I arrived at the Spa at 9:30 for Great Expectations. The day ended at 3:30pm. I paid $385 plus gratuity for $460 total. After being given a robe and slippers, my first service was a massage. Because I am 24 weeks pregnant, this massage accommodated a belly with foam cutouts and pillows. The lady providing the service was Lori Anne I think, and she was wonderful. It was by far the best massage I ever had. Next was the signature facial with a lady named Filipa. She was great, explaining everything to me as she was doing it. My skin has never looked so amazing as it does today. I will be getting more facials in the future! At 12:30 I placed an order for lunch. I had to wait about 30-45 minutes until my next service. There wasn’t a whole lot to do or enough places to sit and relax (not enough couches or sofas). It was a little awkward. At 1pm my manicure started. The girl was really nice as well. The quality of my manicure was not great though. My husband saw my nails and was unhappy with the amount I had paid for what they ended up looking like. He said he could have done a better job himself. I have attached pictures. The pedicure was afterward, and it was a great experience. I have no complaints there. Lunch finally arrived at 2pm and it was cold, as though it had been sitting somewhere for a while. I had to eat lunch while sitting in the reclining pedicure chair and it was just very awkward. The fumes made it difficult to enjoy the meal, and the reclining position didn’t help either. Overall I would give 5/5 for both the massage and facial. All of the ladies I was in touch with that day were wonderful. However the lunch and manicure ruined it for me, I’d give them 1/5 stars. It was a good experience and I would give 5/5 on the review if there was more seating, the lunch wasn’t cold and came on time, and the manicure looked better. UPDATE: the spa got in touch with me the Monday following my review and has rectified the situation so I have changed my review to 5 stars. The customer service really is impeccable!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stone massage. We came for our birthday gift to eachother. Loved it and we are booked for another with friends. The people made us feel very welcome. My daughter completely felt comfortable. This was my second trip and my daughter's first and she was so impressed how nice and equipment the spa was, you have everything you need or want to make this trip a excellent place to return and bring friends to enjoy. People were nice when we arrived for our couples massage. The room for the message was nice. The changing area didn't have any lotion, deodorant are any other normal bathroom items you would get when there is a sauna and shower available. The men sauna wasn't working that day and didn't share that at check in. My husband was very disappointed. We have been to Spa's all over the world and this was just okay. I think it's over priced for what you receive.

My husband and I love the River Falls spa. We have been several times and we are always greeted with true hospitality. We love the mimosas and wine that start off our relaxation in a private quit waiting area. We have developed relationships with Claire and Keely over time and now always request them for a relaxing massage. I would highly recommend River Falls Spa to anyone who wants a pleasurable and relaxing spa experience.

Body polish and facial on my first visit here. It was a great spa visit. Staff was wonderful, and the accommodations were great. They supplied everything needed down to the shampoo, conditioner, and spray deodorant if you forget and want to shower!

Seriously the BEST spa I've ever been to. The massage therapists know how to apply pressure and alleviate real issues. Facial is AH-MAZ-ING! My skin was glowing when I left. And finally - BETHANIE, no better mani/pedi south of the Mason-Dixon. Serious! You'll never go to a cheap mail salon again...leather lounge chairs as soft as silk and nails that last weeks!

Large, upscale spa in the heart of downtown, interesting below ground location. Staff is polite, friendly & professional. Decent locker rooms & waiting areas. Cheryl was my massage therapist, very knowledgable & strong, effective deep tissue work after long day of cycling. Prices as expected.

Earlier today I was disappointed to realize that I could not receive my scheduled massage because I am 7 weeks pregnant. A note to expecting moms - let the receptionist know you are expecting (they cannot ask due to HIPPA laws) and if you are in the first trimester, they will ask you come back after 12 weeks. The manager called me and explained the situation afterwards and I thought she handled it very professionally - so while I haven't used their services (yet) this rating is for the manager.

Booked a signature massage for me and my boyfriend’s mom. Laura was awesome! Explained everything she was going to do and what to expect. Very relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist greeted us and offered drinks and refreshments. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is because of the steam room. I was looking forward to this, but I felt like there was hardly no steam or heat compared to other steam rooms I have used before.

The worst customer service I have ever received from a spa. I understand there is a 24 hour cancelation policy, but I am currently on crutches with a fractured knee and cannot get around in the rain well. We called several hours before our appointment to try and reschedule. I did not ask to cancel, I asked to reschedule for another time. I was told this is not their problem and the policy is what the policy is. Not the relaxing experience I was hoping for today. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. I have been to many high end spas and even with their cancellation policy's normally allow for their customers to get a credit towards their next spa experience. I will not be returning to this spa in the future and will make sure I tell my friends there are much better spas in Greenville to spend their money at. Very disappointed.

Very nice spa but my pedicure definitely wasn’t worth $70. My polish started chipping the same day and my feet look like I’ve done them myself. Could’ve saved $50 by going to the nail salon.
