Went here on a whim and wonderfully surprised! Very clean and welcoming. The linens smelled AMAZING. The massage was great. Lots of deep pressure (too deep at one point but I’d rather that than not enough!) and they used hot towels at the end. I came in with lots of tension in my neck and shoulders and they dealt worked it out. I believe my person was Cici and my friend had Bella and both of us agree this was probably one of the best massages we’ve had in Charleston. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to my friends and family!

My wife and I have been here twice; they never disappoint! We live in the RDU area of NC and make this part of our trips to Charleston. Clean and relaxing environment, personable staff along with fantastic massage well worth the cost. Trust me when I say it’s the best massage in the Carolinas.

Was asked to pay and tip before the massage. She constantly stopped my massage to answer the phone interrupting my massage. She had trouble communicating/understanding what I required. While the few minutes of uninterrupted massage was okay, I won't recommend to anyone.

If I could get them zero stars I would they bamboozled me in to driving there for an appointment then when I got there told me they didn’t have one and asked me to come back when I asked to speak to the manager they said they did not know who the manager was and pretended not to speak English don’t waste your time go to a professional place

After suffering from a back and hip injury, Bella and the staff went above and beyond to get me out of pain and walking again. You will not find a more relaxing and therapeutic massage in the area. CiCi was awesome! Very fair prices and excellent massage. She was very strong and had no problems getting me relaxed as I am a big dense guy. She continually asked me about pressure and was very nice. My wife and I went in a while back for a couples massage and were just as pleased then. Please support this great business. My job requires me to sit long hours at the desk— Bella is an experienced professional and did a fantastic Deep Tissue Massage removing the knots on my back and still had time to massage the rest of my body very well. Good facility, clean towels, great service. Definitely would recommend to folks in the North Charleston area!

Massage therapists are excellent. Spa is nice and clean. I have visited Natural Spa for relaxation massages and therapy massages and they do both very well. They are open evenings, which is convenient, and do couples massages. Ask about cupping!

I have been going to Helen for over 6 months and feel great. I was having problems with spine and lower back. She seems to have taken care of most of the problems. Service is great. she will accept walk-ins but you're better off with an appointment.

My first experience was nothing less of blissful. I wasn't expecting a whole lot having many mediocre reflexology treatments in the past, but this one was very pleasant. It was a clean, friendly and peaceful establishment. I got great service here. The massage done by the lady was fantastic, right amount of pressure and speed. She work on all the tense areas around my neck and back. That was a fantastic start leading to the hand and body massage that left me in bliss-comma. This was so much better than many of my chain spa experiences.
