I'd love to give this place no stars. But I can't. The experience was the worst I've ever had. I feel robbed. The front desk staff was kind enough, but the therapist I had was a joke. She was 10 minutes late and she told me she only had 6 months of teaching. Not only that she used a "tool" vs her hands during my 90 minute session. What a joke. Maybe I'm a sucker for sticking it out but so be it. I've had a pretty good experience at Massage Envy's in the past, but I can for sure NOT send anyone here.

I have been going to Massage Envy in Bluffton since they opened. The front desk girls are fun, warm & helpful. The massages are great, they have heated tables which is a must for me! It is a great product at a great price which is hard to come by in this day & age. I have used several therapists over the years and they have all been good!!

Massage Envy is Bluffton is fabulous. I have been going there since they opened. I was seeing Alexis in the beginning and then for some reason started seeing Kathleen. Kathleen has moved to the Savannah spa only and I went back to Alexis. She has very strong hands and always makes me feel so much better. I have tried the hot stone, aromatherapy, and Swedish massage. Personally, I prefer the Swedish to the others. The price is very reasonable when you purchase a membership and it is quite easy to get an appointment. I like to have the hour and a half massage. You walk out feeling totally relaxed and refreshed.

Casey is so good and super sweet to boot. I had my first prenatal massage and am going back for many more. Everything in the salon is very nice, comfortable and soothing. I would highly recommend getting a massage..at least at the Bluffton location. I can not attest for any others, but I thoroughly enjoy my experience and look forward to many more.

I am a member and go to this location once a month. Every time I go the staff is always welcoming and super helpful. I see the MT Sarah by request and she is very educated in her field and is not afraid to try new techniques each month to help with my back muscle issues. I would definitely recommend this location!

I've been a member at Massage Envy in Bluffton and it's definitely money well spent, everytime I walk out of there I feel like a million bucks! Kathy is great and very responsive to whatever you need and will focus on specific areas that are bothering you. They offer inexpensive add-ons to your session which are very worth the price. I definitely give this spa 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality massage for a reasonable price!

I have my massages with Julie. She is AMAZING! I have issues with TMJ, Carpal Tunnel and my lower back; she is very knowledgeable and can work on all areas to the point that my pain is relieved. Some of the rooms at this location are a bit small but they have a handful of talented therapists.

I have been a customer for over 4 years at this location. Although I have my favorites, the massage therapists are consistently good. Front office staffs greets me by name and clears me through right away. Even the Owner greets me by name. I''ve had the occasion to visit other Massage Envy locations in other states. They are good too; but I am glad that I can call the Bluffton SC location home.

I didn't care for massages until I met Debbie at Massage Envy in Bluffton. My husband convinced me to try a sports/deep tissue massage, and Debbie was the therapist recommended to me when I booked my first appointment. Because of her, I signed up for a membership. She is attentive to current aches/concerns and very skilled in myofascial release. My muscles always feel rejuvenated and refreshed when I leave! Thanks Debbie!

I go to the Bluffton location as often as my time affords me to go, i try for once a month. whether its for a facial or a massage i always get greeted by the friendly front desk staff and the therapists and estheticians are always great at making it the best experience possible. Amanda and the front desk staff greet you by name as you walk through the door. They take the whole membership program serious, they want their members happy. Great value as a guest, amazing value as a member, great perks over the course of a year. Very clean and sanitary facility. Therapists are trained in a wide variety of disciplines, you can chose "ah this feels so relaxing" to "deep tissue and tripper point release". For the serious athlete who is trying to recover between events, ask for April.

I liked everything about going to Massage Envy. The front desk people were warm and friendly and very helpful. The location was luxurious. They had heated beds, heated rooms, adjustable music volume and lighting. The particular massage professional that worked on me was superb. His name is Justin and I highly recommend. He is in the process of learning to be a physical therapist and therefore knows all about musculature and nerves. Therefore he found all of my issues and worked them out in a period of an hour. Such an amazing massage the best I have ever had, that I decided to become a member.

Staff always very friendly and courteous, spaces are always clean. Have used several different therapists over the years, but favorite is Tia. As far as times go, you can count on an hour massage lasting 50 minutes, but make sense to me as they need to get room ready for next client and allow time for current client to get dressed and briefly talk with therapist, as well as gives them a few minutes to relax before next client. So just know that going in, 1 hour massage = 50 min, 1 and half hour massage = 80 min (better value). Overall, enjoy the experience and maintain my membership.

Wont be coming back...ever just overall not happy with the price and everything with this great for like injury's not so much for relaxing... and then they go up on their prices when you return so they suck you in stuck with gift card had to use.

Bad experience.....5 girls behind desk...couldnt get directions to keep my appointment with a simple sentence...5 people couldnt help my girlfriend and i keep our appointment If i coyld give a 0 i would...bad business to run off customers...my home Massage Envy is professional and well run..this one is a nightmare

I have been going to Massage Envy for over a year. On recommendation of my yoga instructor, my first visit was made seeking relief from a knot that I had had for several weeks. I had seen a doctor, been given medication and a cortisone shot to no avail. Tia worked on me three times and I finally got total relief. I have since signed up as a monthly member. It is the best thing I have ever done for my back problems and various issues due to posture or aging. Best massages and at the best prices that I have ever heard of.

Tavaras was absolutely amazing!! Listened to my needs. I have been looking for a massage therapist in the area and I found him!! I would recommend him to anyone looking for any type of massage, but he was great with deep tissue. I found both therapist I have used at the Bluffton Massage Envy location to exceed my standards. They have been excellent! They have picked up where my very first therapist left off concerning maintaining and increasing mobility to an old shoulder injury. I wish to thank them for their professionalism and dedication. I had the last appointment of the night...even with that the receptionist was friendly and the waiting room was peaceful. The massage was fabulous! Justin took the time to ask me questions and make me feel comfortable. During the massage I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. I enjoyed the massage so much...I booked my next massage for 90 minutes.
