Horrible experience...most of the polishes were dried up. Massage chair didnt work. We got up in the middle of a pedicure and left because the nail tech was rolling her eyes and huffing because we were talking and moving. Extremely rude and very uncomfortable. Too many other places that are just as good if not better to waste our time on.

It was an ok place. Get your nails done by the owners the other staff is ok, but they need to get better. I think the man Long was the best one to do nails.

When I moved here from Princeton NJ I went to many places found none of them to be great finally found a home here for my friend and I to have our nail services every three weeks, we always look forward to our relaxing time.

This is a nice, clean, friendly salon. Was offered a beverage while I was having my pedicure. Lots of pedicure options, pedicure chairs are new, and there are plenty of colors to choose from!! Very happy with my nails (pink and white fill) and will definitely be back! They even stayed late so I could come in at the last minute! Thanks, Jackie!! You're the best!!

They are so expensive. I usually pay $20 for a gel polish change that is with taking off the old polish. They charge $22 without taking off any polish. Way over priced. My tech was very rude. I would not recommend this place.

This used to be my favorite salon until the new personnel is rude to the customers! Too many other choices. This employee cost them about $200 today. Locals can make or break a business and I will never return.

Did a great job on my nails, not so great on my girls. In their defense, they were very busy, but when I'm paying $160 for mani/pedi's for three people (two of them 12 and under), I expect it to last more than six hours. Daughter's polish peeled off later that same day. My nails still look great, though. Suggest you ask for Jackie.

These guys are the bomb!!! I had my first SNS manicure with Long and was confused at first about his process but then but then I realized!!! Every other SNS manicure I've gotten has been so thick...he did it perfectly so they were more natural looking and feeling and I am beyond impressed. They did a thinner coat of the powder without having to grind it down and it lasted almost three weeks. Must try this place! Both Long, Jackie, and her sister, Hannah are great! You won't be disappointed. :)

Tracy did an AMAZING job . It was our frist time here she was so welcoming!! We felt like family ! Such a big diff from the shops back home in the DC area. She offered wine or water and any concern i had or question , she was so polite and accommodating!! She ndver made me feel bad for asking for what I want!!! I will always come back here !

Don't honor appointments. I made one and still waited 20 minutes. Their gel manicures never stay long compared to other places. I've had good pedicures here though and the staff is friendly.

One of the best places in town! Very friendly people awesome pedicures, large selection of nail colors. Appointments are best but they take walk ins. If you don’t mind waiting until their done then go ahead and walk in. Perfectionists don’t rush they take their time and it’s well worth the wait in my eyes. I’m very picky about my nails so I am ecstatic I found a place that accommodates my needs. Jackie and her sister are wonderful. I’ve had Tony do them once before as well. The other employees are always very nice and welcoming. Overall a beautiful place and prices are right.

So I was visiting Myrtle beach for the weekend and didn’t have time to get my normal Fill in and Pedicure I usually get every two weeks in North Charleston so, I woke up Saturday morning and googled nail salons in Myrtle beach. As I was going through the list I seen a salon with the same name(Luxury Nail) as my salon I go to in North Charleston. As I’m reviewing the reviews, I see nothing but great comments on the service, the price and, a Tech name Jackie. So I decided to give this place a try. Boy was I in for a treat. Jackie was excellent from her services to her interaction with me. I also found out Jackie is from the Charleston area also. My nails and feet look and feel awesome. I don’t like to go to other salons because I have problems with ingrown toenails and not everyone know how to remove the ingrown. Jackie did just that without me having to tell her to do it. If you’re ever in the Myrtle Beach area stop by Luxury nail and Spa you won’t be disappointed

Visiting from out of state, and my friend and I wanted to treat ourselves a little. We chose this place based on reviews and it was close to where we were staying. We both got mani-ped's. Everyone was so nice! It was reasonably priced and very good quality. If you happen to get Long, he was very charming and witty. We were very comfortable there and will definitely return!

I would give less stars if I could. I have never had a worse experience at a nail salon. I was cut by the nail tech over 10 times!! When I finally refused to let her continue, someone else finished the filing. Within 2 hours my dip manicure was chipping and peeling so I went back, asked for a refund and they refused. Would never recommend.

absolutely LOVE this place!! The thing I love the most is the cleanliness! They cover their pedicure bowls in a disposable plastic wrap and they sanitize their utensils like they do at the dentist. They do an amazing job! I HIGHLY recommend! They have very very talented nail techs there.

The only reason this is even getting one star is because it is required to post. We went to this place at 9:30 when they said they would be open and they did not get In until 10. Once we finally got in I asked for a gel manicure. First, she kept criticizing my nails then when it was time to wash my hands didn’t tell me to not use soap and kept blaming this on why they looked so horrible. They had to remove it because it looked so bad. By the time everything was done I did not have time to start over (as I have limited time with a baby to enjoy time for myself). They still charged me for a manicure while my nails looked disgusting and dry. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE and waste your money!!
