My masseuse was Paula Moose and she was so incredibly kind and talented. She openly caters to your specifications on the table and offers advice without any constant sales pitches -- the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly and personal, and nothing about the experience felt uncomfortable or awkward. I loved it, and would absolutely go back !!

Pretty good massage. My boyfriend had his first massage and though he said it was strange I think he secretly enjoyed it. The only issue I had was the building was a little stuffy considering it was very hot outside.

The variety and quality of each type of treatment makes this spa superior and my favorite on Hilton Head. Amy is the acupuncture specialist and is very thorough and caring making one feel comfortable. Paula has advanced healing skills and the cranial sacral along with custom massage are outstanding. I have also had massage from Amanda and she reads your body well and truly listens to what you ask for. The hour sessions are a full hour and the value of each visit keeps me returning as a regular client. Go and enjoy yourself-feel better!

It was actually the best massage I've ever had, and greatly helped my sciatica as well as relieved a lot of my lower back issues. Looking forward to going again. Fair prices, and an extremely relaxing environment! The employees all have a great energy about them, and made it apparent that they cared greatly about their profession. A breath of fresh air!

We travel to Hilton Head every year and one of the things we look forward to every year is visiting Paula at the spa! There are many spas in HH to choose from and we have tried several. Paula is unmatched with her services. I have been to the Trump spa in Chicago and Paula even as them beat. Her massages are detoxifying and the best we have ever experienced. She only uses pure organic ingredients which is very important to me and my family. Her facials literally take years off of my face!! I have a 6 year old boy with a congenital heart defect and her light therapeutic massage helped him immensely. I cannot recommend this spa enough! It is 5 star and first class!

I lived in Hilton Head Island for the summer as an intern, and this was my first spa/massage experience. It was wonderful!! The staff is so welcoming and explained everything clearly for me and my grandmother- not to mention the massages were fabulous. It's a great spot not only for locals to go, but tourists who are looking for a great, affordable place to go! I hope to come back in the near future!

Paula offers many different services from massage to facials, but what really got my attention was that she also offers services such as craniosacral therapy, reiki, and chakra healing.This really is wonderful because it is so important to heal the body and mind, and is unfortunately not a focus at many spas I have visited. I always have a great experience and I make it a priority to go each time I am on the island!

Kudos to the best spa on Hilton Head Island. Whenever I'm in town this is the first place I go. Work stress leaves my back and neck needing work. Paula Biondo is the absolute best. During the last treatment it was suggested that cranial work would benefit me. I can say after that treatment I was relaxed and this allowed me to think so much clearer. I would recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Hilton Head Island. There is a reason so many visit Hilton Head Island Spa & Wellness. If Fortune 500 Executives and athletes get work there then the benefits must be significant. They can go anywhere but choose this spa. Great job Paula and staff. I will be a forever customer.

I was a little skeptical when I first visited Paula a couple months ago because I had been seeing a chiropractor for months for continuous lower back and neck pain that I frequently suffer from old football injuries and nothing was working. I was amazed at the relief I got from my initial visit and immediately scheduled a follow up visit. Paula is amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone who is suffering discomfort on a daily basis. This is the only place I come for massage therapy when I am at Hilton Head. I call before I arrive to make sure Paula can take me soon after I get here!! She is a very skilled therapist and uses only the purest products. There are a number of different types of massage available and I have enjoyed all the ones I have tried. I also use the Infrared Light mat to help with detoxing. Feels great:). It is a peaceful and relaxing experience from the time you enter until you walk out the door.

Why CranioSacral Therapy? The cranial bones of the skull are not fused but should expand slightly with each breath and with each breath, the sacrum tilts back and forth. I have visited twice now. The first time was to help with headache issues, which the relief was immediate. Even cleared up what I though was sinus pressure but was realistically a result of my headaches and shoulder soreness. The second time was today when I called and Paula was able to get me in immediately because my left shoulder was in so much pain, and the pain was moving to my neck and head. I feel so much better and am so grateful for Paula! I would highly recommend her to everyone! Amazing experience both times!

I call Paula every chance I have to do something nice for myself. I work hard, and I don't get to take a break that often, but when I do, I give Paula a call. Her facials are just so relaxing and when I leave her wonderful facial room, I feel like I'm ready to take on the world. The rich creams she uses, my face just laps up. The "Wellness" in the name of this spa is key, because not only did I have a wonderful experience in the calm and welcoming atmosphere, I felt that I was actually getting WELL! I emailed Paula ahead, based on the earlier reviews, and asked her to choose treatments FOR me. I would do two hours. She thought that since I was still getting headaches after a fall where I had hit my head in September, that we ought to do cranial sacral as well as massage. It was so relaxing! She talked to me or let me talk, as needed, and after the wonderful two hours she explained what she had learned from my body. It was so helpful;I went back for another two hours a few days later! Now that is pampering yourself! I will be back next year! Wish I lived closer! Thanks Paula and Kelly for your lovely welcome and amazing work!

Would have been 5 stars if not for an argumentative interaction with the Spa the morning of the appointment. I attempted to cancel our appointment the morning of due to information my newly pregnant wife came across regarding foot massages in the first trimester. I expected to pay a cancellation fee or talk through other options, but instead the Spa was more focused on the potential loss of business, questioning my reasoning and initially handling the conversation in a very unprofessional manner. The Spa did rearrange our appointment, however the solution we came to could have been done in a much more enjoyable fashion.

I had a wonderful facial with some massage included. The atmosphere was calming with soft music. I was relaxed before the Paula even began the session. Paula is very knowledgeable and skilled. She is always pleasant and continued checking to make sure my needs were being met in the moment. I was very fortunate to have seen one of the Paula's great specials. I left feeling great.
