You must have seen that the average score it has is really good, and it is founded on a very large number of scores, so we can be pretty sure that the assessment is very accurate. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they've done well, it works.

You know that we don't usually stop to set evaluations when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...

I'd like to know why I was told they can't book any nail appointments? I have a Groupon & that was what I was told...first she couldn't book any appointments for 3 weeks, so I said I'll book for after then & she said that wasn't possible either! If they don't want to allow new customers come in with Groupons, they shouldn't advertise on Groupon. The woman told me I could get my money back from Groupon, or book a different service. That can't be any clearer that if I was opting for a less expensive service they (at least this woman) only want the higher priced services & that isn't how you get new customers!

Review for next person Say always the true

Wow! What an amazing experience! My mom and I enjoyed the Heaven and Earth massages today with Kim and Nancy...seriously the best massage experience we have ever had! Treat your self!

Most amazing, pampering delightful experience ever. I have never had this type of facial ..ever in my adult life. It was relaxing, I felt completely comfortable during entire treatment. I also opted for the additional eye treatment. My 11 year old had her own facial..not as extensive but she loved it. Plus, she had time to check out sauna while I was still getting my facial. Hopefully we will be staying at same resort at some point and I will most definitely have facial as #1 priority.

First time ever having a facial or massage. Had both services done here ! They were amazing ! An hour hibicus facial and hour massage, it waa so relaxing, very polite staff and great locker room.

As a local absolutely my favorite spa in the area. Gorgeous, attention to detail and the staff is top notch. Best facial I've had in my life and the massage was exactly what I needed. Now making standing appointments every other month. Will also be bringing friends and suggesting to guests from out of town. Cannot imagine being disappointed here.

Not Happy! For years my wife and I have enjoyed either a massage/Mani and pedicure at the spa. Our recent visit for our pedicure was OK but the massage I received three weeks ago still affects me. I didn't ask for a deep tissue and the massage overall was good except he pressed too hard on my right foot. I am now and have been in moderate discomfort. I had x-rays done and fortuantely nothing is broken. It's more bruised. Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation are in order for 6 to 8 weeks!

I booked a body scrub for myself and a massage for my husband in advance of our trip.Upon arriving,we were shown to our lockers and offered our robes and a room to relax, beforehand. The therapist came and told us they had no hot water and a part was on order!!!! Why were we not told that to begin with??? or called ahead of time? I was offered a massage in the place or come back another time(which I could not do).I took the massage ,since I was already undressed and ready. I have cared for my elderly Dad for the last 4 years and this was my "shedding" time as he recently passed. We were not offered an apology by a manager or a discount of service until my husband complained. We could not shower when we left ,without hot water. Uncalled for. She gave me a 20% discount that probably was taken from the therapist, since that was pre added for tip.The entire situation should have been handled by a manager not the poor therapist . Poor ,Poor excuse for a spa run by a Marriott.

Beware of this place. Was charged for a 50 minutes massage and only received 30 minutes. Manager was very rude and did nothing to fix the problem. And actually laughed at me. Massage was decent but definitely got ripped off. BEWARE of the time

My fiancee and I enjoyed a couples message at the Hibiscus Spa last weekend and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The therapists we worked with were true professionals. The locker rooms are spacious and relaxing, including a steam room and sauna. If Myrtle Beach were closer I would treat myself to returning as often as possible!

I came here with some friends and I was skeptical at first cause I wanted to go on a cruise and didn't think this hotel could measure up but it was awesome. There was a forensic conference which was interesting too to meet those people. The sauna was perfect

I loved the spa. I had a couples massage and facial and both were amazing. The receptionist was very rude to me and also a mother and daughter that had came in after. Not sure why she still works there after that.

Very personable people and I had great service.

So many good things to say . . . 1. The environment. As soon as you pull up, you are greeted by the friendly complimentary valet service. You walk into the spa and receive your key to a locker to keep your things while you enjoy the beautiful amenities of the entire resort (pool, sauna, steam room, hammocks, beautiful beaches, relaxation room (more to come on this amazing place)). 2. The service. My husband and I got couples massages. I had Charis and she was amazing. Professional, kind, and excellent. This one of my best massages ever!! My husband had Erica and loved his massage as well. 3. The relaxation. My husband and I have 2 small children and escaped for an anniversary trip alone. We were looking to relax and get pampered when we firsr arrived. We came to the spa right from the airport and stayed for hours until our check-in time at our hotel. We spent a fair amount of time on the beach and at the pool but after our massages we weren't quite ready to reenter the world. There were two relaxation rooms with oversized couch/beds, dim-lighting, and was nice and warm. We cuddled in for probably 30 minutes and it was just awesome Overall, thank you Hibiscus Spa for treating these tired parents to an amazing day! Keep up the good work!!
