The majority of girls working there all look the same, save for one. If you get that one, you're in luck. She is super good. The best. If not, then you might end up tenser than when you arrived, with horrible bruising, because someone happens to think that a normal relaxing massage means driving one knuckle into your flesh as if you're a sibling who stole her diary. Another part of my body felt like it had an indian burn. The rest of it was so unremarkable, I couldn't fathom a reason why I was even there. I had to schedule something somewhere else the next day, just to undo the tightness in my neck, which wasn't even a problem before I went. But like I said, if you get the one who's a beautiful unique individual, she's the best! Unfortunately, I'm horrible with names.

I was scheduled to get a spray tan here - my first one ever. And it turned out horrible!!!! It’s terribly splotchy and not to mention there was a huge cockroach roaming around the tanning area. The lady was nice but other than that it was a complete waste of $30

First off let’s start with the fact that they start the 1 hr long message , when they touch u and not while your filling out forms . Then the forms allow u to politely tell them if u want a silent or talkative atmosphere. I can honestly say hands down I got the best message( of my life) here

Meagan has been cutting my curly hair for a while and she always does a great job. The salon is cute, clean, and all the staff members are welcoming. They also offer massage, facials, and lovely sugar scrubs.

They did a great job. They accommodated a party of six that day. Wine was provided, environment was very relaxing. I also had a friend who was expecting. She gave everyone a scare but the staff was prepared. Also provided her with snacks and water. Would definitely go again.,

This is an absolutely full-service Day Spa, from full-service hair salon, spray tans, tanning beds, full service nail technician, waxing, aestheticians, makeup and facials, and several varieties of massage. The staff are all extremely good at what they do, and are very cordial and pleasant. I go here regularly, and I'm never disappointed, I leave relaxed, looking good, and happy.

Today was my first time visiting Destination Spa and the moment I walked in I was blown away how beautiful and sassy it looked on the inside. Front desk customer service was great and meeting Karen was even better! She did a phenomenal job with my body massage! Her calm spirit was everything I needed to relax and unwind. WOW! I just had the best massage of my life (and I've had them all over the US/world)!! Tiffany was Incredible. I'm just visiting the area, otherwise I would schedule with her every week. From the moment you walk in her beautiful room, you have so many options to make your massage your own. Then she uses a perfect amount of pressure based on your goal for the massage. I seriously felt like a million dollars afterwards. And since I can only squeeze in one more massage before I leave, she adjusted her schedule for me. Would 1000% recommend!!!

Clean and relaxed atmosphere. The girls were polite but a bit preoccupied organizing or cleaning which has to be done sometimes. I had a 30 min massage which was pretty good but times up and she was gone! I saw her walk out with her phone in hand texting and never said another word. I wasn't offered water or anything. Just wasn't what I am used to at a "spa"

Normally I love this place; it's the best place in sumter. However, I'm extremely disappointed with their Customer Service skills lately. I called in for a hair style appointment and confirmed with the receptionist twice. When I arrived for my appointment the door was locked. The stylist's car and another client's car was parked outside and I could hear their voices inside. I knocked twice and waited for 10 minutes. No one came to answer. This is the second time they have not kept their booking.

My friend and I enjoyed an amazing and relaxing Getaway spa treatment at Destinations Spa. The atmosphere was very soothing and inviting. The spa was a very clean and professional environment. The staff was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to insure we had a rewarding experience. I will definitely be back even though it is an hour drive.
